Bob is an amazing instructor! I was so anxious about getting my license for years and he really built up my driving confidence. He is beyond kind and supportive. I don’t think I would have done so well if it were not for him. He’s great at motivating & made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. I now have my license!! I never thought I would get here and it makes me so happy I could cry. Thank you Bob, Keith, & all of the other wonderful staff here for making this such a positive experience! I had a great experience here, as many before me have stated Bob is an amazing instructor. He makes driving so much less stressful by setting up a relaxed environment before even getting to the car. Previously I had an experience at 911 driving school and the tension in the car could have been cut with a knife and at the end when I had failed the test they did not even take me back inside to go over what I failed and did not help me get on the right track. Please go to On Target, it was great 👍

I came to On Target at 25 years old with no experience and a lot of fear after experiencing a serious car accident at 16 years old. I now have my license after 5 drives with Bob (probably could have been less, but did I mention I was very scared?) AND a new sense of confidence in myself thanks to his guidance. I feel so blessed to have stumbled upon this school and to have randomly been assigned Bob for my first drive. Thank you!!!

I had the best experience here! I passed the road test with 100 score. My instructor was Bob, he’s the best. He was very calm and polite. He helped me feel comfortable driving in a new (to me) car aka school’s car. All the staff are so nice and friendly. The online scheduling made it so easy too! Try refresh the website often if you’re in a hurry. I book them at the very last minute. I’ll send everyone here!!!

I generally am a very anxious person when it comes to tests but Bob my instructor was very patience with me and helped me feel less worried about the skills test overall. Great driving school! My son was pretty nervous about the instructor drives but Bob Lenz made him feel very comfortable and also talked with me afterward, where he gave positive feedback first, then pointers to improve. It made a big difference, and helped my son feel like he was a capable and smart driver. As an added bonus, this driving school is a bit less spendy and more flexible than some of the others in the area. The owner, Keith Hiatt, is also great with parent communication. Highly recommended!

I took a few driving lessons with instructor Keith, and I think they're doing an excellent job, I didn't feel stressed or pressured at all. I was able to pass my drive test under the supervision of Bob, who was very encouraging and helped me nail the more difficult maneuvers. Overall, I had a great experience; these folks know their stuff! Price are very affordable, and I am definitely going to recommend them in the future!

An organized and clean operation. I was able to get a drive skills appointment the day of my phone call. Riding with Bob was informative and safe. His experience along the highway is worth asking questions about driving tips. They said test results would be entered into DMV system shortly after my departure.

It was the first time I did not pass the exam at this school, after that the director called me and explained that such questions and answers were sent to them from the DMV. Therefore, I advise Russian speakers to answer logically, because the translation is incorrect. The second time I successfully passed the exam. There is a big advantage in this school ❗️❗️❗️If you didn't pass the exam the first time, then the second time is FREE. There is no such thing in any school. I want to take another driving test at this school. I wish you all successful exams.

My appointment was on December 29th, I came to have a 30 minute driving lesson followed by my driving test. I was very nervous and Keith really put me at ease, his instructions were clear and easy to follow and I passed my drivers test! I am so impressed with this company I came to them in August for my permit test and every time I talked to them or been in their office they have been so professional and kind I would recommend them to anybody who is learning to drive and needs testing or instruction. I would give them a 10 star review if that was an option.

Scheduling the drive test was very quick, to the point, and they gave me all the information I needed. As for the test itself, Bob did an amazing job with helping settle my nerves. From the start it seemed like he was rooting for me. I recommend booking an appointment with Bob!

I was applying for a Washington drivers license while holding an expired license from another state. I went to DMV to get my drivers license and was told I needed a written test and then a driving test. I was extremely short on time as I was heading out of town again the following week. On Target Driving School allowed me to come that same day and take the written test. Twice 🤦‍♀️ I failed the written test the first time but passed the second time I took it. 🎉 Upon passing the written test, I needed a driving test. I passed the written test on a Thursday. Explaining the situation to Target Driving School, they accommodated my schedule and I took the driving test the next day on Friday. It has been over 2 years since I had last driven and was borrowing my brother's station wagon. I was so very nervous. I had watched the videos suggested on Target's website about what to expect during the driving test. (I recommend you watch those as well) The driving tester must be used to nervous drivers 🤣 He was very calm and told me not to worry and just concentrate. And I did. And I passed. 😎 I have my brother (for lending me his car) and Target Driving School to thank for this! Thank you Target for accommodating such a short time line that I had to get this done! You are the best!

I would highly recommend using On Target Driving School. After 11 years of not being able to drive you can imagine how nervous I was to take the driving test. I was paired with Bob Lenz (instructor). He greeted me with a friendly smile followed by some really encouraging words. He asked if I had any questions before we got started. He was very clear and understandable. The staff were all great. They have walk in service for the knowledge test. I was able to get the driving test schedule the following week after passing the written test. It took one week for me to get both test passed. Thank you Bob, your kindness was much appreciated.

It was my first time taking the driving test and I was a very nervous because I wasn’t sure if I was going to pass or not. Usually when I’m anxious, I would dwell on the things that could go wrong and get kind of scared. Even though, I was prepared for the test and I was still was doubting myself. I wasn’t confident with the skills I have due to last minute practices with my family. Luckily, I met Bob as my instructor and he sure did brighten up my day! He was really helpful, he gave me clear instructions and what to prepare before the test begins. When I get to know about Bob, he was super friendly and was radiating lots of positive energy. I’m the kind of person to think about the negative, he let me know that everything is going to be okay and that I’m going to get my license this time! I love how understanding he is when I talked about how I felt about driving, he did not judged and gave me meaningful words which I appreciate so much. He was very motivating and enthusiastic, just the kind of person I would love to be around with! He gave me hope that I can do anything, he believed in me when I was unsure of myself. Little did I know, during the drive with him, my racing thoughts no longer spiraled and started to have little hope in myself I can do it. Honestly, not one bit was it a scary moment, everything went well and I did not expected it! Bob is so funny and cool, anything he says puts a smile on my face. He makes me feel like I’m in a right place, at the right moment, I’m capable of achieving anything. Throughout the drive, I laughed and had a good time with him, I was enjoying the conversations we were having and didn’t realized the test went by so quickly. He’s incredibly an amazing and awesome instructor, he made my dream to get a license a reality! Thank you so much for helping and caring for a newbie like me to feel comfortable and confident in driving, I have high hopes for my future now. Not to mention, I passed with a 98% I was so shock and couldn’t believe it!! But boy I was so happy, the weight is lifted off my shoulders it’s been so long, I can’t thank him enough. There should be more people like Bob, he’s one of a kind. Thank you for making a big difference in my life, I hope to run into you in the future! Lastly, I highly 100% recommend anyone to get Bob as your driving instructor!! He’s super chill and just spectacular, I hope more people meet him. He’ll encourage you until you get pass all your obstacles. Not only that, he’ll work with you step by step. I signed up for 3 driving lessons with him and by the end of it I not only passed my driving test and got my license, I also I feel so much more confident with my driving skills. I came in with a lot of driving anxiety and had only ever driven up to 20mph around my neighborhood. Robert immediately put me at ease and helped me progress at a comfortable pace. By the second lesson, I was already driving on the highway and feeling way less anxious about driving. He had a a great intuition on when I would be feeling anxious and quickly reassured me. I would absolutely recommend scheduling lessons with Robert, he’s a very skilled and comforting instructor!

In the 13 driving lessons I took with Bob Lenz at On Target, my perspective on driving was transformed. I went from being so terrified of causing an accident, so uncomfortable behind the wheel that I failed my driving school's second practice drive twice, to being a confident and enthusiastic driver. Bob really invested in me, believed in me. He showed me I was capable of not only earning my license but being a good driver, something neither I nor my dearest family and friends thought was possible: I went through driving school in high school and had twice before gotten my permit and tried to get experience behind the wheel, but my vision impairment presented what felt like an unsurmountable challenge and I never got anywhere....until now. Now, I - yes, I! - am a fully licensed driver, and am enjoying being on the road more all the time! I am in my early 30’s and was highly anxious to take the drive test and learn the skills needed to be the best driver I can be on the road. I called around to the different schools in the area and this is the only school that took the time to explain every option that they have available for drivers over 18 who didn’t Necessarily need the whole drivers course class. The women and the owner who answer the phones are very kind, respectful, and have the perfect amount of patience for people like me who didn’t know what to ask or what exactly I needed. I arrived early a little bit for my first lesson, my stomach was in my throat, and tears in my eyes from my anxiety for driving and the unknown of my skills. Bob Lenz and the owner greeted me kindly. Bob took me to the car and went over what I wanted to know and what I did already know. We walked around the car and gave me spots I needed to look at out the windows during the skills training. I knew at this point I was in the right place! He then took me on a drive around the neighborhood teaching me parallel parking, backing around a corner, and other skills in the one hour lesson! He is great at self confidence and motivational talks to make yourself believe in yourself to be the best you can be, and this is one of the best things I have needed to believe I can do those skills and pass my drive. I cried, we laughed, I believed, and I passed thanks to this kind instructor Bob. If you are anxious, sick to your stomach from your nerves, and don’t believe you can pass the test take your drives with Bob, and you too will be on your way to being independent and driving! I will forever be greatful for the staff at On Target for their time and knowlege and customer service they gave to make my dream of driving and being independent come true! I have and will always recommend this school and Bob to anyone!

Me and my sister took on target driving school several years back and it went super smooth. Keith was very helpful and overall it was a fun class. Unfortunately, when it was my brothers turn we decided to save a couple bucks and send him to driving 101. Big mistake. I encourage everyone who is debating other schools, to go here. Driving 101 charges fees everywhere so you end up paying more there then you do here. I should’ve realized that when they only have 3.5 star vs this place having 5.

Although I did not need a second chance with the knowledge test, they offer it at no additional cost. It was $25 for the test, unlike another place which was $39 with NO SECOND CHANCE! I don’t know why the school didn’t suit the previous commentator. I am also Russian-speaking, I passed the knowledge test the first time, I tried to pass the driving test twice and have never encountered rudeness or unwillingness to contact. The examiner is very delicate, explains the mistakes literally on the fingers, goes towards everything. Of course, it will not overestimate, but it certainly will not fill up. The administration is also very contact and tries to help in everything. I highly recommend the school. For those who pass the theory - be careful! The test will include questions not only on driving, but also purely theoretical ones, such as "how many ppm is acceptable in the blood to drive?" or "what is the most common cause of death among young people aged 16 to 25?".
