I took my knowledge and skills tests at this location, and everything worked out great. Signing up for knowledge test was super easy online, with lots of slots available as early as next day and as late as 5 pm. Results arrived a couple minutes after the test was officially over. Micaiah did her best to communicate requirements and explain further steps. Skills test was again easy to schedule, with appointments available within three to four days. Test was conducted by Micaella and was a very positive experience. All directions were clear, and atmosphere was overall welcoming and encouraging. She was kind enough to enter my score right after the test, so I was able to apply at DMV the same day.

911 Driving School is very affordable comparing to others. I got 2 knowledgeable instructors who make it so easy for me to navigate the road accordingly to road safety act. I took five lessons and for sure I passed my driving test, at first I was nervous they both assured me that is common in any first situation as such. I can safely say that I am driving myself to anywhere that I wanted to go safely. I have recommended 911 Driving School to few of my friends, they all passed their driving test.

Fluid experience. Mom needed a driving test they took her in and made the entire process easy! Even gave her a sheet with translated commands to help with her language barrier prior to her test so she could understand everything easier.

My family and I had a horrible experience with Micaiah. She is super rude and unprofessional. Every time we had to deal with her, she had horrible attitude. She has no clue what customer service is. She should never be allowed to work with customers. I brought my sister all the way from Marysville to take a driving test. We were 7 minutes late and she gave us rude attitude and asked my sister to reschedule and pay for the test again. We were never informed that being 7 minutes late would result in rescheduling. It was never mentioned in their policy, as well. When we tried to reason with her, another guy interrupted our conversation without introducing himself, and started yelling at us. Super rude and unprofessional people. An update: Terri, the owner followed up on our issues. She resolved the issue and was very professional.

AMAZING SCHOOL! I took my entire driving course here:knowledge test, 10 driving lessons and my road test. Instructors are the best thing about this place. As someone with 0 prior experience in driving, I thought it would take me months, but they were able to teach me in less than 10 driving hours! I had three instructors throughout my lessons: Rob Clarke, Matt Knight and Monte Wallace. They are all very helpful and adjust to your knowledge/experience. Thanks to them, I feel very confident and safe about driving. Exam was a little tricky since it’s done in a different neighborhood than lessons, but I managed to pass. A big thank you!

Had a good experience with this school. I took one class with instructor and the test. Robert, the instructor did a great job of showing me the basic maneuvers I need to master for the exam. He answered all my questions and was encouraging. I passed the road test in the first attempt. Recommend it!

The girls who gave me information and support were excellent, they had positive attitude and a huge smile. The driving instructor solve my doubts before the warm-up, when finished the driving test he gave me the correspondibg feedback. One thing more, the question # 37 in the spanish knowledge test has a bad translation doing it hard to understand, I wish you can transmit this comment to the DOL. Thanks a lot.

The class was great, but it’s very distracting to take a test in the main lobby with customers coming in and with the staff member talking.I hope they will solve that issue soon. Keep up the good work.

I took the road test at 911 driving school Lynwood ,on 9/2/21 (driving my own vehicle)with Robert Clarke. He is a very calm person and did not rush me on my mistakes. His instructions were perfect and to the point.Few minutes Before I started with the test he gave me a quick run through of what I’m goin to expect for the test. I was nervous at the beginning but I managed to pass the test because I gained confidence thereafter. This is my first try with driving test in WA. After the test was done he gave me a quick run through on my errors, without make me feel it was a mistake.Though I haven’t taken any lessons with him ,I’m sure he is going to be the best instructor as he is also very encouraging. I’m also thankful to the front desk staffs who were kind with me throughout, even the rescheduling of dates and timings went smooth. I sincerely thank Rob and 911 driving school Lynwood to make this happen. I’m now excited and eagerly waiting for my official driving license.

I dont usually write reviews but this one deserves all the praise. I am 28 years old and had my permit for longer than anyone that you know (10years). Not until I decided to work on getting my license and went to 911 driving school. I had 2 instructors Mr. Damian and Robert. They were super awesome and great instructors. They are willing to work with you and teach you all the basics and extra points to remember not just to pass the test but for future reference when you are on your own. They will answer any questions and clarify anything that you ask them. I got my license after only going here to 3 one hour sessions. I would recommend this driving school to anyone who struggle practicing with their loved ones, at least for someone like me who needs less pressure from their loved ones who is trying to teach you how to drive. Now I am an official driver, still has a lot to learn but I am able to apply everything that they taught me in short amount of time.

This is no doubt the best place to learn. I tried two places previously before covid started and felt unsafe and undirected. The professionals at this school from the very first lesson made me feel safe and confident. The hardest thing for me to overcome driving was the inability to shake the looming cloud of anxiety that i could very well take my own and someone elses life behind the wheel. The very first lesson they asked how i felt pulling out the parking lot and offered to drive to a quieter and easier neighborhood before i got behind the wheel. This helped immensely and every following lesson built more and more confidence. By the 5th lesson i was feeling pretty good and we started focusing on maneuvers for the test. They explained the point breakdown and what i should be focusing on in order to pass. I passed on my first time and i couldnt have done it without all the grrat instructors. Each of them thier own personality and helpful tips to make getting my liscence and feeling safe on the road easy. If you are trying to choose a school, look no further they are the best value and quality and better than more expensive places.

I took 5 lessons with them, robbert is my road test instructor, he failed me twice. It was my fault yes, I didn't fellow the rules. I think he is fair, but a little bit strict, like in front of stop sign, should stop smoothly, 2 points. Okay, I go to another take the test.

Went to 911 driving school for my written and drivers tests, both times staff was so helpful and friendly! I failed my test the first time but Monte, my driving instructor was AWESOME and gave me advice and told me in detail what I could have done better still while letting me know I did a great job, just some things I need to work on! Next day I came back and passed!

Had the best experience compared to the other school i went to. My instructor was really nice which helped a lot to be calm and confident during the behind the wheel test. And most importantly it was really efficient to make an appointment for the test, by just walking in. I would definitely recommend

I'm just glad it was over. First time driver at 30 was tired of the bus took all 3 tries for my written testand 2 times paying 65$ a time to do my driving test. But the driver was very nice we had a good talk while driving and i barely passed. That back arounda corner is no fun

My daughter is currently going through drivers ed here and it has been a great experience. Her classroom teacher is Jeff and she has done some of her practice drives with other instructors. All of them have been so helpful, and I'm so happy with all of the things she is learning in class and on her drives! We paid for the drivers ed package that includes all of the testing (great deal) and are looking forward to getting everything done here instead of at DOL. The ladies at the front desk have also been so helpful with accommodating our crazy summer schedule. So happy we chose 911 Driving School!

The lady from the reception is soooo good, cute and helpful! She didn’t force me/ encourage me to join the 10 lessons, yet, she asked me to try for 1 lesson first. As a customer, I do think they are like “serving you great”. They gave me good advices. They would not ask you to join any unnecessary lessons. - I do not have a good foundation on driving. I decided to join 5 lessons. The instructor, Robert, is amazing! I recommend you guys to find him if you need any lessons!! He is patient, experienced and funny! He gives out clear instructions and points out my mistakes! Everything is so good! (I would say he’s perfect!) He teaches things that are useful! Yup, and finally, I passed the exam! - This place is so amazing! Guys there are helpful and patient! I love that! Definitely will recommend people to come here.

Extremely rude and unprofessional instructor. Alison Chamberlin is the worst instructor. She showed her strong discrimination towards minority races with both her language and behavior. She threatened to fail minority race students in their tests. In addition, she was always late for appointments but always rushing to end the session. Definitely rude, disrespectful, discriminative, unprofessional and probably unlawful. Update: The manager realized the issue and called me. She was nice and reasonable. I updated 1 star to 3 stars because of this.

Just want to start of saying how great of an instructor WALLACE is! If you are wanting to learn how to drive Wallace is the guy to go to! He is very thurrell and honest! He keeps it real and will teach you everything you need to know to be a safe driver! I had five classes with him and each day I learned something new! He was very patient and answered all the questions I had. Not once did I see him get annoyed or irritated. Also the girls where very helpful and answered all my questions! Couldn’t have had a better experience! You guys are awesome!

I enrolled my sister in law Mary Jane (MJ) to 911 Driving School in Lynwood, WA. Driving Instructor Robert “Rob” Clarke was assigned to help MJ. I ride along and an observer on 4 out 5 lessons. MJ was nervous at first as English is not her primary language. Our concerns about communication barrier was immediately diminished when we heard Mr. Clarke speak the first time. Mary Jane and I were very impressed with Mr. Clarke for the following reasons: - He was clear and direct to the point in giving instructions. In addition, he enunciates words very well (none of those nasal sounding pronunciation of words). - He used MJ’s mistakes/errors as a teaching moment. He also give positive comments/feedback when things were done right. No arrogance. His teaching style/approach/presentation maximized the learning potential and/or capability of the student. - He is very professional on ALL of those times towards MJ and I. He have not used those paid times to asked us about ourselves or any personal information. He knows MJ’s name as he always checked her driver’s license prior to each lesson and call by her name but I’m not sure if he knows mine. And it’s okay :) as he maximized student learning time and utilized those times on our favor. - Mr. Clark have a professional, attentive and calm demeanor. He made his points and delivered the lessons without any sarcasm. - He was able to assess MJ’s strength and weakness fairly quickly and used more time focusing on teaching and practicing where MJ lacked skills. There was no time wasted. Every penny we have paid to 911 Driving school was very well worth it! - Lastly but not the least, he made those driving lessons easy to learn and he ensures the student implemented SAFETY maneuvers at all times. After the lessons were completed, I am now confident to have MJ safely drive my car. I would highly recommend Mr. Robert “ROB” Clarke who works for 911 Driving school located at Lynwood, WA.
