Got my permit and took drivers Ed here back in the day. Great deal and Dave is such a captivating teacher, very hilarious, honest, and gives you real-world experience and advice. Minimal corporate bs, tons of solid driving knowledge. Highly recommend to anyone who is on the fence about deciding where to take a drivers Ed class!

great driving school! small classes, so there is much more attention directed at students, and the ciriculum is great quality for a smaller price. I highly suggest it.

I'd recommend anyone in the Greater Seattle Area to come here to do their drivers test. It was super easy to schedule an appointment unlike other schools. Also Dave is a wonderful human being to interact with. He was very calm and relaxed throughout the driving test. At the end in his office he told me where I did well and where I could improve.

Once I got in the door and sat down, all of my stress and anxiety related to the written knowledge test just vanished. Dave not only does a great job if helping you to understand the material but he's such a cool and nice person that you get that added advantage of actually being relaxed while testing. I feel so fortunate that I chose to come to this driving school before any others in the area because I'm sure the others just don't compare. I'm going to recommend this business whenever I can- Dave really provides outstanding service and I'm confident that anyone who attends will wholeheartedly agree.

I took my driving test here and passed on the first try. Dave was a great instructor. When I told him I had anxiety, he was very understanding and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Apex to anyone. Especially those with anxiety.

AWESOME business all around!!!! The teacher, Dave, is nice and friendly, able to make driving on the road easy as pie! His class is fun, lighthearted (well as much as driving school can be) and focuses on the LAWS first, which I found to be the most efficient way to learn what to do on the road. Very nice to have a teacher pick out the relevant laws for you, help you study and break down what they mean so they can be applied to your driving, without having to do it all yourself, because that is so overwhelming! The interior of the classroom could use some upgrading... I don't recommend taking a summer course there just because of how stuffy it gets in that room. Any other time of year is a-ok! Do I even start on the price??? All of this great education for only $400... WORTH EVERY PENNY! Your child will walk out knowing all of what they need to be successful on the road!

I rarely post reviews but Dave deserves all the recognition. He’s very nice and helpful since the beginning until you get your driver’s ID card. Just an excellent over all experience.

Dave is fantastic. He takes the time to educate beyond the rules of the road. He teaches and educated on the RCW codes. He's passionate about building confidence and teaching to the student's learning style. I've had 3 children go through his school, great success and reasonably priced.

Apex driving school is the best. Dave is very knowledgeable, understanding, and clear. He was able to identify and pinpoint my wife shortfalls accurately and instructed to her clearly and efficiently so that she could become a better driver. We attended another driving school before which shall remane nameless and the instructions were a bunch of mumbo jumbo nonsense to her. I highly recommend Dave and Apex driving for any first time driver.

Love Dave he is so entertaining and a great teacher. He teaches us RCW’s and is very good at coaching on drives.

My 16 year old is currently enjoying drivers ed there with the same instructor I had when I was 16! Very knowledgeable and understanding with everyone’s learning differences and makes sure things are understood correctly by the law not what one person thinks the way things should be when learning the rules of the road!
