I had the class and test with Jordan. Jordan is excellent. He has very clear guidance and tips to let me know how to drive correctly and well. He is very patient. Before test, I was very nervous. Jordan is great. He shared with me the tips, made me feel relieved. Highly recommend Kirkland 911 driving school.

Having recently moved from Ireland I attended 911 Driving School of Kirkland to do everything to get my license here from the knowledge test, an hour lesson prior to the road test and the actual road test. The experience was great and the instructor Brian was great in my lesson and Mina my actual road tester! Really patient, funny and put my mind at ease. I passed first time and can’t recommend this place highly enough. A great school!

911 Driving School in Kirkland is a very good place to learn driving. In most situations, instructors and tests are available. This school adapts to the market needs very well. The instructors here are very good at teaching. They will let you gain your driving ability. Just trust them. I'd like to thank my teachers Mr Jordan and Mr Trevor very much. Mr Jordan is highly experienced and knows exactly what I can do and what I cannot do. Everything is under his control. He taught me some very advanced ways he found himself. How smart it is! Mr Trevor is very sensitive and gentle. He understands my behaviours and changes very well. He has a very good plan for training student, from easy to difficult, covering a lot of situations. His estimation about my progress was perfectly accurate. Finally my examiner was Ms Mina, she explained the test requirements very clearly and she is a nice instructor without any doubt. I passed the test under her invigilation. I owe them a lot. One more thing, the receptionists are very friendly and efficient.

We used 911 to instruct our 17-year-old son. The drivers are very professional and have help him become confident, proficient and conscientious. He really enjoys his drives. He's also out of state much of the time, but 911 has been very accommodating with scheduling drives, make up classes, etc. We really appreciate their willing to work with us on the logistics.

I went during your guys March to May class and I must say it was amazing Mr.Theron was an amazing teacher and all the people who helped me drive I have the upmost respect for. Also the front desk people were amazing and always helped me reschedule my rides. So parents if you are thinking about taking your kids to a quality driving school take it from me a now 16 year old kid who will soon be taking his drivers test (and hopefully ace it :) ) you definitely want your kids to go here Edit: I went to your guy's lakewood location by the way

We highly recommend this Driving School! The staff is wonderful! I couldn't find the facility for a drive test, one of the young ladies there, Maria, actually got in her car, met us at a gas station a few blocks from the school and showed us the way; now THATS customer service!

I will give more stars if possible. 5 months ago I took a 15 hours course there with instructor Jordan and let me tell you I was terrified of driving and more over of the lenguaje bcs I'm not very good at English, but thanks to Jordan's help, patience and encouragement I achieved my goal. I also took my driving test there with Liam, they both do a great job with anxious people, also the staff at desk very friendly, I cannot recommend them enough, I appreciate so much the experience there, thanks guys. Btw I just realized I haven't written any review and you guys really deserved greats ones.

I helped my friend whose English is limited get her knowledge and driving test here and the experience is very good. All the staff here are friendly, helpful and responsive. We are especially impressed by Chris, the instructor for driving test, for his patience and kindness. He's very willing to explain the rules and answer questions before the test started. During the test, he spoke slowly and used hand gesture to ensure my friend fully understand his command. We are so very satisficed with our decision to work with 911 Driving School of Kirkland and would highly recommend them for driving test.

I took 15-hour lesson here, most of the time with Catrice who is an experienced and professional instructor. I have started to enjoy driving because of her lessons! She knows the neighborhood very well so I could experience driving in many different locations. Effective & satisfied. Chris was the examiner for the road test. He is also experienced, very patient and his instruction—the way he speaks--is clear and calm. Thank you to those instructors & the office staff!

One of the best schools on the east side! Chris was my road test examiner - he helped in booking the appointment, was very clear in communicating the test layout and the setup, and he was very respectful and professional throughout the test. And honestly the dude knows his stuff and is also super friendly and chill. Glad I signed up at this location!!

I would highly recommend this location for anyone who wants to take knowledge / road tests! A warm-up session would also be a great add-on if you want to practice with your instructor before the road test!

Staff is very helpful and patient, especially Denny and Chris. I did my knowledge and driving tests there. It was easy to schedule, the warm up for the driving test was super helpful (I felt I needed a refresh even though I had driven for ten years while I lived in Brazil). My wife and I asked some questions, all of which they helped. Plus, they are fun to talk to. Their IT system is not the best but it's not the instructors' fault. They more than make up for it. Highly recommend it!

I highly recommend my instructor, Jessie. She is the best instructor that I have ever met. Always patient and nice. Her method of parallel parking is very useful. I took my road test with Llya (not sure I spelled his name right). He was very kind and nice and gave me recommendations on how to improve my driving skills.

I bought the warm up+road test package. I had a 30 mins warm up with Chris and it was super helpful. He corrected all my mistakes and gave me perfect instructions on backing around the corner and parallel parking. Could not have scored a 92 on the road test without him.

Right from scheduling the lessons to taking the classes and the final test, all of the instructors were friendly, and had immense knowledge about driving, they specifically gave me pointers about what I needed to improve on and they helped me secure a near perfect score on the driving test and helped me pass it in the first try. I highly recommend 2 instructors Chris B and Liam Immanuel, learning under them and being their student helped me immensely and now I am more confident than ever in my driving skills.

Wow, it is a wonderful driving school. This driving school not only teaches you to pass the driving test. It teaches you not to a make a single mistake on driving your vehicle on the road. Chris is an awesome trainer who can make anyone to drive vehicles perfectly. The practices given by Chris helps me to drive the vehicle properly. My father in law have a great experience here when taking his driving test. He recently immigrated to this country and doesn't speak English yet. Chris, his instructor, was very patient and helpful. In order to successfully run the driving test, Chris practiced hand signals with my father in law so they can communicate during the test. A system that worked very well! I just passed my road test today May 29, 2021 and now I'm on my road to get my first driver's license. Instructors I had we're good teachers. Special mention to Brian, who taught me well and understood my weakness whenever I drive. He was so patient on me especially when I got nervous during my first day. This is a perfect advance birthday gift for from this driving school. Thank you Brian, and Denny, too. I recommend this school for teens and adult driving.

One thing that is really awesome is the fact that you can schedule drives online as well as observe drives. Love this place, and I feel super comfortable driving and knowing the driving laws. Denny is the BEST instructor ever - and his stories are amazing.

Very professional, easy-going school that I'd recommend to anyone! I can not comment on their study material or their training approach, thus as someone who already had some driving experience - I didn't need that. All I did was theory test and driving - and I'm extremely satisfied - I've spent 2 days (1 hours in total) and passed both without any stress whatsoever. Everything was carried out efficiently, fast and very professionally. If I were to do my tests again - I'd chose no other school than this one.

Had 0 driving experience before entering this school. Took 5 practice driving lessons. 3 different instructors worked with me, all were extremely professional. After 5 lessons and couple hours of driving with my friends, passed driving exam and got the license. Every time I visited the office it was packed with students, which is an ultimate sign of good business.

I genuinely recommend their driver’s ed class because my experience here was fun and relaxed. I looked forward to coming to class because the teacher, Jordan, made class interesting and included tips about driving. He went above and beyond what was expected of him as an instructor! Which is what I thought was exceptional because he liked teaching teenagers. The drive instructors are understanding and make learning intimidating maneuvers easy to learn. Booking drives are incredibly easy online and through the front desk. I would recommend this to a lot of friends who’s looking for driving classes.

I highly recommend taking a practise session with instructor Chris, he is so warm, patient, observes your driving carefully and gives you feedback. I found his teaching method easy & articulate. His tips are awesome, like on parallel parking. He breaks it down into easy steps to remember. As an evaluator he makes you feel very comfortable , ease your nerves, clearly explains the examination process. Het helps you take the test without any stress. This driving school is really one of the organized places I have ever been. I took my knowledge and behind wheel test in this school. One of the advantages of this school is that they are open on Saturday and Sunday so if you work during the week days you can easily take the test here. Moreover, the person who was the examiner for my behind the wheel test was a retired police officer and not only he was super nice he also gave me lots of advices and comments regarding driving. He also gave lots of information about the insurance rules in the state of washington. I am really satisfied from their service.

My spouse had a warm-up session with road test today. starting from reception, I called many times and then visited office also, they were very polite and answered all my questions. I talked to 3 different persons and all were very courteous. They were very quick and eager to answer any queries. I booked online an called for appointment and got it done in few minutes. They are very professional. My wife was anxious about the road test but Instructor Catrice made her comfortable before staring for warm-up session. Catrice answered all the questions my wife had and even gave tips wherever required.She is very knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend 911 Kirkland.

Mr. Jordan Cimino is amazing. He is calm and very knowledgeable. He ensured a stress-free learning experience throughout the training. I recommended him to my friend and a friend’s spouse and everyone is full of praises for him. Thank you Mr. Jordan. The senior lady at the reception was very rude to my wife when we were trying to understand the whole registration process which needs a lot of improvement. You can pay online and your credit card will be charged but then you will have to call the office to make an appointment. The whole thing can simply be put online to make it easy for customer. Again we ignored her due to the amazing learning experience from our instructor Mr Jordan.
