I had a very smooth time at the 911 driving school of Issaquah and the instructors and staff were very accommodating both during the classroom lessons and on-road drive lessons. I had a last minute emergency that made it so I couldn’t make it to a drive but the school quickly rescheduled to a date that worked well for me. The instructors are fun, inviting, and really helpful. I spent a long time practicing and the instructors definitely noticed that and were able to give me specific feedback. If you put in the effort, practice, come to your drives early, and make sure you remember what you learn in the classroom during your on road drives, you will have an amazing time at the school and get your license really quickly! Definitely recommend as one of the more affordable and quicker options.

Simply Wow 🤩had a very great experience with this driving school. Scheduling classes was super easy with kelly the office staff, driving classes with CHUCK 😎 , Alex and Jason were smooth. These guys are super patient in teaching , making us feel comfortable. I was nervous to drive but right after my second class I started driving with confident. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Overall awesome experience.

I couldn’t be happier with our choice of school or location! The zoom classes were clear, and we definitely appreciated all the instructors. You can’t help but find a favorite, and for us, it was Alex!! He doesn’t waste time, and is concise and to the point! We had many a chuckle. We were also fortunate enough to have Alex for the behind the wheel portion. You would never trust your 16 year old to just anyone. Rest assured that the important things will be covered in a respectful and professional way with positivity. Alex holds himself to a higher standard and that suits me just fine. He had my whole world in that car with him.

My daughter has SUCH a great experience here. The classes were conveniently online and offered on the weekend so she could attend with a busy dance schedule. She loved her drives with Aleks and feels super confident after his instruction. I will definitely be back and will bring my younger son when he's old enough. Can't say enough good things!

Awesome driving school. Top notch instructors (Jason, Chuck, Alicia, Alex) who care about traffic safety and teaching a skill set that has lasting effects on others. Pack your patience as from what I gather from other driving schools when I was picking the right place, the industry as a whole has suffered a tremendous setback due to mandatory closures due to the COVID-19 state mandates. The negative comments on here I would imagine are from people who don’t understand they aren’t the center of the universe and have to prioritize this extremely important skill set over sports. My son was successful and your son or daughter can be too with some engagement and prioritization.

Both of my boys have LOVED this driving school and have learned a lot! The instructors are great both in the classes and driving around in the cars. The office staff nearly always answers the phone and is available to adjust the schedule whenever we need to. I have very much appreciated working with 911 driving school to teach my boys to drive!

I really liked this place. Easy and fast communication, setting up the test dates and everything. Staff was very friendly as well, and provided clear information on every step of the process. The driving/skills exam was also great, the instructor (Chuck) was very clear on the whole process and provided clear instructions prior to the exam itself. I really recommend this place.

I had a great experience with this driving school. From taking the classes online due to covid, scheduling drives, and taking the tests everything went smoothly and all of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the journey. I took my road test yesterday and Chuck was a great examiner and gave me tips on driving at the end of the exam. Just an overall great process and I highly recommend learning through 911 :)

The best money investment of the year for me! As someone at her 30's just learning to drive, I feel that taking lessons with this school was one of the best choices I could have made. My experience with 911 Driving School Issaquah was incredible. Everyone was professional, accommodating, and fun to work with. Without hesitation, I would recommend this school, and especially my instructor Chuck, to anyone who wants to learn or improve driving skills. Deciding to apply for lessons was such a good move for me, that speed up my skill learning and improved my confidence behind the wheel. Chuck and Brian, thank you for sharing your expertise and being patient with my tricky newbie-driver moves.

The instructor we had (Jason) was very patient with our class and was able to convey the content effectively. Jason did a great job with all the students and managed to get the content to us while having fun. He always welcomed students and parents as they arrived and offered to answer any questions when they left. 10/10 - would recommend for sure! Jason is great!

My super anxious 16 year old felt terrified of driving but was 90% more confident after just the first drive with the instructor. The cost was actually less than the other local competitor the quality of training is outstanding. Just few weeks ago someone cut into her lane suddenly and she was able to use defensive skills to avoid an accident with 0 panic. I was impressed and as parent was double thankful for the training she got here to be able to handle that potential accident with such ease! Only suggestion I would add is to prep the students how confusing the written test could be (that's not from the school, it's a state test but the questions were worded so oddly that even for me it was hard to figure out the answers) My daughter was able to pass the driving test with flying colors and learned skills beyond what just on the test. Highly recommend. The staff seems to just be genuinely nice as well and the owner is extremely responsive and takes pride in outstanding service which is rare these days and very nice to experience.

We used the Issaquah 911 Driving School and were extremely pleased with our service. Charles Ripley assisted us..He was professional, courteous, patient and respectful in all avenues. Charles made sure we knew exactly what was needed and how to make sure everything was handled properly during such trying times. The driving instructor, Jason is a very nice, funny, and knowledgeable person. As a cop, he gives us supplemental information that other instructors may not be able to give us. He keeps the class upbeat and fun with his stories. He never wastes our time going over the same stuff over and over again but instead he teaches us useful skills that we can apply in real world situations. Thanks to Jason, I know many new skills, like how to attach snow chains to tires, and when to change all the fluids and parts of the car. Overall, 911 is a great school and you should definitely consider it.

I took my road test here yesterday and I had a good experience!! I was super nervous but everything ended up being great. The scheduling was easy and the test itself was quick and Jason, the examiner, was nice and helpful.

IT WAS AMAZING. Jason, the instructor is so knowledgeable and trustworthy when it comes to teaching us about how to be safe on the road. Driver's ed was one of the best courses I have taken so far, especially since Jason made it so entertaining and informational. The class is taught with the main goal being to support the students without any stresses of learning how to drive and the rules of the road. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to know that the have a solid foundation when they begin to drive. Additionally, the office staff is amazing. She is so helpful and is there whenever you need her. There is no haste when it comes to rescheduling or scheduling or make-up since she is always there. Thanks a million. Our son just completed the course with 911 in Issaquah. Any parents considering this school should stop considering and enroll their children now. We found that our son loved the school, came home happy and excited after every class or drive. It’s an amazing place to learn all the driving skills you need for the road test and for the real driving time in the future. The instructors are patient and professional, they are able to focus on your weaknesses and find the best way for you to improve them. We have had a good experience with the 911 Driving school in Issaquah. The zoom class with Chris was organized and professional. Jason Allemand, the owner, has been great to deal with also. Working through all of the covid-19 restrictions has been difficult but they are working hard to be fair to all of the students.
