This is hands down the best driving school! Frank was the most patient and knowledgeable instructor, he had a way to communicate with my father-in-law who isn’t fluent in English. Nevertheless, the road test was passed with flying colors, we’re so grateful! P.S. the school itself looks like a museum with all the law enforcement patches from across the states and pictures on the walls. Frank told us he’s been collecting them for 40 years now! Also, we came with the preschooler and were happy to find activity books for the little ones 🙂

Jeremy Haines is the best instructor!👨‍🏫🚙 I was super fortunate to get him as my instructor. He is a real pro, experienced, understanding,friendly and very cooperative coach. Jeremy provided me the calm and focused environment that I needed to pass the test and get my driver’s license. He delivered his instructions clearly and consistently. He was encouraging and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had my driving road test last Tuesday and I PASSED. A big thank you to Jeremy, my instructor. He was amazing.He was really helpful and kind during the warm up session I had before the test and during the test as well. We went through all the test requirements and he taught me every single thing that I need to make sure before the driving test. That made my test much easier and made me comfortable during the test. It was a great experience with the 911 driving school Everett and I definitely recommend this driving school to anyone. Jeremy, you are awesome!

These reviews don’t lie. My instructor Kurt Schneider was knowledgeable, patient, fun and amazing. I passed my test more than a month back and now I am driving on interstate. It couldn’t have been possible without Kurt’s guidance and teachings. Would highly recommend!

Staffs here are friendly and are always available through phone during their office hours. Cant really say this about other 911 driving school locations nearby. No wonder this place is highly rated. Glad we decided to take our driving test here, had a stress free experience with Instructor Jeremy. He made feel at ease by explaining the process and clarifying questions I had.

The 911 driving school is a very good course and it was even better having Mike as an instructor. He made the class fun and he taught us the importance of being a responsible driver and how to be a good driver. I recommend this to others! All of the instructors are great and insure that you’re comfortable taking lessons, tests, etc! I definitely recommend the extra 40 minute practice before the road test. It really calms the nerves and helps you to feel comfortable with your instructor!

These reviews do not lie. I came here after reading them and requested for Frank to take my skills exam. I was SUPER nervous. He has such a wonderful character and a calming vibe. You can tell he is a kind soul. Before the exam he gave very thorough instructions. And during the exam he was very professional with clear orders. The organization itself was clean and the staff were friendly. I would give extra stars for Frank and would recommend only this place after my experience. A plus, as a new resident to the US, I felt very welcome. THANK YOU!

I took my skill test here and passed in the first attempt. Frank was my examiner. He is such an amazing guy! Before taking the test he patiently explained to me what all to expect during the test. As luck would have it, a runaway dog came in front of my car during the test. Fortunately, I slammed the brakes on time, averting disaster. I was quite tensed throughout the rest of the drive. But Frank gave clear instructions, helping me calm my nerves, and ultimately clear the test. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I paid for the 5 adult lesson package and had FRANK as my instructor. He’s probably the best “teacher” I’ve ever had!!! He’s patient, encouraging, and honest. He’s clear about instructions and really makes you feel confident behind the wheel. He genuinely wants his students to succeed. I would recommend 911 Driving School on Evergreen to anybody!! I came in with 0 experience in driving and just after 4 one hour lessons, came out a licensed driver!

Went here for my knowledge test and my driving test on 09/28/21. I was very nervous for my drive test, the instructor talked to me before hand and asked if I had any questions and explained what to expect. He made me feel very comfortable, even though my nerves were high as most people taking the test. I recommend this place for any of your driving needs.

The classes were detailed and were taken at a pace I could easily understand. The in person drives could be taken at any time, and allowed me to travel at my own pace through the course. The driving instructors were very professional and helped me understand the rules of the road; as a new driver I made some mistakes, but the instructors helped me and stayed calm in every situation. I was very nervous beginning to drive, and I'm glad me and my parents settled on this course. The learning itself contains a lot of information, but it builds on itself and the teachers are able to make it a memorable and enjoyable class. I would recommend this school to anyone looking to start drivers ed!

I went here and it was really fun, and I learned how to drive. The staff is amazing because they keep things fun, some standouts that I've met are Instructor Mike, Instructor Jeremy, and Instructor Frank. Instructor Mike was super fun and was easy to ask questions to. Instructor Frank had super fun stories to tell and was just really fun to learn from. Instructor Jeremy was the Instructor that has done most of my drives, and makes driving easier and likes to include humor which makes it way easier. Overall, not only did they do their job but they made it easy and fun, which is big for me. I totally recommend going here.

From my experience this was an amazing place to learn how to drive, they made it very simple and straight up in class and on their website so that you new exactly what you were learning or what you were looking at. Their website is also very helpful to look at dates for drives or classes, etc. that you have scheduled. I personally had Instructor Mike and not only did he teach us the solid information and tactics to driving but he made it fun. He made it so fun that most students felt comfortable to join and have conversation or answer questions and he would also make everyone in class laugh and he just gave off a really positive mood which helped a lot. So overall I think the 911 Driving School of Everett is an amazing school to learn driving at and I would recommend to anyone who wants to learn how to drive.

I just finished the classroom portion and really enjoyed every aspect that came along with learning about the rules of road. Everything went by so quickly and I am truly going to miss learning and going to class (daily zoom sessions). Everyone working here is polite and helpful which makes the class even more enjoyable. You really can tell that the staff put their hearts and souls into their work and really enjoy what they do. Frank, one of the instructors told really cool police stories, as all of them do, at least I presume they do. Each of the stories went seamlessly along with the lessons and made me even more intrigued and engaged. I had a blast learning everything and the experience has been super fun. I can't wait to take the driving portion and tests as soon as I am able to. Everyone should go here for the experience and knowledge of becoming a safe and defensive driver!

This driving school is the best out there. When I called in to sign up for a class they were able to get me into a class that was starting in 10 minuets and let me pay later. Absolutely amazing, and Instructor Mike is the most amazing teacher he knows how to make the class enjoyable and not dreadful. If you end up with Mike just know you are lucky :) I 100% recommend 911 driving school.

This is a great place for learning how to drive. They made my learning experience fun and were able to alleviate all the fears that I had. Shout out to Mike and Frank! Mike made it super interactive and made it as fun as drivers ed could be. I was surprised how well he did at keeping us focused and teaching us over zoom. We where able to ask questions and engage with others. I really respect him because he was able to say that he didn't know the answer to something someone asked. Frank had the best stories for us and was fun to learn from. Its not everyday you meet someone like him. We got to know him over the two weeks. We also where able to ask questions and be judged. Over all I would suggest 911 driving school to anyone. The knowledge they have is priceless. The experience they have helps set us up for success. After class we could stay and ask other questions and tell are own stories.

My daughter felt that she received excellent driving instruction through this school. Frank ensured she would have the same instructor three times in a row, and then she could take the driving test with that same person. She especially appreciated the help she received with parallel parking, backing the car around a corner, and parking on a hill. Even though my driver’s Ed course was taught via zoom , I learned a ton and I was able to ask questions and get clarification for anything I didn’t understand. Both of the instructors on zoom, Jess and Mr.Frank , were very nice and engaging. They taught us what we needed to know with a little bit of insight from their own personal experiences. When I came to the school for my drives, the people at the front desk were super nice and the place just has good energy. My primary driving instructor , Jeremey Haines, taught me a lot in very little time. I felt comfortable, he provided constructive criticism that helped me practice my driving skills outside of my one on one drives. He was very clear with directions and he made it easy to understand what I was doing wrong and how to correct it. It just feels like he genuinely cares about what he’s teaching you and your progress! So, if you can, book him! All in all, this school and it’s instructors are great! I definitely feel like I have the knowledge I need to practice safe, defensive driving. Great school :)

I genuinely believe that this school is awesome for all people that want to learn how to drive. The staff at the front desk are very kind, patient and helpful. I felt super comfortable in class and learned so much. The instructors are so nice and are willing to go the extra mile to help you with what you need. All of the curriculum is updated and will be used. They don't teach you what you don't need and don't have busy work (which is good). They're also very fun to be around. It was overall a great experience. Jeff, Mike and Frank are awesome people to learn from and be around. They really do focus on helping you as an individual and clearly care about your well being.

I enrolled in adult driving classes and did my road test here in Everett 911 driving school. My instructor Frank is awesome. He is professional, patient and encouraging. Although I had some driving experience before, I was still nervous and hesitant when driving. However, when Frank sat next to me in class, his professionalism and encouragement made me stayed calm and boosted up my confidence. He explained things very clearly, and never get impatient with all my questions. Not only is he professional in class, he is also humorous and friendly. I learnt a lot and had a great time in Frank's classes. The staff here are all nice and friendly. It is super easy to schedule classes and the road test. You can basically reserve a spot one day in advance. For the road test, although I was super nervous at first, my examiner makes the atmosphere relaxing. Eventually I forgot I was taking the test and stayed calm. I just passed my road test today, thanks to Frank and his team. I would definitely recommend everyone to take classes and tests here in Everett 911 driving school. Thank you again Frank, I successfully got my driver license because of you. This place was exactly what I needed! I’m a late comer to driving, partially because I’ve managed to get by without need for a car, but mainly because I’ve had a LOT of anxiety about driving in the past. The instructors here are great; helpful, down-to-earth, understanding and accommodating. I had two lessons and my driving test with Angel, and he completely put me at ease and made me feel comfortable behind the wheel! Now I finally have a license! Thank you guys SO much, especially Angel! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

911 is a great school to attend for drivers ed. Mike was funny and delivered important and useful information. Some lessons were less important than others but I learned useful tips at all of them. My required drives were great because the instructors were patient with me and whenever I made a mistake they gave great effort to correct me and prevent me from further mistakes. I have the most pleasant impressions from this school and from my instructor Frank especially. All staff are very polite attentive people. I don't have enough words to describe how amazing my experience with 911 Driving School of Everett was. The whole team are kind, warm and approachable people that make you feel confident in what you are doing. I went in for an adult driving lesson and for my road test. I wanted the lesson to ease up my nerves before my test, and to glance over what I was going to be tested in and feel confident when I took it. As soon as I shook hands with my instructor, any anxiety I was feeling melted away. He helped me with the things I was doing wrong in a respectful manner but always with a sense of humor, and reassured me on the things I was doing right. After my lesson, I felt prepared and actually excited for my test, instead of being a ball of nerves like I was before. The person who was administering my Road Test made me feel safe and secure even before starting the test. I never once felt judged or anxious during the actual test, and I passed with flying colors. I am so thankful to all the team for the best experience I've ever had in a driving school (and as a foreigner, that's been a lot). I can't say enough good things about the service, convenience of their hours, flexibility, location, payment process and most of all, about the quality of the people working there. Every single one of them made getting my license an easy and painless process. 100% recommended!

I just passed my road test with their help TODAY! My instructor Frank was very encouraging, calm and humorous sometime. He gives very clear instructions. I felt safe and not very nervous when I was on the road practicing. Great instructor :D Their reasonable price is another reason why I'm happy about their service. When I first called them, the lady on the phone told me I can sign up for 1 class first and see how many more I would need. So I did after my first class and they gave me the package price. I think that's very kind. Also they're flexible about pick-up and drop-off. Even though I used that only once, but as far as I know of, you do not need to pay for all the pick-ups & drop-offs in advance. Instead you may schedule it before hand and just pay for that time. Love their flexibility. I recommend this driving school to everyone :D

After 8 years of putting my drivers test off, due to anxiety... I am HAPPY to say I PASSED my drivers road test today, on my first try! The 40 minute warm up (prior to the road test) helped me gain awareness on what I needed to work on and how I was going to approach it when the actual test was on. Frank, my instructor was AMAZING! His calm and friendly demeanor facilitated everything. I felt as if I had been driving with someone whom I’d known for years, that’s how comfortable he made me feel!!! And signing up for the drivers ed course at the 911 Driving school in Everett was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Instructor Frank McCahill CARES about his students and does an excellent job of teaching new drivers. As a parent with two students in his class, I appreciated Frank’s comprehensive coverage of driver safety. Because of Covid, the classes are streamed over Zoom so I got to hear parts of the class while it’s streamed at home. He’s engaging and entertaining. He warns the students of all kinds of pitfalls, anything from drug use, how to deal with being road-raged by another driver to negative peer pressure- it’s great for my kids to hear these things from someone else besides me. My sons enjoyed Frank’s stories from his past as a Navy submariner, narcotics police detective, and race-car driver. He’s the driving instructor I wish I’d had when I was a teenager back in the day.

I haven't had my liscence in 12 years. I went here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to pass my written first try. And surprisingly they were able to schedule my drive later that day. I was very nervous for my drive and the last time I took the test the instructor was very intimidating. It is a very good experience to the jokes and games we play in class to the calming experience of driving, you are given clear instructions while driving so you get the best education possible, they give you tips about the road test so that you have the best chance of passing it. I have had my permit for about year and it was going to expire in October 2018. I'm 23 years old and got the 10 1-hr adult driving lesson package. Frank was my instructor and he was wonderful! When I first started, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. I first started out in a parking lot to assess what I knew already and went from there. Frank took me out of comfort zone when it came to driving - I was on the freeway by my 4th lesson and it provided me SO much confidence after that. He was easy to talk to and gave direction well. Originally I brought my daughter here because of the PRICES. They were considerably cheaper than the other schools we looked at. In the end, I would recommend because of the AMAZING STAFF!!! We heard horror stories about instructors at other schools, so we had our guard up initially. But all of the girls at the front counter were smiling and helpful everytime we had a question. My daughter said Frank and Mike made the classes and the drives something to look forward to each time. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND 911 of Everett. Plus they offer free daily driving tips on their social media. I sheepishly have to admit... Even I needed a bit of a refresher. GLAD WE FOUND THEM!!!!!!

Very professional with little or no wait times for services. With DOL closed for COVID-19, 911 driving school was able to get my testing done promptly and update Wa DOL same day! I was most impressed by how the instructor communicated clearly and would certainly recommend them over having testing done at DOL even once they re-open. At this crazy time, I’ve been disappointed twice by the DOL not honoring their appointment reservations, first for the knowledge test and for the skills test. Each time, however, I was able to show up the same day to this school and pass both of the tests. They’ve been a life-saver and I wish I went to them before I went to the DOL. I needed a Washington State license but my out of state license expired and didn't know it. I had to take a written and driving test! Crazy! I didn't want to deal with the DMV wait times and scheduling. I was told I would have to wait until January for a driving test!? So, I online registered with 911 Driving school in Everett on a Thursday, walked in on Friday, passed my knowledge test on my second try. I made an appointment next day! for a driving test and passed! All done within 48 hours! If you fail your knowledge test you aren't allowed to see what you got wrong, Washington State rules. It's odd because how can I correct myself while out on the roads? Make sure and study for the knowledge test and driving test. Practice in the car too. It was a great experience and they were all professional, front desk and instructors.

Imma be honest this class is wack, mike is just too macho for us and his weird obsession with giving kids candy, here is his story. “Good morning” mike sways his luscious locks While the lighting hits it perfectly on his nice looking forehead, and the beautiful hairline. “Are we ready to learn about...driving?” I stare into his ocean blue eyes. He is the type to go on long walks on the beach with his dog “Balrock, eater of worlds”... but there is something about him... something suspicious. His deep voice spoke throughout the class about right turns and drunk driving. Everyone in the class was in a trance, absorbing every word spoken. But I wasn’t phased, I knew something was wrong... different with this handsome driving instructor, but I couldn’t put my finger on it. The class ends and mike asks me to stay after class to “speak to me”. I walk up to his desk with my bag and empty Starbucks coffee cup. Mike turns around with papers in his hand. “Do you know why I called you after?” “Not sure...
