I passed my road testing with Patric today. A great place that I recommend having in-car lesson and road testing. Thanks for each instructors (Eric, Gene, Teresa, Collin, Denis, Joe, Mark, and Patric). All of instructors are informative, patient, and professional. I learn driving starting from zero. They are always encouraging me and boosting my confidence. Besides, I would like to appreciate the receptions, always kindly help out with in-car lesson appointments. I would like to show my gratitude to 911 Driving School of Bothell.

I took my road test last week and passed. I took 6 classes with 911 bothell and they have excellent instructors. This place is very organized. I took most of my classes with Mark and Patrick , they were very detailed , patient and considerate. My test instructor was Patrick and he was super nice and thorough when he gave me the details about the points in the end. It was a good learning experience at 911 bothell. I highly recommend it.

A great place that I would recommend to everyone! I took a class at this location. All the instructors are kind people who are great at teaching the subjects and also making it interesting. The driving part of the course is also very practical and informative. Patrick, Stuart and Joe were my instructors. They are very professional, straight forward, and very patient. Cannot recommend them enough, I had the luck to have a lesson with Collin and take my driving test with Patrick and they were both wonderful. They were very patient and always took time to explain areas of improvement and were always super respectful. If you are scared of taking your driving test you do not need to think twice, take it with them.

I get lesson from Patrick most of the time and he's a really good coach.while you are driving, he will tell you things that you need to pay attention to so you have an idea what should you keep an eye on. He also teaches in detail the steps of doing things(for example the steps of turning).

They were inexpensive and worth the time but they do adhere to strict regulations by the department of licensing so don't be amazed if you get failed for something you thought was right, they were courteous well educated and even though I had to do it twice the driving part always make sure to get the proper information prior to the driving part that they do have at their disposal thank you again you guys were good

Very good teaching instructors. Patrick and Denis taught skills well. Margaret ensured my test experience was less stressful. The only con is that it’s tough to reach the school office through phone to know their test and class availability. My phone calls weren’t answered, but pick up phone calls weren’t answered, but going in person and scheduling classes or tests works👍

This driving school is outstanding. The moment I walked in I felt welcomed by the staff. They were ready to help me reach my goals. I drove with Enpart and he is a great instructor. I took an hour lesson with him and a warm up before the exam, and within a few days I got my license. Enpart taught me all the necessary skills to drive safely. He has tons of experience and his teaching style is easy to understand. He was especially helpful with parallel parking! I get nervous before exams and he helped me calm down and feel confident. I just passed my driving test. I took 10 lessons driving class. 4 instructors named Dennis, Jennifer, Enpart and Liam taught me driving. Dennis understood my level of driving and taught what I need to improve on. Jennifer gave me confidence initially and focuses on being cautious on roads. Enpart made me drive with safety in mind. Liam made me drive confidently and kept me improve my driving skills with each class I had with him. Overall, this driving school is great and best. As I learned with multiple instructors, each one analysed what I should improve on and made me confident with driving finally and I cracked the test. Cars, reception lobby are all clean with sanitizers all around. They provided me with wipes for cleaning before each drive. Best place to learn driving! Thanks a lot, 911 Driving School of Bothell!

There were many instructors, all with same attitude, striving to make you the best driver you can be. They are very friendly and try to make conversation as much as they can without distracting you from driving. By far the best option when it comes to learning how to drive the right way!!

Great team of instructors. Professional and safe. During Covid they offered online training, required masks and ensured the cars were cleaned before new drivers started their lesson. They were very flexible with timing. My son passed on his first attempt!

I had a great experience with the driving school. I took 10 classes in total with three different instructors Patrick, Enpart, and Liam. Unlike different schools, the instructor's teaching style was consistent. Patrick took me on the road the very first day even though I had never driven at 45 mph, the confidence he put on me evaporated all my fear and anxiety. I had one class with Enpart where he taught me techniques to seamlessly control gas. My last instructor Liam was wonderful. He took me on Freeway :D and also helped me make turns smoothly. I must say, with Liam's help, I was able to develop better driving habits. Thank you so much for all your help!

Had a really pleasant experience here with one brush up lesson and a road test. Enpart is a great instructor and made me feel at ease when doing my test even though I was nervous. The cars are compact and nifty so there's not too much stress about parallel parking etc. 10/10 would recommend this place

A great school for learning how to drive safely. All of the staff members are invested in making your time at 911 worthwhile. I personally wasn't required to take the driver's ed course, but I found the classes very helpful in learning the rules of the road. Patrick and Enpart are wonderful instructors with lots of experience, and they reinforced my confidence as a driver. I am very happy that I chose 911 Bothell to get my liscense. 👌

Love this place! I had Angel as my class instructor he made the class really fun and funny even though it was durring the summer and I wanted to be out with friend and not in class. Patrick did all of my drives and my driving test. He's super nice and funny, on the last test I was nervous but since I knew Patrick was a nice guy I was more calm and was able to pass my test. This driving school is AMAZING! From the receptionists, to the instructors, and to the examiners- this driving school location is the best! If I were a parent, I would send my kids to this driving school location. And if I'm living in Washington by the time I even have kids, I know that they'll be going to this driving school. Even during a pandemic, their office was clean, tidy, and I felt comfortable being in it. When I took my written test here, the receptionist was confident in my knowledge and that made me feel more confident too! You get three tries to take the knowledge test, which is nice. I did pass on my first try though. The examiners/instructors were extremely helpful. It seems like they truly understand what it's like to having testing anxiety, nervousness over driving, and know exactly how to help you get over it. During my lessons, my instructor made it clear on how the vehicle operates and helped me understand how to parallel park and back around corners. I did those two skills perfectly on my road test! Above all: Jennifer was the most straightforward, kind, and honest examiner that anyone could ever ask for! She made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She provided me very clear instructions during my road test, and I was able to understand what she wanted to see from me. She spoke clearly and confidently. After my road test, she explained the areas where I missed points, and congratulated me on passing my road test! Hurray! I know exactly what I need to work on to become a better driver, and the things that I missed points on was completely fair. (Darn you backing around the corner! I'll keep practicing. :) ) TLDR; This school is great. Do everything you can here. They even have instructional classes online. There were even Clorox wipes in the car that I could wipe down the vehicle with. That was nice too. They even have little magnets that say "Student Driver" on it. This location is prepping everyone for defensive driving! Thank you Jennifer!

I grew up and worked most of my life not in the USA. I did not have the need to learn how to drive until I arrived here. Not being young I was very afraid to learn how to drive. I stumbled upon 911 Driving School through a friend who also went through here and got her drivers license. The office staff was amazing and so accommodating, especially Jennifer. I took the driving test with 40 minutes warm-up here. Instructor Enpart was very friendly and helpful. He went over a mock test with me and helped me practice the areas that I wasn't good enough. He was very patient and chill and I didn't feel any pressure taking the test at all. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful as well.

I took my driving test last month and he corrected me on what I needed to do next time to pass and he even came in on his day off so I could take my test and didn’t have to wait 2 more weeks for the next available test! I loved this driving school so much. I gave my driving knowledge test as well as driving road test there. The lady that took calls was very nice and really sweet to talk to. I took 5 driving lessons there. I had my classes with Instructors- Dani, Philip, Patrick and Angel. And all of them were really amazing in their work and I learned so much from all of them. I gave my test with Empart. He was amazing. He really gave very clear instructions while test and remained and kept me calm the entire time. I moved to the U.S and WA 2.5 years ago and I never needed a driving license until I moved here. This year I decided was the year I would learn how to drive and my goal was to learn before the summer. I heard about 911 Driving School through a friend and I was deciding between the Everett location, Marysville location and Bothell location. My friend had only great things to say about the Bothell location so I decided to go with them which I couldn't be happier about. I had 10 lessons with them where 1 was with Enpart and the rest with Patrick. My biggest thing was to not only learn how to drive but to feel comfortable and learn safe driving since I knew I would spend the majority of my time driving with my son in car once I had my license. They taught me all of this and now not only do I feel comfortable driving but driving with my son in the car. They've been super accommodating to when I changed some lessons to other times and focused on what works best for me. On the days I didn't have the confidence they had the confidence for me which really encouraged me and made me feel less nervous. They answered all of my millions of questions during the drives and instead of pointing out every single thing I did wrong, they would let me do my drive and give me feedback on what I should think about in certain situations without making me feel bad. I always left feeling good about my driving after every lesson. In a month and a half I went from driving on a parking lot to driving on the freeway. I received my driving license before my 10 lessons were completed but since I had so much fun driving with Patrick I still wanted to take my remaining lessons. I've had so much fun learning to drive with them and I only have wonderful things to say about them. I think anyone who decides to learn how to drive with 911 Driving School of Bothell are lucky ones!

I suffer from severe anxiety to the point where I failed my last 4 driving exams because I struggled to concentrate during the exams. However, Enpart was understanding and happy to help me learn my improve my driving as well as calm me down during the exam. Thanks to him, I finally passed! I feel a lot more confident after a practice drive + a 40 minute warm up before my actual skills exam. Thank you so much!

Great and friendly staff, very convenient to just walk-in and take the knowledge test or schedule a driving test. (The website says you can't do driving tests here, but you can.) I took the knowledge and driving test here. For the knowledge test we just walked in, paid, and they gave us the test in paper. You know if you passed then and there, and they immediately enter the results into the government system. For the driving test, I had Enpart, who was really great. He's not just there to intimidate you or give you a test; he's there to remind you how important it is to drive safely. Though I passed, he went over the things I could improve on because it's not just about a test -- it really is about being a responsible driver and keeping yourself and everyone around you safe. I really appreciated his tips and definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs anything related to driving.

I took a warm-up session with road test and couldn't have asked for a better examiner than Jennifer. Although you don't see a lot of mentions of her in the reviews, SHE is truly AMAZING! I had a great experience testing with her. She has a very calm way of speaking and it immediately put me at ease. She gave really constructive and positive feedback after the test. Would definitely recommend her!

Recently, I moved from Texas . I went to DOL to change my license from TX to WA only to find out that my license was expired by a few days!!! and I had to do the written and driving test all over again. I was extremely upset and frustrated. I went online and chose 911 Bothell based on location and great reviews. On Friday, I walked in and was greeted by Margaret. Very sweet and helpful. She explained everything in detail. Jennifer was also very nice. They will prepare you 100% Then I met Enpart. Super friendly and he made the whole process stress free. He was my examiner; I had a wonderful driving test experience and very comfortable with Enpart. He is very honest, patient and kind. I highly recommend this driving school. I will be bringing family and friends. One last thing, this place is organized and clean and the bathroom is spotless. If you need to learn to drive this is honestly the place to go. Enparts wife Jennifer helped with the oral written test with him and praise God he passed with an 85! These folks are so kind hearted, very patient and genuinely cares to help you! The classes are fine, but our driving experience is unacceptable so far. Our appointment was at 8 am today, 4/9. We were there at 7:52 am and couldn’t see anyone there. My son walked to the door at 7:58 and couldn’t see anyone in the office or the driving cars. He tried again at 8:02 and still couldn’t see anyone so he came back to the car. My husband had registered our son and set up the appointment online, so I called him to double check what time he made the appointment for. He double checked, and it was for 8 am on 4/9. He tried calling The office and it went to voicemail, so he left a message. He then tried to email. After he called me back, I sent my son over to the door again. At 8:08 he still couldn’t see anyone in the office. So he came back to the car. He went to the door again at 8:13 and tried pushing the door, but said it was locked. I called my husband back again to ask how long we should wait. He said he’d try calling again, but it went to voicemail again. Finally I went to the door at 8:17 and I couldn’t see anyone either I tried pulling the door and it opened. There was a guy sitting at the computer right next to the window. I said ”my son is here for his driving lesson, he came to the door but couldn’t see anyone.” He said “he looked right at me.” I said we’ve been here since 8 am waiting for you. He looked at me and just said “it’s 8:17”. Rather than argue with him which would be pointless, because it was clear he wouldn’t take my son out driving, I just walked away. He clearly saw my son. Why didn’t he get up and come out? I guess his computer game or internet browsing was more important than his appointment. What did he think a kid was doing at the office at the instructor’s appointment time and at 8 am during spring break? And I know it’s not during normal office hours, but why not answer the phone? This all could have been resolved just after 8 if he had done that. Supposedly they charge if you miss an appointment. I will not pay for this, we were there early and their employee wasn’t. At the very least he should have answered the phone, or made some attempt to see if the kid he saw at the door was his appointment. Update: as stated by the owner, he did not charge us for the missed drive. However, this never should have happened in the first place. The driving instructor was in the wrong. The owner said to me that when he is there he opens the blinds so people know he is there. But this instructor doesn’t, and that’s him. He also said this instructor always sits at the desk right next to the window. With the blinds closed, and the hard angle to the desk, it’s impossible to see him until you open the door. My son tried to open it, but it didn’t open. Well, it’s your business, set the expectations for your employees. I appreciate the owner making up our son’s driving lesson himself and has now added a contact phone number to prevent this from occurring again. So, I have raised my review to reflect that.
