Every employee here has got a nice attitude. They response the email and answer phone calls very quickly, and they try the best to satisfy customer needs. There are a group of instructors and examiners here, and you can always schedule at a very close date. I need an road test examiner who speaks Mandarin Chinese, and I have asked all the 911 driving school nearby, only Bellevue 911 has got the exact examiner. The examiner's name is Emily, and I highly recommend to find her if you got the same demand with me. Her smile can effectively relieve your stress, so that you can perform in the best mental state. Her command during the exam is clear enough to aviod ambiguity. Even after the test, she will not only explain your defect during the exam, but also give you consturctive advice to your future driving in detail.

I took 5 driving lessons and a road test. Everyone in the office is super friendly and responsive. I had a great experience here I would recommend going to 911 driving school 1000 times. I believe every instructor is wonderful, I had my classes with Jeffery and Chris. Both are very calm and composed. They tell you where you have to work on which is very helpful for passing the test and in general. Thank you so much Jeffrey for all your hard work 👍

I took my road test at 911 Bellevue. I had a great experience and the whole credit goes to my examiner, Zaheer. He was super friendly and cool. I was stressed and nervous but from the very first moment he helped me calm down. He was motivating me, and created a positive vibe throughout the test. I could pass the test because it never felt like he is testing, it was just like a drive with a friend. Other than that all the process of booking the appointment and starting the test was very smooth. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone 🙂

I had a very good experience with 911 driving School Bellevue. They have experienced instructors. 911 driving school is the best in the area. I'm from a different country and I've no idea about the traffic rules in the US. I took a 10 lessons course. I had done my knowledge test as well from the same place. I had my test with Logan and after the test he explained where the points were deducted and where i need to improve.Overall i had a very good experience and recommend everyone to take test/lessons from here.Many thanks to all my instructors especially Lonnie, Keilee and Logan.

I was pretty nervous about learning to drive so late in life, so I booked a 10 class + driving test package. I tried various instructors at first, but I felt most comfortable with Janelle. I liked how she taught me to talk out my thought process as I'm observing and making decisions. I felt calm with her and became more confident with my driving with her help. As a mom, being a good and safe driver was important to me. She taught me a lot about safety and good driving practices.

I took the lessons + road test package. Some great instructors who helped me- Jeffrey, Janelle and Lonnie. If you have the flexibility and time, ask for one of these instructors' availability. I'm sure there must be many more, but these were the best instructors that I worked with. The front desk folks were all easy to talk to and always answered all my questions very patiently. One particular substitute instructor was very unprofessional, snobbish, demotivating, kept correcting my English grammar in the middle of my driving lesson, and cared more about his lame jokes rather than helping me with driving. So if you have this "interesting" encounter, don't be discouraged and definitely reach out to the manager. Luckily, it wasn't my first lesson, so I knew that the other instructors were very different. Lonnie was terrific and spent extra time and effort in drawing/explaining every little thing in great detail. He gave me actionable feedback and was patient and very motivating. This made a BIG difference in my confidence and helped me pass my test! I used to be extremely nervous and never thought I could make it! Guess I just needed help from the right kind of people! Some people are great teachers! Yes, I just had to use that many exclaimation marks because this is a very big deal for me! :)

Had gone for the warm up plus road test appointment here. Everything happened right on schedule. The staff are super helpful at this place. The instructor, Mr. Logan, was very friendly. He helped calm down my nerves, gave very good feedback in the warm up period, cleared my doubts, and provided clear instructions while conducting the test. Post completion of the test, he also clearly pointed out the couple of things I could’ve done better - overall a very positive experience.

Staff is helpful & friendly. I took 10 classes + Test package and thoroughly satisfied with their work. Logan is one of the best Driving Instructors in the school. His guidance & techniques helped me learn & gain confidence driving here in USA as a beginner. I had a great experience with the 911 driving school. I passed my test in June 2022. All the staffs were very friendly. I booked my 5 lessons and a driving test with the same instructor, Lonnie. He is an amazing instructor. Explained all test maneuvers very well right from the beginning and helped me practice them during all my classes. He explained things in very simple manner.

I did the 15 Zoom lessons + 5 drive lessons + 1 knowledge test + 1 road test package. The Zoom lessons were great in terms of prepping me for the theory (knowledge) test, and the 5 drive lessons were great for improving my technique and confidence on the road. The instructors care about teaching the proper technique to students. My favorite teachers were Adam and Chris, because they were approachable and knowledgable (and great to talk to), which is the perfect blend for a good teacher. Would recommend this school for any driving student. These guys essentially hold your hand all the way to your license. All you need to do is show up on time, pay attention and practice!
