Paul was a great guy gave a lot of hints how to help get in the box. Dallas was awesome. And Leslie was the best instructor on your pre trip. I would recommend anyone too go all three instructor made this place Better and wanting to keep coming everyday, You can ask them any questions and they’ll tell you, guide you . “I WAS A ONE AN DONE “

Top notch training! Instructors was great. School is fast paced and hands on so u gotta take initiative to learn and ask questions when needed. Was able to pass as a “1 and done” in a standard. Ver glad I picked this school. CDA OKC!

I graduated CDA last week and passed my CDL test on my first try. I give a huge thanks to the instructors and appreciate the knowledge that was passed down to me. I went from being timid behind the wheel, to confident in starting a new career, throughout my 5 weeks at CDA . Honestly I will say that it's a very interactive education. Effort wise, YOU GET BACK WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT! If you want to learn, get hands on experience, and receive the tools needed to graduate, and pass a CDL exam/road test, then CDA is the place I would recommend. Thanks again everyone

Man I can write a story about this place. Hands Down the very best Truck School to attend in OKC. The staff was extremely friendly and Instructors are top notch with so much experience and very hands on with everything they teach. I learned so much from them. Great school. Very good with pretrip. Lots of wheel time with backing maneuvers. Great school. I would definitely recommend them. Friendly and helpful instructors. I was able to go there without my permit. Got that on the 4th day first try. And passed my license test and graduated As soon as I got my 160 hours of school time that is required. Great school hands down. Go CDA!

Attending CDA that Swift transportation is paying for to gain my class A CDL been at the class for a total of 4 days after modules on the computer and reading the CDL manual passed my permit test at the DMV and, added an extra endorsement for tanker after a instructor at the school that Swift chose suggested it, the knowledge of the instructors is top notch. I give them a five star they're not just there and expect you to learn everything in a day they will help you in any way that they possibly can to reach your goal and get you in a tractor-trailer confidently, and safely.

The best CDL school in Oklahoma City. They have been the most accommodating of the lot. I have had no trailer experience before and they taught me everything I could to pass in the first attempt. Great instructors especially Dallas! He is awesome. His personality and experience is a bonus in you getting your CDL.

The staff with Commercial Drive Academy, was professional, knowledgeable, willing and able to teach the skills needed to master and pass the CDL exam. The staff came to work every day ready to teach those of us that struggled with maneuvers or driving! None of the staff gave up on us! because of this, I received my CDL today. My employer required I attend !^) academy and the instructor at the CDL Academy, was very clear, if I or anyone else was struggling on the range you probably would not pass. I moved from Oregon and wanted to get into trucking for a stable job that pays well. I read the reviews on here and chose this establishment based on the reviews. The receptionist set me up with everything I needed to do to start the journey. I started class and did my computer work first. After passing with my permit I began driving in their yard. I had never driven a large truck with a trailer and the instructors gave me all the knowledge I needed to pass. They make sure you have a good foundation and then “polish” your moves so you are set up for success. Everyone here has years of experience and a great attitude. As long as you listen and use the knowledge they give you, you will have no problem on test day. I’m writing this review about an hour after having my CDL license in hand! Very happy with my time here. I plan on keeping in touch with the instructors as I advance my career in this field. Thanks CDA!

Not your average run of the mill truck driver schools. You get out what you put in. Great staff. Very knowledgeable and above all else verrrry patient with variation of student skill levels. By far the best school in Oklahoma. Classes are small enough that you actually learn a new trade versus being thrown to the wolves with little to no training at the end of your term. Would highly recommend CDA if you are trying to get your CDL

The chief instructor can definite help you out if you’re having any problems. The rest of the staff are very friendly, professional and well trained. The school also has excellent equipment, 2017 freightliner Cascadia‘s, very similar to what you’re likely to be driving once you get out on the road. I would definitely recommend Commercial Driving Academy.

Just recently graduated from CDA. The best school in the okc metro. The instructors are super knowledgeable about the trucking industry and they will teach you all the tools and information needed to pass the state exam and be a successful driver.
