I attended lessons here. Of course, It was difficult since it was quite busy area. But that’s what’s good about it, you get more experience. I HIGHLY recommend Anderson as an instructor. He gives good feedback and is patient with you. The people that work here are understanding. The only reason why I didn’t give this five stars is because one instructor doesn’t really give good feedback. He was also unprofessional when it came to driving lessons as he would uncomfortably complement my appearance, guide the steering wheel touching my hand, and there was also one instance where he would touch my leg trying to teach me something. It was very uncomfortable for me. I understand if it wasn't their intention to come off in a inappropriate way, however, it is always important to ask for consent or teaching without having to touch someone. You can teach someone and not touch them or unnecessarily compliment someones appearance.

I passed my drivers test yesterday!!! I highly recommend this school. Everyone is very respectful and kind!!! I did a lot of searching before choosing a school and this is definitely the best! I took classes with Ajay, Anderson and Diego who all were great! Will be going back for high way classes !

AJ is the most patient and resource driving instructor I’ve ever had. He takes his time assessing and teaching you what your gaps are so that you are confidently prepared for your road test. On the road you feel safe and secure as he goes step by step to prepare you not only for the road test, but for life. As someone who has tried other driving schools before, I strongly recommend this one. They work with your schedule and prepare you well.

I honestly never thought that I would be able to overcome the fear of driving, especially because I previously went to 2 other schools and it did not go well but the instructors at Sky Auto were determined to help me build my confidence and never gave up on me. Starting with my main instructor Anderson, whom with his calm demeanor and patience helped ease my nerves in my first lessons. Instructors Ajay and Diego for their consistent motivation & such thorough explanations. Instructors Jose and Felix for their constructive criticism which helped me understand my mistakes & work on them. Last but not least the instructor Hovi who took me to the road test promoting great energy and positivity. The 2 female receptionists are courteous and informative. Overall the entire staff is respectful, friendly, professional with excellent teamwork . I highly recommend them. I look forward to taking highway lessons in the near future ❤️

I will 100% recommend this driving school. The teachers are amazing, respectful, charismatic , they teach you well, with no rudeness or attitude. Specially, instructor AJ. He is amazing and he push you to the max. The others instructors (Like Anderson) are also very good. When I took my driving lessons with them I was so nervous at the beginning, but after the first class my anxiety and fear of driving went down to good 90%. I will take freeway classes next 💞

Very easy driving school to deal with. From the 5 hour course to lessons and road tests - everything was easy. Mr. Anderson also offers very good constructive criticism while giving excellent lesson. He actually gave me pointers during my lessons that made parallel parking extremely easy. Mr. Rolando is just a great, he gives you a lot of tips on how to park, u-turn and relax during the road test. Edit: I passed my road test 3/15/2023 on first try! Thanks Anderson, Rolando and the receptionists who were very nice and helpful.

Initially I opted for sky Auto , because they had instructors available. I registered for the 15 class program . I was given options 3 instructors to choose from . My Second instructor was AJ. After give a chance to the third instructor I requested to have classes with AJ. It’s not that other instructors were not well versed. It is just that I loved the way AJ teaches . His teaching style is suitable for my learning style . In course classes with AJ . I learned to drive , park and make and a 3-point turn . I like that he respects the time the student paid for and makes use of the stop signed to give verbal knowledge. AJ. Let’s me drive , with out hitting the brakes on his side often . During our conversation it turned out he was my classmate him and asked him remember he used to wand come to a Saturday class as he mentioned to the. Professor when asked . I always thought and respected that he was a hard worker . What I didn’t know is that he is a very Good. Teacher. I am still continuing my classes because. I believe driving is a very important job as close to a medical. Surgeon , as you would not appreciate an inexperienced doctor to operate on you . Same way I believe people should drive with good experience and skills on the road . I understand it is expensive to hire an instructor or attend a driving school . I believe it is a good investment . What I like about Sky auto is they accommodated My request to change the instructor with out making fuss about it . It is not that the two other instructors were not good . They were very nice individuals. But , their teaching style didn’t match with my learning . The front desk rep. Diego , was also very patience ,helpful and respectful all along . My suggestion to any new driver like me is that have consistent classes and when you go to learn remember to listen to the instructor you might know how to drive well. But it’s is also good to leaRn things the right way and abide by the rules to avoid tickets and keep your license. License is a privilege in order to keep it you need to follow rules and law .

Taking 10 classes made it possible for me to pass in 1 try. A tip I would give take your classes everyday, (this worked for me) and to leave at least one class before the road test for practice. If you need experience on learning to drive then look no further with Sky Auto Driving School 2. The receptionist are amazing and super helpful in finding out what classes you need and it fits into your schedule morning, afternoon or evening. If you could, make sure to get AJ as the instructor. I had 5 lessons with him and never driven in my life at all. AJ will explain everything for you in detail and takes everything slow for you so you can learn better. He helped me with driving, parallel parking, 3 point turns, etc. He will let you know if you need more works on things. I was able to pass my road test on my first try!!! I truly believe this is the best school in helping you learn to drive.

This was the second driving school I’ve been too and it was so much better than my first experience. First off, they’re really affordable, especially when you purchase one of their packages. The place was really professional and answered any concerns or questions I had. I was assigned Diego as my instructor and he’s really the best! He’s super calm, ALWAYS, no matter the situation. I called five driving schools, day of test, because I lost my ride last minute and needed a car. All the others seemed to get pleasure in saying, "Last minute, no way"-I thought it was me! Then I called Sky and asked if they had a driver/car available later that day and why. Their receptionist said, "Of course! That's what we do!" After asking me a couple of questions and paying it was all set. A. was SO nice and set me an appointment time for one hour before my test time. Good thing, too! Anderson was my driving instructor, drove me over to Bailey Avenue on time for my test and reassured me over the last minute jitters. Nice clean car, well serviced, and he was just a wonderful, intelligent, and personable person to be with-just great! The nerves melted away. I scheduled majority of my driving lessons between AJ and Anderson because they were my preference. AJ gives instructional step by step guidance and positive re-enforcements when its earned. He is vocal and gives practical lessons. Anderson is calm and assuring. He supervises, lets you drive and get comfortable with the vehicle. He gives guidance and advice on a as needed basis. Both instructors are very patient and end classes with constructive criticism. I liked the communication. I did also have a single lesson with Jose and Diego. Definitely some good instructors at this driving school. I passed my road test a couple of months ago and taking lessons here most definitely helped me with some strategies and helped me memorize better the steps of parking/U-turn, etc.. I also felt more comfortable behind the wheel. I did take lessons at a different school as well but if I had to pick I would’ve just done it here from the jump. My instructors were mostly Diego who was super calm! which I really appreciated bc I tend to get nervous and the more calm the instructors were the better I felt and less stressed about my mistakes. Loved my experience. I paid for the 5 lesson package I believe, but I also paid for additional lessons because, even tho all my instructors said I was ready, I didn’t feel ready. I did have an incident when I did come to take me first road test, I wasn’t informed my permit didn’t specify I wore glasses, so I could take it…..and STILL had to a $50 late rescheduling fee even tho no one told me about the permit thing. Definitely Recommend this driving school for any new beginners! I took the 10 classes package and learned so much about driving! All the instructors are very helpful and want the best for you! So be open minded and be ready to learn. The day you take the test the designated drivers who take you to the test are literally the most helpful people ever. They help you calm down before the exam either with there humorous jokes or any questions you may have about the road test! First of all, I really do not know where to start. This is the best driving school in The Bronx. They care more about their students than the money. The teachers are excellent. I had Diego, he was the best of the best, he was paying attention when he was teaching me. Never on his phone. Diego was so calmmmmmm and patient. I had great drivers that took great care with me. I purchased 15 lesson package. It was a great amount for me. I also got the chance to take my last lesson right before my test so I got the perfect amount of practice right before my test. Wasn't able to get a refund for my last 4 classes because I didn't keep the receipt. The front desk manager told me that this is just their policy. Obviously they have a history of my purchase. I also asked them if they ever print a receipt ever again for customers after inital purchase and I was just told that those are "the rules"

They are willing to doing anything they can in their power to assist you from the driving lessons to scheduling you for the road test working around your schedule. Took 5 classes with this driving school and passed on my first time. The staff is very nice and they schedule most of your classes and the road test really quick. Took most of my classes with Leo, very nice guy and patient. Makes you feel confident and teaches you a lot of tricks for the road test. Took two classes with Lourdes, she was also very nice and makes you feel very comfortable. They both made sure to remind me to fix anything I did wrong. They also reminded me if I did that kind of mistake on the road test, a certain amounts of points will be taken off, which helps to remember more easily not to make those mistakes on the road test. The day of the road test Lourdes was the one who took me, we drove around for a while to make sure I knew all the steps for the road test. She helped me to make my parallel parking more perfect which helped me feel more confident in the road test.

My main driving instructor was Jerry. Hes patient, funny, and a great instructor. He didn't make me feel bad about anything instead if he saw a mistake he calmly and amazingly told me what I had to do to fix it. His patience and kind attitude got me to feel confident about driving which was my biggest problem. Then for one or two classes I had leonel and Lourdes. They were both great as well. All three instructors had pretty much the same extensive knowledge and were equally patient and amazing. My favorite feature of the school is that they offer late classes. Because of my work schedule I was only really free after 630pm so I appreciate that. Just to let y'all know I paid for the 10 driving lesson package.

This summer I was determined to not be afraid of the road. I practiced every week for a few weeks to overcome my fear and Leo was amazing! He was completely patient, professional, understanding and an overall well rounded teacher. The two times I couldn't get Leo as my instructor I had Diego and he was amazing as well. I took five classes with different instructors each time at first I thought it would be a problem because is different perspective but they’re all good at their job and making sure you have everything down packed before taking your exam. AJ was an instructor I had 3/5 times I went to the lessons thanks to him being the most vocal and telling me exactly what to do I learned how to park properly. Nelson and Leonel though me a lot.I normally ride a Big Harley Style motorcycle and they made the transition to driving cars very smooth.I booked 6 classes since I am use to the rules of the road and today I took my road test and passed it. Attended 3 driving sessions and took the driving exam with them. Passed! The exam was just like the driving sessions. Would recommend to anyone who wants driving lessons, especially if you live in Manhattan(since driving packages are so expensive) it’s worth the commute and money. I wish I would’ve chose this school first, I paid for 10 classes @ first class driving school on university & failed, they were all over the place & one of the instructors was just rude and didn’t make you feel comfortable @ all, needless to say they also knew I wasn’t ready and was ok with me taking my test, which was in May.... fast forward to now I paid for 3 lessons with sky auto just to refresh myself, I was still a little nervous but Leonel made me feel comfortable & was very helpful, the day before my test which was yesterday I did two classes back to back with Lordes, she was amazing, very knowledgeable, patient, & made me feel very comfortable, & last Hovi who drove me to take my exam was also very cool and helpful while we were waiting he just kept giving me tips & making sure I wasn’t nervous. I was having trouble finding a driving school online when I passed by skyauto driving school on Jerome. It had just opened and I decided to give it a try. This was the best decision I made. I was very impressed by how friendly and professional the whole team was from the receptionist to the driving instructors. I thought their prices weren't over the top and they give classes 7 days a week. I remember scheduling my first class on a holiday weekend and waking up at 12:00 for a 12:00 class. They worked with me and I didn't lose the class. This made me feel like they had my best interest at hand. I had two instructors while I was there Antonio and Julianna. I had great support from them and felt they sincerely wanted to help me pass the driving test. They listened to my concerns and worked on the areas I was having trouble with. Julianna is direct and addresses problem areas right away. I encourage anyone who wants to go to a driving school where the instructors sincerely care to choose skyauto driving school.

If you want your license this is def the school you need to go to!! I took 10 driving classes with Leo, took my road test after my 5th class and I passed my test on the first try! Leo was a great instructor he was patient, kind and had a great sense of humor that helped with my nerves. I’d def use their services again in the future!!

So today I passed my road test thanks to Sky Driving school . All the teachers here are patient with you and really want you to pass. The receptionist are also very helpful with preparing your courses and deciding what you should take. I took classes with Leo & Julio and they were both so amazing and make you feel so comfortable behind the wheel . Julio helped me perfect my parking 1 hour before my road test & that’s what my driving teacher commented on . Unfortunately I failed the first time because I was super nervous but I got my license today and I could’nt be more excited.
