From the moment I called and spoke with the school director Jadian I knew this school was a perfect fit for me. The admission process was seamless and reassuring. Once I started class with Ro as the classroom instructor I was thoroughly prepared to take my written test and pass on the first try. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know to be successful in receiving my CDL permit to begin road training. Once I started road training with Ro and Steve I was prepared for success in driving and backing skills and also my pre trip inspection. They taught me how to drive a 10 speed on the First Day!!!! The pointers that I got from both Steve and Ro had me confident in my skills and ability to pass the road test. Once they knew I had the basics they used the extra school time to teach me more advanced skills to better prepare me for the real world. The class size is not overloaded with people just so they can make more money and just pass numbers through. They are smaller more intimate class sizes which allows for more one on one personal training that one may not get with larger groups. The bonus for me was that it is a black owned school with black instructors. I felt great being able to support a new black owned business with quality service and results. You feel like family once you are a part of the Safe Road Team. I Highly recommend this School for top quality CDL training. They also help with job placement when you are done. I currently have 7 job offers coming out of school and I am excited to represent Safe Road Truck Driving School in the industry. Trust me they earned this 5 star review with the quality of service provided.

When I decided to enroll in a truck driving school, I called around at local schools. I found the ladies in the office at SRTDS were extremely professional, personable and caring. At that point I didn't really know all the questions I needed to ask. They offered information to me which helped me get financing, without which I would have not been able to attend. The trainers were amazing. They really take the time to make sure you understand and succeed. If they see you're not getting something they will offer alternative methods of learning so that everyone understands. I don't have a car, so I had to ride the bus and my class was 5-9pm. The trainers made sure I got safely to the bus stop through out the entirety of the 8 wk program. I would absolutely recommend this school.

I just received my CDL license from Safe Road Truck Driving School. My experience there was wonderful, with wonderful instructors. Ronald and Steve are the best. They both are very knowledgeable and skilled when it's comes to trucking. I certainly would advise anyone who wants to learn how to drive truck to enroll with Safe Road trucking school asap

As a man in New Orleans if there wasn’t nun else I needed to do with my life I know I had to put my effort into something and I wouldn’t be more proud to say that I’m a proud graduate of SafeRoad Truck Driving School. And I advice that this is the route if you tryna get cho paper straight this a put any person where they would need to be SafeRoad Trucking Driving will not lead you wrong, Take It or Leave It I can’t say it no better?

The best trucking school in the city. The classes are not over booked so each student has a chance to fully learn and understand how to operate a truck. All the instructors are very hands on. I’m glad i choose safe road trucking ‼️‼️‼️

I highly recommend Safe Road truck driving school to anyone that is looking better Themselves and looking for a better career. I was able to pass the class with ease and once I got to the yard to actually practice with the truck hands on I was nervous but the teachers Ronald and Steve had my feeling good about myself because as a young black woman I accomplished a new skill of learning how to drive a semi truck and a stick shift at that. Best Trucking school in the city hands down. I never drove a manual transmission before and I was shifting correctly in one day thanks to the great instructors. You will get great one on one from the instructors, and they will teach you different so you can decide which one works best for you. You won’t have any trouble backing, offset, or 90 degree parking because we practice all day. Great school all around.

The school is brand new and not to big so students can always ask a question for detail. They really take there time and work with everyone and help you find jobs after school is completed . Also unlike other schools they work with you finically so attending isn’t a ridiculous amount money . Definitely recommend attending #safe_road_truck_driving_school

Instructors are straight to the point with teaching how to drive 18 wheelers. Teach you the easiest maneuvers to be successful for your test. We go over our pre-trip requirements every day. They even set us up with recruiters for job opportunities!! Safe Road legit!!

I highly recommend this school!! The best of its class out there. The trainers and the office staff treat you with respect and patience , and will work really hard to make sure you pass you skill test. They connect you with companies so you can get a job right out of school. If you’re still in the fence about it, I suggest you to with this school. You won’t regret it!

It is such a blessing to be at a truck driven school. where the instructor’s take time with you, and encourages you, I’am a female driver that knew nothing and was afraid, I ask other truckers what’s the hardest part about driving everyone’s response always was backing! If enter as strangers and leave as friends was a business this is definitely it, not only do they make sure you get all the knowledge but they make you feel at home while you are there and you are free to come back when you need and even the classmates( at least the ones I had ) make sure you are successful
