First thing for most I just want to say thanks the whole staff the instructors specially Juan Chavez at GSF I got my CDL on my third try for the road. When I passed it I was really relieved and happy.. I never gave up!.. I will recommend gsf school for the people that are trying to get their commercial license ..this is a good school. And this is a good opportunity! Also I want to thank Albert the instructor for canvas for online classes for Saturdays he does an amazing job Also Shawntries I want to thank her for keeping me in touch with my scheduling for my classes and explaining me everything about the school.

Great school. After procrastination upon myself I was finally able to obtain my class A license with the amazing help of the instructors. Great teaching methods to pass your skills and on the road test. Pre trip and air brakes primarily should be your own study time but the instructors have no problem answering questions or breaking down the truck from the front to back if needed but in the end you'd want to use the behind the wheel time. Overall my experience was an A+. Shout out Elias for the great one on one as he was more of my main instructor throughout the course and recognition to Juan and Greg for the help as well.

I passed my test on 11/24/21 and I have to say this is a great school they literally give you everything you need and focus on what you need to pass your test and provide you with the skills needed to pass. I went in not knowing how to drive stick shift and they were more than happy to teach me. I am happy to say thanks to GSF truck driving school they have given me the opportunity to be a class A license driver. The staff and instructors are caring and very friendly they provide you with any help you may need and answer any questions you might have and are on top of things and your classes. Thank you very much! I highly recommend it if you are looking to get a class A or class B license.

OUTSTANDING!! I highly recommend GSF Trucking for anyone looking to get their class a. This is coming from myself, a person who had absolutely no knowledge of being a truck driver. They taught me how to correct all my mistakes while doing my straight backing, offset, parallel and docking. I didn't know how to drive a manual transmission, let alone double clutching, but the instructors at GSF helped me grind it out and correct all my mistakes while I was out on the road training. It's best to make all your mistakes at school, and recognizing your mistakes so you'll know where to correct them at the DMV. Three weeks after I got my permit, and 30 hours on the program, I'm excited to say I am officially a CDL class A graduate from GSF. Courtney who answered all my questions from day one. Carlos who is responsible for guiding me into the right direction to obtain my permit. Sergio, Juan, Frank and another instructor which by the way, I forgot his name, gave me the last bit of advice I needed to pass my skills test at the DMV on 3/20/2019. Every instructor was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and had the upmost patience with me to guide me from day one up until the date of my exam to pass my test on my 1st try!! And to Angelina, who was the instructor at the DMV, gave me all the tips and advice I needed to help me compose myself and focus during my exam. She is so nice and your biggest fan cheering you on while you're performing your test. 1 on 1 training, money well invested into this school for a better future and career for myself and my family. GSF Truck Training school is an awesome school to learn how to drive a truck. All the front office personnel are awesome and all the instructors are very helpful. Jeff was my instructor and he was awesome. Rosie helped me study for my permit and I got it on the third day. Everyone at GSF is awesome and friendly! I was able to get my license in 3 weeks. I definitely recommend GSF Truck Training School!

My experience at GSF was FANTASTIC!! I had all of my classes in the evening, so I can only speak for the evening instructors. They were all very very helpful!! I really appreciate the one-on-one help. If you don’t know how to drive a stick shift truck, I highly recommend getting the 30hour package. The office staff are all so helpful and cool. So much great information and wonderful instructors!! My instructor majority of the time was Christian. That dude is amazingly helpful!! Five star experience for sure.

A lot of Truck & Bus driving schools have a cold corporate vibe to them. GSF Trucking, however, has a personal feel. The staff and instructors are really there for you. And they want to see you achieve. Juan and Marlon are excellent instructors. Old school in Juan. New school style in Marlon. A great blend. And the office, from Rosa to Courtney will go the extra mile to resolve any concerns you have pertaining your schedule, etc. Bottom line, if you are serious about obtaining your class A or B license, and you are diligent to commitment then they would teach what you need in order to pass. Regardless, if you knock it out in 3 weeks or 3 months, like I did. This is really the place to come to and you will not be dissatisfied nor disappointed. Thanks GSF Trucking! Damon

If you are looking to obtain your Class A license, I highly recommend GSF trucking school. I quit my last job to work in the trucking industry but didn’t have a clue how to get my license or how to pass my exam. GSF really is a great school to attend because they have one on one training, you have a great teachers that answer any questions you have, especially if you don’t know anything like I did about this trucking stuff. Glad to say that I passed my exam and now I’m working a good job in trucking.

I highly recommend this school. I knew nothing about truck driving and they helped every step of the way! It was my first and only school and I’m glad I chose GSF! All the instructors really care about you passing and they give so many helpful tips. Elmer was patient and had the great idea of recording me so I would remember the inspection. Jeffrey gave me a lot of helpful tips and urged me to study extra hard and I would pass which I did!! Christian gave great instructions as well. The office staff helped me get all the paper work in order, Carlos and Cindy made sure all my appointment were in order and didn’t miss a date. Of course Edna introduced me and reassured me from the get go that I will succeed and instead of getting a class B license she said “get a class A instead!” Sure enough I got it. Thank you gsf for making it a smooth process I will recommended to everyone I know!!!

Because of your helpful, happy staff and very experienced driving instructor's I have accomplished my goal in the time frame that was originally estimated. I had the pleasure of learning all the necessary skills to pass the written, verbal and driving parts of the test at the DMV. The best part of this school is the quality 1-on-1 training. My instructor, Sergio, was very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint my shortcomings to properly help correct them. Very good school. The only local school I could find that offers Class B training. The staff in the office are very nice and encouraging. The instructors are very cool. My 2 favorite instructors are Elmer and Jeffrey. I actually finished the course earlier than expected and got my Class B license about a week ahead of schedule.

Awesome school! I was shopping around for a school in March but never good a good vibe from most of the schools I was looking at. When I called GSF to get more info they were very detailed about the process and how they operate. Yes, they were more expensive than the other schools I was looking at but honestly, you can't beat that One on One training. The other schools were group training and just a few hundred dollars cheaper. Anyhoot, my training started on May 14th and I received my drivers license on June 1...YES THAT QUICK!!! The team they have over there really kick ass. Thanks GSF!!

Gsf is amazing. I came to this school because I had issues with another school I was not learning anything at all. Tania in the office did everything in her power to make everything accommodating, I even changed up my schedule on her and she fixed it on the fly. Also Alfonso my instructor was awesome he made sure I knew my pretrip the right way and told me everytime I was making a mistake. I had a great experience here. Everyone from Carlos at the front desk to Edna(the boss) and all the instructors (Alfonso, Walter and Jeffery) in the yard were helpful with every question i had. Always make sure to squeeze as much knowledge out of them and don't be afraid to pick their brains for as much info as needed. What's a review without some recommend tips? Only thing I recommend is lightning. The lighting at the yard wasn't all that good, but in reality there will always be some dark places where you will have to park your rig. So remember your training. Thanks again guys!

After doing an extensive research, Divine (God) hooked me up with good people at GSF. Major difference between this and other companies, who are charging 600% more for the same purpose, is that GSF is not trying to fleece your finances by throwing all the Driving Instruction Jargon prevalent in the industry, but in fact they incorporate sincere and humane effort to help you to achieve your goals. Instructors are so laid back and understanding and most importantly their technique is so simple and to the point, that if one follows them, there is no way that one can fail the test. Besides, they have a very personal relationship with DMV examiners and they are regarded as a prestigious school at DMV. I passed my CDL A, only after 10 hours of instructions the very first time. The best thing is that after you graduate, they also refer you to good companies to find jobs. Even though I had to commute from San Diego, the whole effort was worth every penny.

The teachers Jeffrey and Alfonzo were great instructors I don’t want to putt down any other schools because some are good but the way I learned at gsf allowed me to be the only one that day at the dmv out of 30 drivers that could parallel park.studying and following the exact way the teachers teach you will let you pass with no mistakes just like I did.
