I am super happy with my experience at CDL Emerald. The owner Alexander made sure I was able to pass in a standard cab which was very important to me considering I had no experience shifting. ALL the instructors were enthusiastic, patience, motivating, friendly & just overall amazing. Even the 3 girls in the office were extremely helpful & friendly. They have plenty of trucks & space for you to practice. Every student I met was nice & we worked together everyday as a team to learn. It was a great joy going to class everyday. The facility was very nice, clean, spacious classrooms, nice break room, & they provided ice cold water everyday which was needed this summer. The only thing I would suggest is they incorporate teaching downshifting. I had to teach myself & it was necessary during the driving part of my exam. Other than that, 10/10 experience. If you are considering learning here DO IT. Thank you CDL Emerald for making sure I passed on my first attempt!

This a great trucking school! They prepare you very well with the general knowledge and skills you need to be a professional driver. The instructors are prepared and teach you good driving techniques. I was recommended by a friend to this school and I have no regrets on attending. If you’re looking for a place where you can train for your CDL license well this is the place to go! You can go at your own pace, hours are Mon-Fri 8-4 and Sat 7-12. Compared to other places I’ve visited before, when I walked in I knew that this was the one. But if you just looking for a quick and easy way to pass and not be open minded to learn, I don’t advise wasting your time cause it takes hard work and dedication. Not saying it’s hard or anything like that, but there are not going to “hold your hand” with everything. They do provide notes and videos to learn it’s just up to you to use those tools and advice. The staff are helpful and friendly too and if any questions or concerns don’t hesitate to ask! They’ll also give you tips you need to be a pro. And then you can pass on the first try like me. So if you’re debating about making the decision give them a call you won’t regret it!

I am very satisfied with the school. They teach you what you need to know in order to pass the test at the DPS. The office's staff is nice and treat you with respect and help all the time. The instructors are professional and they guide you step by step and answer any question. Saul is a great guy, has patience and explains everything single detail when teaching maneuvers, and when doing the route he gets you ready for the test. Andy also has a good talent. I recommend CDL Emerald 100%. I got my CDL class A today at the first try.

CDL Emerald Logístics has very high training standards. The training facility is always nice and clean. The staff are friendly and professional. Also, the training yard and trucks are adjacent to the office parking lot. The trainers foster a culture where trainees help each other to practice, practise, practise. They stress DAILY practise for success the first time. At the same time they are extremely flexible and will always work with your schedule. Trainees are continually being prepared for DSP testing. There are NO surprises when the time comes to schedule your test! I have found that CDL Emerald Logistics has a very good reputation and from my personal experience, choosing this school was worth every penny! Follow their program and you can earn your CDL in weeks!
