I have never posted a review for anything, but this school was worth posting a review. I cannot say enough about how good my experience was with this school. Both Ryan and Amous made me feel right at home the first day I walked in. They took us through everything step by step and were very patient every step of the way. If you are thinking of joining a CDL school this is the one for you. You will not be disappointed.

I was a student at Trusted King Transportation, when I first started I was intimidated with the trucks. Five (5) weeks later I can parallel park, straight back, and offset. The instructor's Amous and Ryan are phenomenal, If they tell you (A Dog can pull a truck, hook him up) please listen. They offer the best training Money can buy. I'll always be a part of the TKT Family.... Thanks Guys.

Oh wow my experience with trusted kings transportation. First off I want to say thank you to them and the trusted king family for giving me the opportunity to change my career for me and my family. It’s been a journey for me and it helped me to change my career and be a better person. In truth when I say they’re like a family they are really like a family. Everything you need to get through your journey and for your family is there. The opportunities are there. They walk with you, they talk to you, they give you all the tools you need to be a successful CDL truck driver. It’s how they treat you and how they show you so much love to make sure that you’re getting all the training that you need. They have so much patience. It’s classroom and one on one training. They want to make sure you’re properly trained to be a professional truck driver. There’s so much that I can say about this school. In my own words I will say I couldn’t imagine going to another school. They showed me so much love, so much support, and so much dedication to making sure I’m a professional and safe truck driver. This school values you, your career and your time. They care. They will not rush you through the class. They work with you from the 1st day of class to the last day when you get your CDL. They don’t add new students to your class every week. You’re not pushed through the classes just to allow space for other new students. They will walk with you, guide you, talk with you go and stand up with you at the DMV just to make sure that you are a professional truck driver. I can’t explain it any better. The love that they give you and show you; the support and care; and the hands on experience they provide is outstanding. I can’t think of any other school that could gives you all these tools to work with for your new career and the new chapter in your life. This was a wonderful experience. These guys taught me everything I needed to know. Great atmosphere. I got done with the school very fast and got my CDL on the first try as promised. I recommend this school for anyone who want to be taught the right way and who want to get there CDL in a timely matter. If I could I would give this school 10 stars.

TKT Drivers University is the best CDL Driver training/ instruction school in South Carolina and the Southeast hands down!! I drove all the way from Savannah, GA to Columbia, SC to be trained by there instructors because they were referred to me from a friend. I’m glad I made that choice. TKT instructors know what they are doing when they train new truck drivers. Not only that, they teach you to drive a manual (stick shift/ 10 speed) with ease….. They really give you the tools to SUCCEED. I never thought I could drive a truck coming from the business world…, but now!!, I have a CLASS A CDL LICENSE with no restrictions and I am fully marketable to work anywhere. Thanks to TKT Drivers University!! They are truly equipping the next generation of CDL Drivers… Hands Down!!

My husband just finished the program here, passed, and received his CDL. We could not be happier! From day one of us showing interest in the program we were welcomed with open arms which was very different from a few other universities/schools around Columbia/Lexington area. My husband is from another country and although he is fluent in English is not his first language. This seemed to be a issue for other places. At TKT they guided us from the very beginning on what my husband needed to do to start the program and to be successful through it. They worked patiently with him even through the language barriers and went above and beyond to make sure he understood everything.They gave him all of the knowledge necessary to pass his CDL, in the end it is up to the individual to take that knowledge and apply it themselves along with time and effort to succeed. My husband mentioned that he really liked that they went with him to the DMV the day of his test to support him. We would recommend TKT to anyone wanting to get their CDL! I recently obtained my CDL class A & Hazardous Materials endorsement through TKT Drivers University. I researched several schools in the Columbia, SC metropolitan area & stumbled across this hidden gem of a school. TKT has only been open for a few years so I was very impressed with how professional & knowledgeable they were. TKT gave such a warm & friendly welcome & instantly I felt I was at home. 2022 for me was a year of growth & hard life lessons. I basically felt down & out with obtaining my CDL as a last option. My financial resources were limited so I was overwhelmed with excitement to learn that they work hand in hand with unemployment, WIOAA, & several other financial institutions to help pay for school. I can't say enough about Amous, Rochelle, & especially Ryan. They are all amazing people & go above & beyond what is required. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly & the wealth of knowledge they all have is worth its weight in gold. The professional relationships that you will build with other students in the school itself will leave you feeling like it was well worth it. TKT is my new family & I feel so confident to get out & start driving. I highly recommend TKT Driver's University, you will not be disappointed.

TKT Drivers University is a amazing program. I attended the fast track class which was 21days. Amous and Ryan made sure that I was prepared for my test date. The small class sizes, the family atmosphere, they do night classes (the other schools dont), the instructors care about the job that they do. They stick with you untill you succeed. I normally dont leave reviews but I had to for these guys.TKT instructors Ryan and Johnny are the best. From day one they were encouraging and willing to go the extra mile for every student. Having previous experience with an automatic semi I didnt think I could move to a manual, but today Im here to tell you with their training I can throw them gears with no problems. If you are looking for great instructors that are patient with great training, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL!!!!!
