Mr. Zimmer is an excellent instructor. Very knowledgable and very polite. My daughter was very nervous until she had the honor of passing her road test and getting her license. He is the best!

Mr. Zimmer is an excellent teacher and a very nice person! His lessons really stick with the students. We have had our two teens learn from him and will be sending our youngest when it's her turn.

We live in Sumter, but I was having a hard time finding a driving instructor people I knew liked. So I had my teen research driving schools to find the best one and she found Mr. Zimmer's school. He was exceedingly patient and my daughter always spent the drive home recounting his jokes and anecdotes. I was so glad she found a teacher she respected and was comfortable with, difficult for a teen. He administers the road test himself which meant I didn't have to schedule it with the dmv and she wasn't nervous riding with a stranger. I will definitely be taking the rest of my kids to him when the are old enough, the drive out there is worth it.

He takes time to explain certain driving situations that the student needs to work on to ensure they are prepared for driving alone. Richard demonstrated care, organization, and a passion to help my child succeed behind the wheel. I was so worried about her learning to drive, but he put my mind at ease. The driving lessons were always conveniently scheduled. He did a great job from beginning to end with my daughter. It was a little weird saying goodbye because he’s been so instrumental.
