I decided to get a driving instructor last minute and after a long time of looking and calling for last minute bookings, Lincoln drive and traffic school was happy to help. All the staff was super friendly. Julia helped me at the front desk and gladly answered all the questions my mom and I had. My driving instructor, Bennie was super nice and patient and gave useful info I didn’t know before. He prepared me completely until the moment of my test. With the help of Bennie and Julia at Lincoln drive and traffic school and my driving test instructor Elizabeth I passed my driving test. Thank you guys so much!!!

I had the most amazing experience at the Lincoln Park Driving School! All the staff were very kind, approachable, and eager to teach! You can outright tell the passion they have for teaching people to drive and the dedication they have for keeping our streets safe. With only 3 two hour sessions, the knowledge and skills I learned not only taught how me how to drive, but how to be a safe and responsible driver. My instructor, Johnson Jr. was very kind, patient, and thorough throughout the driving lessons. Under Johnson Jr’s guidance, I went from driving in a parking lot to making my way through the freeway on the first day. I was able to pass my DMV driving test on the first try. I am sure these lessons made the difference. I am very happy and would definitely recommend Lincoln Park Driving school to anyone. Thanks once again!

Just took my first driving test after getting my 6 hours with Johnson and I passed the first try! You can tell that the whole staff truly cares about what they are teaching and they want you to succeed not only in the nearest DMVs, but DMVs all around( I took mine all the way in Simi Valley lol). It was a great experience and I hope everybody can have a teacher as good as Johnson and the others at this school. Definitely choose Lincoln Park Driving School they are truly awesome!

Update: I passed my exam!! I definitely recommend because without them I probably would have been more nervous and made more mistakes if it weren’t for them. Thank you Johnson Jr. For all your help! I was taught by Johnson jr. and he was amazing. He was always so encouraging and positive, always making sure I was doing good. When they said on their website that they care about teaching and not the extra buck, they meant it! Johnson told me that I didn’t need the full 8 hrs that I paid for and asked if I wanted a refund for the last two hrs, however, I did want to practice more with him because he is such a great instructor. One day we were half way into our lesson and I started feeling dizzy, he took me home right away and told me not to worry about the rest of the time we had left and that he would just reschedule that hour for another day. He made sure I was ok before getting home. He definitely helped me feel and be more confident while driving, and whatever you have trouble with, he makes sure you practice it until you understand the concept. The practice was so amazing and such a great experience 1000/10 would recommend.

Johnson Sr. and Johnson Jr. were both very helpful in helping me pass my driving exam. They’re both willing to meet you where you’re at as a driver. In my case, I had driven a car before, but I needed major work to get ready for the driving exam. They trust you enough to put you on the road right away, but will guide you and keep an eye on you so that you are safe. They take the time to correct my bad habits— for instance, when I made turns too wide and when I would press the pedals too hard. They take the time to make sure you are truly ready for the exam. Cristal is also a very kind receptionist and makes sure to remind you of your lesson in advance.

This is the place to be at if you need help with learning how to drive. They don't just tell you to turn on the car and go. They take their time and are really patient with you. They understand better then anyone else that you're nervous. They remind you to take a deep breath, relax and stay calm the moment you feel nervous or start to doubt yourself. Hands on with training. A deep depth into the fundamentals of driving. No rush , it's always on your own time. I highly recommend this school. You won't find a better one around. I took over 12 hours of driving classes with Johnson, and by far, he is one of the best instructors I ever met. Not only did I feel extremely comfortable with his teaching technique, but he also made me feel sure that I was going to pass my driving exam. Johnson never made me feel uncomfortable or touch me in any way whatsoever. In fact, each driving lesson was very peaceful and calm. He understood that I was nervous and that I was afraid to drive. He's determined, and he helped ease my nerves. There's one steering wheel inside his car, and he always asked if he can touch the steering wheel when I was driving. He never touch the steering wheel without my permission. I highly recommended taking your driving classes because he's passionate and wants to help you learn. All my cousins and sister took his driving school, and we all passed on the first try. Best driving school ever!

The experience was extremely informative. The instructor specifically helped with repitition on important driving habits and little things that the testers look for. The things I had trouble with he had me do over and over until it was comfortable. All I did was keep them in mind during the test and actually ended up passing on the first time. Highly recommended, remember the habits he teaches, actively do them and you'll be fine. I had a really bad turn coming out of the DMV because of the tricky side walk, but sticking to the habits saved me and the rest of it went smooth

At no time did he bother answering the same questions that I asked him over and over again, throughout the driving practice he encouraged me when I made a mistake, he never minimized me for my mistakes, on the contrary, he was always semantically positive and encouraging me that if I could , his positivity transmitted to me so much that my nerves disappeared and when it was time to take the driving test at the DMV my nerves had almost disappeared, I also remembered each instruction that Jeannete suggested I do and that helped me to pass the test. (Original) Por mi experiencia doy mi opinión, mi instructora Jeannete, es muy amable y tiene una súper pasiencia para explicar, enseñar y dirigir. En ningún momento se le vió molestia en contestar las mismas preguntas que le hacia una y otra vez, en toda la práctica de manejo me animaba cuando cometía un error, jamás me minimizó por mis errores, al contrario siempre semántico positiva y alentándome que si podía, me transmitió tanto su positivismo que los nervios desaparecieron y cuando llegó el momento de hacer el examen de conducir en el DMV mis nervios casi que habían desaparecido, además recordé cada instrucción que Jeannete me sugirió hacer y eso ayudó a que pasará la prueba.
