AMAZING all around! Excellent guided tour. All staff were friendly, seemed to enjoy their job, and enthusiastic (except for one person working in the cafeteria). The tour provided very interesting information about the cars of course, but also the building. My husband did the simulator but found it a bit challenging…even though he used to race cars many years ago. I did a ride along with a pro and OMG! I was worried I’d get nauseous but I was fine as long as I looked ahead on the track. The driver explained everything he was doing and when. It was a short three laps but so worth it for the reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I took my father for his birthday to drive his dream car, Porsche. I was apprehensive to spend that much money on what I assumed was going to be a padded calm drive around the track. From the moment our instructors David and Justin greeted us, I knew it was going to be a good time. Both of them we're very informative and passionate about not only the Driving Experience but the vehicles also. We drove the GT3 and we were given full confidence and guidance on how to drive it at its full capacity. Neither of us had the skill to do that though but then we were swiftly shown by our instructors during a hot lap exactly what this monster is capable of. This was a fantastic experience and a wonderful memory. We will be back soon. Ps. New track is looking great.

Very cool place. So much to see. And what a beautiful facility. We did the simulator and it was incredible. Plan to do a ride along next time. Then maybe drive one eventually. Everything was clean and nice and employees were friendly and professional. The only sour point was the 356 restaurant. Everything was perfect up to eating the food. Tasted like it was frozen and thawed. Huge misstep. Great menu and dishes. But geez what cheap meat. In all our meals the ingredients seemed cheap. Hope they correct it.

If you are a car enthusiast, this is a must stop if you're in the area. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The rich history of Porsche from the tour very good and the driving experience was super fun. I wish I would have made reservations at the fine dining restaurant. If I end up buying a Porsche, I will be taking delivery from this location.

Spent my birthday around beautiful classic & modern Porsches’ today. If you LOVE cars…, You have to experience this awesome one of a kind building and All that it has to offer! From the Porsche Museum, and gift shop, 356 Restaurants, the cafe, the Virtual Driving experience, Porsche repair shop and all the Porsche history you can read and experience under one building!! And at sunset, a view of the Hartsfield Jackson airport! Simply awesome!!! Oh, and the staff is great!

Living here in Atlanta, I (like most locals) probably take the Porsche Experience for granted in that since Porsche HQ is here, it’s not going anywhere anytime soon so I’ll go at some point. Well this was a surprise birthday gift that cannot be topped! I drove two cars (fully loaded electric Taycan and Turbo 911) and my instructor (Garrett) made the experience fun. He was patient while encouraging me to get out my comfort zone and go a little faster so I would really get the most out of the experience (and I appreciated that) and still had casual conversation about his experience as a race car driver and how to apply some of the experience to every day driving. The museum is also a one of a kind experience.

We went for some time in their simulator room and had a great time. It was very quiet on a Sunday so being able to walk around and explore without too many other people was great. Not a Porsche fan but I was very impressed with everything and would recommend it!

I did the 2 hr "overdrive" experience with a Porsche 911 Carrera S and it was a BLAST! You can pick and choose what activity you wanna do in any order and can spend as much or as little time on any activity (track, skid plate, drift pad, handling course, etc). I enjoyed the drift pad and the track the most - I like to improve my skills. They won't let you film the activity with a GoPro which is unfortunate. Cool display of cars. They have a retail shop if you have the dough for it lol. If you wanna see what a Porsche feels like and improve your skills, this is the place. I think they need a bigger track but this was a super fun experience!

The tour was great, the Women on the Move Summitt was amazing and inspiring! I participated in the staff driven drive and wow we went from 0-100 in less than 60 seconds! It felt like a true roller coster ride! To dirve the course personally it will run you about $450 😳, but I'm sure it is intense!!! …

A great experience for both drivers and companions! My partner and I accompanied our friends to the Porsche Driving Experience in December of 2020. My friend had bought this as a gift for her husband and he was allowed to split the time of the experience with another person. He and my husband each had 20 minutes to drive in a Porsche and since this was before the vaccine was widely available, they got to drive in the car alone while following the guide in front of them. My friend and I were able to watch both of them race through the course! Afterwards we all got to see the exhibit and explore the building which features all sorts of information and examples about Porsche cars. It was a cool experience even as someone who was not able to get behind the wheel. I’m excited to return for when I’ll be able to drive in the car myself.

very personal delivery experience. I would highly recommend to any new Porsche owner taking delivery to do it here. I dont want to spoil anything other than AJ & Sean was an excellent host and made it very special. Oh and the OFF-ROAD course is unbelievable in showing with a cayenne can do.. I'm pretty sure a other German sub or even a British suv can make it through it the way the cayenne did with such grace and comfort. This is also a great place for learning car control . Should be even more amazing when the complete construction of the other larger track. I'd also recommend staying at the kimpton across the street

What an amazing surprise birthday gift from my husband!! We were there Saturday for a 4p reservation, we came in early to get some lunch and look around before my drive time. I was super nervous, but my coach, Kevin was awesome! He was extremely professional, patient and friendly. He coached me the entire way- gave me instructions on what to expect going into each module, then coached me along the way. The different modules were all fun. The brakes were awesome, LAUNCH MODE, in the 911– OHHHHH YYYYEEEAAAA, I wish that straightaway had been longer bc I could have done that all day long! I had the hardest time “playing in the rain” as I called it, but I still had fun and took the second car back through again. The kick plate was a little challenging, but I also kept going over it too fast not meaning to; however I did finally get the hang of it. I do wish though I would have started driving faster around the large outside track before I finally sped up. There was one curve in particular I couldn’t get smooth, I made the comment out loud and Kevin talked me through it more of hugging the white line when I got to a specific part and he showed me how to make two of the curves straight (my words not his) and ohhh yeeeeaaa- that was the magic sauce!!! I loved the slick track too, although I forgot to take the 911 back to it. I had an absolute blast!! Felt bad my husband didn’t drive, but I had enough fun for the both of us and he said himself he had fun watching and recording me. Tips: (1) request Kevin as your coach <not sure if you can requests coaches or not since I didn’t make my reservations (2) drive it like you stole it — I was too worried about not knowing the proper etiquette (which all I had to do was ask). The last couple of minutes I was the passenger and WHOA!!! Kevin demonstrated all the things he was coaching me- it was awesome! All of the staff we came in contact with were super friendly (saw a comment about some being arrogant, we didn’t run into any of those guys). The guys in the museum, the lady who checked us in a couple of the coaches while we were checking in talked to us then like I said Kevin was great. Nothing but great people and an amazingly fun time!!!

We brought our 12 year old son here for his Christmas experience and he absolutely loved it! My husband and father also did the driving experience and loved every minute of it! The drivers were all amazing and so kind! Highly recommend to anyone that loves cars and speed!

The tour we had was excellent and the host Zach was very knowledgeable. Our group did the driving simulators, which were absolutely fantastic! After the tour of the facility, we went and got a ride on the road course with a professional driver, which was absolutely amazing! I will definitely do this again.

Had my drive/experience Saturday June 12 at 2PM. Arrived around 1:30 having stayed at the hotel next door (reviewed that on their listing). Going through security was fine, we stayed in our car, had our temps taken (COVID precaution) my license was verified against my reservation, and we were directed to our immediate left down into the parking garage. I completed the registration via the envoy app, which made it easy. Entrance was through the double glass doors, on the left is the museum (a really cool exhibit) and upstairs either via stair or elevator is the main lobby. The gift shop is there to the left of the check-in desk. Just a really nice vibe in there and if you're a Porsche guy/gal you'll be in heaven. The check in was great. Nice and friendly associate took my info, gave me a lanyard and one of those buzzers like they use in a restaurant and you can browse everything around while you wait to be buzzed back over for your drive. There are a few interactive/touchscreens in there that go over past/present Porsches, a really nice art installation hanging from the ceiling, and multiple iterations of the 911/Cayenne to gawk at. We met our driver after being buzzed in, his name was Chase and he was a very relaxed, chill and confident dude that asked me about my interests, my driving experience, and went over everything in a very thorough manner without being boring. I loved that dude he really made the whole thing that much better. The actual drive was in separate cars - I followed the coach/instructor in a 911 4s and did my best. Each portion of the track is really amazing in that it will challenge your ability in different ways. The track portion (which is the 'main' part) is nice, but I found the low-friction course to be the most fun. Make sure you're communicative with your coach/instructor so they know what you like and dislike. They are really there to make the most of the experience for you and there's no shame in saying 'eh' to one part in favor of another. My coach was super encouraging even when it was obvious I was a terrible driver at portions of the track, and did a great job at post-session feedback. All-in-all it made me want to get a Porsche, which is probably part of the point of the experience, so great job Porsche and great job Porsche driving instructor Chase! After the driving session we did a quick inside refresher, the coach made sure we had a great time (my voice was hoarse from laughing while i was driving, it was that fun) and we parted ways. I can't comment on the food options, other than to say the cafe looked well stocked and clean, and I didn't see the restaurant. I was too busy driving a dream car! Bottom line is, if you're thinking about doing this...DO IT. Just do it. Yes it can be expensive, yes it's extravagant, yes it's crazy, but just do it. If you're interested in Porsches at all, do it. If you like driving fast, do it. If you want to see how good of a driver you are, do it. An amazing experience.

For the first ride in a Porsche, the GT Demo was the most exhilarating experience I could have expected. Definitely worth doing especially if you are a fan of Porsche. This turned me from a Porsche enthusiast to their future customer.

Tour was thorough and went through history of the brand and Atlanta facility. Jim was a great tour guide/enthusiast. We opted for the demo ride since we’d be driven a lot more spirited than we could ever do ourselves. Really great experience and value. Demo driver could have explained more as he was silent during the experience. A few of the other guides around the track were also very short and seemingly arrogant with the exception of one young man so a little room for improvement there.

This was an amazing experience through and through. Had the incredible opportunity to drive one of these bad A machines yesterday. I was a little nervous about the experience initially because I typically get pretty motion sick. If you get motion sick as well - all I would recommend is don't do the "Wet/Low friction circuit" a bunch...that's really where I got the most woozy but believe it or not didn't want to leave that circuit once I was there. In light of the current Covid situation I was extremely pleased with the sanitation, cleanliness, and systems/procedures they had in place to make it a fun and safe experience. My instructor AJ was awesome and completely tailored my experience based on my comfort level and politely encouraged me to push my own envelope as well as put the amazing Porsche to the test. I HIGHLY recommend doing this. I came home and immediately told my wife that she should do it and would love to bring my dad here as well. All in all I would do it again and again and honestly can't wait to go back.

For my 22nd bday did 1.5 hours in the 911 Carrera 4s and it was a blast! So much fun that I decided to follow it up with a demo lap in a 911 Cabrio! Ross was my instructor and he was the best!! I was a little apprehensive since the instructors are now in a lead car with a one way radio to the driver instead of in the passenger seat (due to COVID). However, it turned out amazing as my instructor made me feel safe the entire time plus it was great to be able to watch and follow his moves on the track. Ross was great at teaching me what I needed to know while building my skills and confidence (although I still struggled with the kick plate 😂)! My favorite part was the low friction handling circuit as the sound of the tires and drifting an all-wheel drive car was incredible! The full driving experience is expensive but definitely worth it, but the demo lap probably provides more fun per dollar since it's at a much lower price. I'd recommend going to anyone considering it because you won't regret it, and I know I already want to come back!

What a great experience. My instructor, Michael came up to me and after a 5 minute introduction we went right into the car and onto the track. I have a great passion for racing but I have never done anything more than indoor go karts so I was nervous, but all it takes a little time to get to know the car and I was confident. I had a blast. And thanks to Michael for being a great instructor and lead. He was very patient and knew how to talk to a novice.

If you are a car person or love Porsche this is an amazing experience! I purchased my father The Porsche Experience for his birthday. There are several to choose from! The price ranges between $400-1000 and $50 extra for the insurance. The experience I purchased let my dad drive two Porsche’s for 90 min. There is also a delicious cafe that we ate lunch at and a restaurant, sadly it was closed while we were there. They have a really cool museum as well with old and new Porsche’s and many of their race cars. The minute we arrived we all felt like VIP! They give you visitor and driver badges and treat you like royalty! My mother is not great with stairs and they were kind enough to drive her in the golf cart to the elevator! All in all this was an amazing experience! It’s called The Porsche Experience for a reason!

I love it so much it is my 4th trip here. Yesterday was a different experience due to Covid. The coach was in one car and me in another. Chase did a great job with the set up and calling the shots. We had a blast. Burned a lot of rubber off those tires. I have had 10 or more driving experiences, and none let you drive for 90 minutes like Porsche. The cost vs. the enjoyment and time on the track doesn't compare anywhere else. Now that I have done it 4 times the coach definitely can make or break your experience. Ask for Chase.

If you are a fan of Porsche, this place will blow your socks off. I went to see a collection of cars which were beautiful with their custom colors and vintage looks. I didn't drive the track but It looked like an exciting experience from where I was sitting. You can get a view of the track from the balcony attached to the headquarters building. Also, you can grab a bite to eat at their bistro and pick up some schwag at the retail store. The cars on display are top notch as well and you can get a real history lesson from all of the many interesting displays.

I planned a graduation surprise luncheon for my husband - I planned to invite friends and family to spend an hour in the simulator lab, and then head upstairs to Restaurant 356 for lunch. Planning the event wasn't that difficult, but I was a bit disappointed to learn that you had to pay for all guests up front (4 days before your reservation) when reserving the semi-private space. When you're working with a group of 18 people (many who were taking off work on a Friday or scheduling babysitters), life happens and I was nervous about someone canceling on me (I would not be credited back any money paid for them in the headcount, I was told). I understand from the catering perspective that they must plan accordingly, but at $55+/head, the risk seems to be far greater to the customer. I'm used to paying for a minimum, and then paying the difference on-site. Long story short, 1 person got sick, but 1 person at the last minute was able to make it, so it was fortunately a wash. I had given the names of guests at the gate, but there still seemed to be a lot of confusion and questions I received from the front desk - not just for the single person we had attending last-minute. Once in the Simulator Lab, the Porsche employee didn't ask if we had a preference on track or car (I didn't learn until after the fact that we had choice). Apparently, one of our guests asked, and he was told, "You won't like that one." He is, in fact, an amateur racer, and knew he would enjoy it. That was disappointing. While in the Lab, a man and his young child came in and started using some of the hands-on experience stuff in the room (and touching the stuff that said "don't touch."). When I discreetly asked our guide about it, he brushed it off and said, "Oh, they're probably just touring and walking around." After a while, I was disturbed by this because not only did I pay for the entire room as a private event, but they were getting in the way of guests. I went to talk to the front desk, and they said they'd message the guide back in the room. Unfortunately, no one wanted to "be the bad guy" to this guy and his son (and I didn't feel it was my place to do so). They eventually left (and I shut the door to hopefully be less of an open place to hang). The guests had a great time and most didn't know the frustrations I was having, but in hindsight, I wish there had been a little more communication on the front end (or some sort of announcement/introduction in the room) so that everyone was aware of how it all worked. The food was very good at Restaurant 356 and the wait staff extremely friendly and attentive. The museum is very cool - lots of unique pieces, equipment, and information. The staff on-site is very helpful and knowledgeable. It was also a lot of fun hanging out and watching people enjoy their time on the track experience. Overall, the experience was a good one because it was unique. The staff was friendly and the cars, of course, very cool. If there were partial stars, I'd probably rate this closer to 3.8 stars, just because that Simulator Lab experience bugged me so much and the communication I had on the front end for the luncheon reservations, but for the sake of a few friendly folks on-site, a 4 is fair. If you're looking for something different to do - this is it. You'll pay for it, of course - it's not inexpensive. That said, just ask a heck of a lot more questions on the front end than I did. :)

This place is Amazing. Every Porsche lovers dream. Put this place on the bucket list! Has the Porsche experience driving course, as well as meeting facilities. The parking garage is just as amazing with all of the unique cars. Has classics museum and restoration facilities.

Could not be more pleased with my experience. The center, the cars, the instructor, all were above my expectations. Highly recommended to anyone interested in driving a Porsche, getting some driving lessons, or enjoying 90 mins of fun driving!

Go Lo

Stop what you're doing, and book this place already "Experience" is exactly what you will get out of this. If you're big on the history of the Porsche Brand I recommend the tour takes you from Porsche humble beginnings to where they are present day. Explains their racing heritage and why it's such a big deal. If you want to experience the cars themselves they have that of course, but I might suggest taking the Retail Demonstration that costs $75 first. There is so much power in these cars, it makes no sense in fact half the time inside the car it felt like I was on air. The only time I could tell is when he mashed the brakes that I was in the car. Just for FYI I rode in the Panamera Hybrid car, and I had some respect for the car after that one day it just might be the car I own. Last is the Simulation Lab for those that are gamers it's Assetto Corsa the video game, but with custom build this is what they told me. I don't think you can find this online. You have 30 or 60 minute options, and actually one of the tourist mentioned he did that before going to the track actually. All in all I'll be back to this place in the near future I don't think I'll be driving just yet though lol.

What an amazing venue to host a 5k run ! You actually run past the museum where you can see some of the cars through the glass walls, then you run on the actual track itself. Two laps on the track, and then you run in front of a lot full of colorful Porsches across the Finish line! It's right beside the airport so you get to see and hear a lot of planes land! I'll post another review when I do the actual Porsche Experience!

Received the Porsche driving experience as a Christmas gift. What an excellent time! You are put in the car with a coach who teaches you how to drive the course properly. They have an acceleration/brake test, agility course, kick plate, and drift circle. Definitely an unforgettable time. You'll take away both knowledge and a wonderful memory!

There is no substitute for this experience. We participated in the tour, which was handled by two knowledgable team members. The grounds are clean and first class. The patio area is awesome having a view of the airport and track. The cars, they are Porsches nothing more to say. The cafe has a limited menu; however, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter’s nut allergy. Will return to participate in the driving experience.

Worth the experience. I didn’t know I was walking into a museum, a gala, an elegant experience. The track is huge and create an atmosphere for relaxation and exposure to viewing new vehicles perform at top speed and agility. There are chairs outside on the balcony and patio. There’s a coffee bar with snacks inside. A museum on the lower level. Tons of ancient model cars on the wall for display and viewing. A Porsche shop for race car fanatics and fans. The car simulators was the biggest thrill of all. The simulators shook and glided just as a real Porsche vehicle would. The entire facility is upscale and perfect for party and gala planning.

It lives up to the Porsche brand name. As you would expect everything is high end and professional. There are a couple flaws, but they won't hurt the experience. There are many options available, so you can tailor your experience to your liking. They have general guided tours if you just want to look around the museum. There is a driving simulator that is more virtual reality, than a video game. It may very well be the same training experience, that racing drivers receive before races. Its definitely not an Xbox with a steering wheel. To gain access to the center you will need to reserve a spot on the tour or book an experience. The resturant 356 is more high-end. They have a StarBucks if you just want coffee and a snack. There is a Porsche retail store so you are able to buy neat Porsche Brand gear. The driving experience is the centerpiece of the center. You can choose from just about every 911, 718, Panemera, Cayenne, and Macan in Porsche's lineup. Prices start at $350 for a Boxster(non S) and go all the way up to $950 for a(911 GT3). You receive 90 minutes of seat time for each package, and if you are a couple or bring a friend you can split the time so both can enjoy the car. It is best to take an instructor with you; as from my understanding you are able to solo drive the vehicle but you will pay a $10,000 deductible if the vehicle is damaged. For $50 you can have an instructor and the deductible becomes $2,000. This could be wrong and may just be better coverage for $50. Eitherway, take the instructor with you. They are all professional and amateur racing drivers, and you will get more out of your experience having them with you. You will learn advanced driving techniques, saftey manuevers, and car control after you finish. If you have a Porsche car, or SUV you will have better appreciation for its capabilities. It also seems that some dealerships are including a Driving Experience with the purchase of a new vehicle, this is good. If you purchase an SUV package you have the option of driving it on the road course, and skill modules and also on the off-road course. I did not see anyone using it, however, it is available. Along with driving packages you also can purchase demo laps in a GT3 by a tamed racing driver. They will push the car to reasonable limits, while giving you an exciting ride. I discovered that the instructors are actually graded by how consistent their laps are and their ability to do donuts on the polished skid pad. All of this is visible from the terrace, a large courtyard next to the Carrea Cafe(Starbucks) and Resturant 356. There is also an upper level terrace, overlooking the track, and the Airport. Being that this experience center is also Porsche Corp North Americas headquarters, they have more going on than just food, fast cars, and art. There is a full training center in the building beneath the cafe. Atleast two floors dedicated to training porsche Technicians. There is a work shop purposed for maintaining Classic, Antique, Vintage, Retro, and out of production Porsches to factory condition. You are able to observe work in progress, and if on a tour, enter the workshop and see how it works. The center also has design specialists on staff that help you pick and choose options and colors for your new Porsche. The center also specializes in New Delivery Experiences. If you purchase a new Porsche, you can opt to have it shipped to one of the Experience centers, be it Atlanta, or Los Angeles.

What an adrenaline rush! The Porsche Experience exceeded my expectations in every way. I drove the Gt3 and the 911 Turbo S. Both cars are incredible and it's impossible to choose a favorite. The Gt3 sound and agility or the pure power and ease of the 911 Turbo S. The instructor Bryan did a great job guiding me through the twists and turns of the main track as well the other modules. There are plenty of other things to do and see while you're there waiting to drive or after your drive. I will be back to drive the new 992 gen Gt3 next year.

Absolutely exceptional facility and experience. Long story short, I scheduled an appointment for the GT3 experience to get a serious feel if such a large purchase is necessary for me (spoiler alert: it is). Unfortunately, even if a dealer would allow me to test drive one I know it wouldn't be much more than a short shifted highway pull. With this experience, you're able to get a REAL test drive. You get to feel out heavy braking, launch mode, acceleration, agility, rear engine dynamics and at no point did we ever take it easy on this car (at all). I underestimated how intense this experience would be. Although I have roughly 100~ days on track, I was oblivious to the nuisances that a Porsche would bring and my instructor was great at talking me through behaviors unique to this platform and how to respond. It was invaluable to feel how to react to understeer and the signature snap-oversteer on the low-friction course safely and not at speed at a normal track day in an emergency scenario when it's too late. My only suggestion would be to not spend the extra on the GT3, Turbo S, etc unless it's absolutely necessary to try out that specific model (i.e. extended test drive, bucket list). It's not the fastest track in the world so you won't get to do much outside of winding out 2nd gear so be aware when factoring your decision, I could easily see renting a Cayman for half the price being a blast as well.

The Atlanta Porsche Experience is extraordinary. The site is located directly off I75 adjacent to the Atlanta Airport. The Solis Hotel next door is not affiliated with Porsche but is a very nice place to stay if needed. The site is secure and you will need reservations to enter. A guard will verify your reservation and provide entry to the parking area. There are two. The first left after the gate is the entry to the underground garage. The second takes you to the parking area in front of the main building. Upon check in at the Welcome desk you will be provided with a buzzer to notify you that your driving experience is ready to begin. In the interim there is a small cafe that provides breakfast sandwiches, lunch and othe lighter fare. While we were there they also had grilled burgers. Guests can view your driving from a patio overlooking the track. The driving experience itself varies depending upon your selection but provides quality time with the vehicle of your choice.

It's definitely an adrenaline rush and there are a number of different modules on the test track that allow you to see what the car is capable of. seriously I don't think this place needs a review. The only negative aspect is the price but if you think about it, the actual track time you get (plus the fact that you're not using your own car) is not far from what you would pay for a normal DE track day. Also you get to use the kick plate and the low-friction course (the entire course is made of polished concrete so you can drift around like 'Initial D')

Didn't know what to expect as I have done track days at larger courses like VIR but found the modelues and short but technical track very helpful to improve my driving skills. Absolutely incredible! Straight up 90 minutes of adrenaline, pushing a performance car to your personal limits. Porsche teams you up with a professional drive that coaches and provides spot-on feedback. You are able to experience dynamic testing, low-friction surfaces, and traditional track. Personal favorites were the launch control (both brake and accelerator are mashed to the floor to launch to max speed into tunnel vision and hard brake) and wet surfaces where you use 4 wheel drive to correct a hydroplane. Although your max speed on the track will be around 80 mph, it is a tight and quick track that feels sooo much quicker. Exhausted but thrilled after 90 min, I highly recommend it. Oh, and the building is actually the Avengers headquarters.

Once the instructor gets a feel of your skills, the guide you based on what they think you can handle. The simulator was also great, as well as the bar/restaurant and the whole facility in general. Museum was a bit small but that's just me. Pair this with the new hotel next door, and you can have a great weekend racing cars and having fun.

Worth every penny. I drove the GT3; that's about as much car as that track can handle. A bit like driving a nail into drywall with a 5lbs sledge. David U. was the instructor for my session. He did an incredible job communicating throughout the entire experience, and was great about ensuring I spent time on the modules I was most interested in. The various modules balanced driver improvement exercises (wet skidpad, kick plate, low friction course) with understanding the capabilities of the car (handling course, acceleration and slalom). I had feared the 1.5hrs would be too little, but when the instructor noted we were about half way it seemed like we'd been driving a long time already. It ended up being the perfect amount of time. Driving aggressively for an extended period is tiring!

Great Experience for Adults. Do not take your child on the tour when they are renovating the museum. It was pretty boring for kids who don't like old cars and standing around. It would have been better if they were not renovating the museum. You are probably wondering why I gave this four stars. Well, The people at the check in desk were very nice and let us go down to where the people who were doing the ride along experience got in the cars. They would have let the kids do the experience but they were not meeting the age requirements for riding in the front seat. The people at the simulators were also very nice and let the kids play the reaction game to test your reaction time. The game was like the speed of light game at arcades. Overall it was a great experience. The people working were nice and the facility was nice. I recommend this place for adults who like porches and kids who are able to ride in the front seat. I also recommend this for kids who are 5 feet tall if they want to do the simulator.

I ordered a Cayman GTS. When I went out to the track, I noticed it was a Cayman S. No email was sent to me and no one told me at registration of the change. For the price I paid, I would expect better customer service. Make sure you get the car you paid for. If you're looking for an honest review: you do each section of the track in parts, often waiting for your turn. Of the 90 minute experience, you're lucky to get an hour of actual driving, after the initial introduction and waiting on other drivers on the track. I still had fun overall, but based on what I heard, my expectations were much higher.

This experience was amazing! I was nervous as the time to drive approached. I had fears of wrecking a car. Once I met the professional driver, all of that was gone. I drove with two different pros and the time went by so fast. I learned so much in such a short time. The drivers were flexible and let me spend extra time in areas I enjoyed. While I may never own a Porsche especially as well outfitted as these were, the ability to drive one with professional coaching and drive one aggressively in a safe environment was phenomenal. If you've ever done one of those "Drive an Exotic Car" things where you do a few short laps in an exotic car for a couple hundred bucks, this is a million times better for not much more. The cheapest deal costs $249 and you get you a solid 90 minutes in a Cayman or Boxster. You do a lot of several different activities. About half of that time is sitting there (in the car, not a classroom) getting instructions, but there's also a lot of driving -- way more than the ~5-10 minutes you might get at a typical small track experience like Exotics Racing in Vegas or the traveling Dream Drive Exotics events. Once you're on the track you can pick and choose your activities to some extent. I did a few laps around the main track, a few accelerate-and-brake runs, some short slaloms, tried to drift on wet pavement, a few laps on the low-friction track (like a go-kart track with a polished concrete surface), and my favorite: the one where you drive across a hydraulically-actuated kick plate that sends you spinning on a wet surface and you try to recover. There is one or two more things I didn't do in the time I had. At each station I did a few tries and was then given the choice of practicing more or moving on to the next. You get about 10 or 15 minutes at each. I would absolutely be willing to do it again next time I'm in Atlanta, and if you're a fan of Porsche or this kind of driving, it would be worth a trip just to do it. It's also good if you own one of the cars they offer -- you can learn more about it but not risk or wear out your own vehicle. Bonus: helmets were not required. If you're not used to driving with a helmet on, it's much easier to not have one.

What an unexpected Fun, Exciting way to spend 90mins! I received a gift certificate for my Birthday and was looking forward to it, BUT I had no idea how ‘hands on’ and ‘in control’ you were going to be. My instructor, Bryan Saxe, was meticulous with his instructions and we quickly developed a trusting bond that allowed me to drive on the edge (my edge) of my seat! The cars handled beyond any expectations I had, and by the end of my time I felt that I was pushing the car close to its limits...... Then Bryan asked me if I would like to go around once more as the passenger. His driving skills were incredible, and he made my track runs look as if I was idling around the course! This is probably one of the best places for any Porsche enthusiast. I bought a tour for me and a VIP tour for my husband for our anniversary. We came in and were treated awesome. They definitely make it a whole experience to make sure that your every need is taken care of. We had 3 tour guides who were Jim, Norm, and Toby. Jim and Norm are apart of the local Porsche club, and Toby worked there. Jim and Norm knew so much about Porsche it was amazing. I learned so much from them. There was so many cool cars on display all through out the building. There are some cars in the collection that are extremely rare, and in almost mint condition. Some of them have even been driven by famous people. The building was beautiful and was definitely designed to be apart of Porsche. The VIP includes a driving course where one of their drivers takes you around the course. My husband had an absolute blast. The course is very nice and the cars are even nicer. It can get expensive very fast depending on the package that you get. However, if you are a car enthusiast you definitely need to check this place out.

Porsche of Hilton Head and Porsche Experience Center Atlanta gave us a wonderful opportunity to learn about driving a fabulous high performance car under various conditions. I was very apprehensive about the simulator and I crashed and burned at the get go but just as I started to feel more comfortable, we were already finished and then off to learn on the track. My instructor, Philip, drew the short card but never flinched and got me to feel comfortable on the track before we worked the skid plate. My Boxter and I didn’t fair so well on the first try but with help from my instructor, I was determined to get it right. Thank you for your encouragement and good teaching Philip! The controlled launch was a serious blast! A huge thank you to my instructor,Tyler, for making my 911 dreams come true. Loved the skid plate with the 911. Drove a 911 S, the coach was excellent at guiding through the car controls and what to do. Check in was professional and organized. They had a cafe you could grab breakfast, just like a Starbucks cafe. We had a 9:00 start, they asked us to get there 30 mins early. Great experience. The Gs you experience launching and stopping the car were cool, 1.8 and 0.7. Not something you get in just any car. Would recommend if you love cars and driving.

We brought my husband here for his birthday. Though he's a Mercedes man, I knew he wouldn't pass up an opportunity to drive one of these babies! He had an awesome time and so did we! The kids were able to do the simulator and they described it as feeling like you're actually driving a car. We also had lunch at 365 and the food was delicious! I was even surprised how everyone accommodated me with my 18 month old. We will def be returning very soon!

I did not have a chance to do a test drive however I was able to tour the facility. It's an amazing facility that wears multiple hats including: office, museum, car restoration, test track, porsche design center. Quite beautiful and definitely worth visiting. Note though you do need a reservation of some sort so call ahead to schedule either a test drive (starts at $350), simulator experience (starts at $35) or you can reserve a table at their restaurant. Located right next to the airport so if you enjoy watching planes they have a outside seating area that overlooks the test track and the planes fly in directly over head to land at the Atlanta airport.

We booked a museum tour and it was an experience I will never forget. The amount of Porsche history in building is astonishing and cars are just a work of art. The track is also nice and it's quite fun to just see the cars racing by. A must see for any car enthusiast visiting Atlanta.

“The most fun i’ve had with my pants on” This might sound climactic, but 2020 wasn’t a fun year for any of us. My wife made it a point to one up me on christmas this year, and send me to do something brand new. I drive jeep’s, trucks, and harleys, so a porsche is different treat for me. I will say the track is more challenging than expected, but absolutely worth the effort. I can’t tell you what any other coaches are like, but mine Miyagi’d me into a porche driver in 90 minutes. Aj Schramm guided me through the course, and made it all very simple by the end. Mind you i have 0 track experience, and i felt extremely relaxed and in control after this adventure i needed this load off, thank you

I contemplated living my life as a bachelor so that one day I could drive something so utterly amazing ... The museum was pretty amazing too. The old cars and race cars are awe inspiring. Had a work conference here. Right at the end of Atlanta International airport. Bird's eye view of the planes landing from behind the greatest sound proofed windows I've ever experienced. What an exhilarating and informative experience. Some of the drills you go through with the driving experience really make you faster/smoother on the track. Bryon was my instructor in the 911 Carrera T and it was a blast. You can really get on the car and fell how it performs in different situations. It's expensive but I would highly recommend. We went early and took the tour, had lunch, and then did the driving experience. The 1.5 hours was just enough time to get some confidence and really start getting some speed and linking turns really smooth. Will definately go again.

I had a fantastic time! Best money I have ever spent. I was driving from Florida to Chicago after purchasing a 997tt and could not pass up the opportunity to stop in. I called before we left and reserved some sim time so we could visit the facility and see the Heritage Museum. I spoke with Megan to make the reservation and she was incredibly helpful in answering any questions I had (GREAT JOB Megan). After we arrived at the facility, I took a minute to step out on the lanai to over look the track and that is when it all fell apart! The track, the variety of cars to drive, the instructors I could not get my wallet out fast enough!!! My instructor Jimmy was awesome! I learned a lot about the 911 on the course in the shortest 90 minutes of my life. There was a down side to the whole experience though.... after driving the course my travel companion/office manager joined me in the simulator experience, she proceeded to beat me in a race around Road Atlanta and we were then given certificates with our placement in the race. I don't think I will ever hear the end of this!!! I guess I have to fire her now. JK! Overall everyone there was fantastic and I cannot recommend this enough. Great place to test drive models before you buy, or even if you just want to drive your dream car!! Thank you for the experience Porsche!

I took my girlfriend to the Porche Experience for our anniversary. From the start, the staff was courteous and attentive, and quickly learned our names to make sure we felt welcome. We had a deep conversation with one of the instructors, who explained the entire course in detail with a clear passion for the vehicles and Porche brand. We needed to switch our reservation time since something came up last minute, and the staff accommodated us no problem. Finally, the drive was incredible. It was my first time driving a Porche and quickly learned that the car is extremely intelligent and versatile. We went through the Handling Circuit, Kick Plate, and Low Friction Circle, and the Dynamics Area. Book the 911 and don't look back!

Three stars because the breakfast sandwiches at the cafe were worse than Starbucks. They were premade, heated in the toaster oven and they had no other options. The lunch was no better, for a upscale restaurant the meat was below par. As for the driving experience it was 50/50. The first guy couldn't do all the rough terrain features, while other instructors were able to. My first course instructor was awesome helping me to have fun but the second one was horrible, was way to strict and controlling and she basically took all the fun out of the event.

Just got back from my Porsche Driving Experience- drive the Targa 4 GTS for 90 minutes. Fred H was my instructor, and everything was perfect. Fred was great, the car was incredible! He said straight away to check ego at the door, and it was perfect advice. Go in as a blank slate, listen to everything they tell you, and the experience I'm sure will be amazing. Fred switched into the driver seat a few times on the skid pad and on the low-friction circuit to show me a few things, which helped a lot. By the end of the 90 minutes I was handling the car much better, with more control on the skid and low-friction, and much quicker and confident on the road track. Unless you have done this before or have track experience I wouldn't pay more for the Turbo S or GT3, I would highly recommend the Targa 4GTS if you want all wheel drive or the Carrera GTS if you want rear- this is MORE than enough car for the job! If you aren't sure if you should do this, I'll make it easy, book it right now!

I went on the tour. The two tour guides were longtime PCA (Porsche Club of America) members. You get to see a display of historically significant Porsches. The collection changes from time to time. The parking garage itself is full of Porsches. The basement holds restoration facilities, but I could only see from the outside. The track is not a racetrack, but more of a series of challenges to let you see what a Porsche can do. The gift shop is, as expected, expensive. I've been to the Porsche Museum in Germany, and, although this is tiny in comparison, it's still very nice.
