Meg ConklingI have waited a while to leave a review for this office. The truth is I like the Dr’s. It’s hard to write a review that may hurt their practice, and overall, jobs. However, I run my own business (Curly Hair Alchemist) and so when I make an appointment I reschedule 1-3 hours of pre-scheduled clients. Today my appointment was for 9am. I arrived for 8:45am. It’s now 9:56am and have yet to be called in. Due to this I have to cancel without being seen. This is the 4th time this has happened since September this year. I appreciate they have availability more than most offices. I appreciate what they have done for me this far. I was told they are moving locations and I hope that fixes the wait problem. I will for this time visit other offices to fix my problem. But if you need to be out at a certain time, I do not recommend this office.
Teri ConklinMost people that work here seem nice. The wait to be seen wasn't that long (I've waited longer at other gynecologist offices). The reason for the 3 Stars is because they did a internal ultrasound on me without telling me my insurance doesn't cover it. I didn't find out that bit of information until after the test was done (which I eventually found out they were supposed to tell me BEFORE they did the test). When I went to the desk to get referrals for my mammogram that is when the woman at the desk told me I owed them money. I had to pay for the ultrasound before I could leave the office. They WOULD NOT bill me.
F FI did my reviews before coming to this office and was worried because of some of the bad reviews but honestly this office was the only one that gave me an appointment ASAP...So when I enter the office I didn't know what to expect but was shocked everybody in the office treated me and my daughter so nice and made us both feel so comfortable .From the minute we walked in to us leaving .every single person was so sweet . When I left I truly was so happy with the service .They gave Excellent customer service. This goes to show you don't always go by the bad reviews . I could of missed out on excellent service which is hard to find these days.I WISH I COULD OF GAVE MORE STARS TO WOMENS HEALTH RESOURCES WAY TO GO LADIES!!!! KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE..
Eva BlessedThe staff and doctors are very friendly. However when u need an appointment, it is hard to get for months at a time. Called for My results and the lab read me my results over the phone and never posted it to my portal, that’s unacceptable
I II had a positive experience here, i just wish it were cleaner.
