I give it 3 stars because so far I have been pleased with the doctor's treatment plan for my son and answered all my questions and concerns. However, when it comes to the front desk I wish I could remember the receptionist name. She was so nasty and rude ,condescending for no reason even when asking her a question she'd rolled her eyes and looked at me with a blank stare. People should think about changing their attitude and tone of voice when working with the public. Thankfully I was pleased with the doctor. But I wouldn't be surprised if they continue to loose patients because of their staff in the front.

I have had severe persistent asthma and allergies (to everything!) since I was 9 months old, and I can confidently say I have never had such a caring, experienced and knowledgeable team on my side. My asthma is hard to treat as it is very severe, to the point where I could no longer work and often couldn’t even complete daily tasks. After my pediatrician retired early on in my childhood, I have not been able to find a doctor as good as she was. The difference in an adequate doctor and a GREAT doctor is true care for treating your patients and giving them as good quality of life as possible. In early 2018 I finally found that great doctor I’ve been looking for after a chance google search for a new doctor. I was fed up with being very sick and under treated, my doctors not taking me seriously, probably because they are used to seeing patients who have a much more mild case than me that are easily controlled with any one medication. Unfortunately I’m nowhere near that easy to treat and asthma so severe in adults is rare enough that most doctors don’t even know what to do for you. Dr. Nowack has been a godsend from the beginning. From the very day I came in him and his team of nurses have been on my case, looking for REAL solutions, not bandaids. I went from not being able to walk a block away to my car to FULLY functioning airways. Dr. Nowack spent as much time as it took to find the right cocktail of medications for me, that would be both safe and effective. I’m always complicated to treat yet he always knew what to do to fix any issues I had. When we needed to convince insurance to cover VERY expensive medications, i.e Xolair (which is around 3k a month so it isn’t easy to convince insurance to approve it, especially when they’re also paying for allergy shots) the nurses spent all the time needed on the phone back and fourth with insurance to get me speedy approval, all so I can live a normal life. Here, patients aren’t treated like a number, they’re treated like people who want to live a comfortable life. For the first time in my life I got a NORMAL lung function test. That’s huge for me especially considering that I also do have some scarring in my lower airways. My life is COMPLETELY changed thanks to Dr. Nowack and his team. I am moving about 2 hours away and I will make the drive back to Yonkers just to see this doctor since he knows me and my case so well, and I trust ONLY him with my asthma. On top of all of that I have also visited ENT Dr. Weissman for ear pain and he showed the same passion for treating me and FULL knowledge of his specialty. I had only seen him once when I came in another time for allergy shots/xolair with the allergy team and when he happened to see me in the hallway not only did he greet me by name but he remembered the details of my case entirely and asked how I was doing. I’ve never experienced that before! I don’t think there are enough words to thank the doctors and nurses here who work their tails off every single day to make patients comfortable and happy. It is so obvious how much they care about the people they treat every day. Although they see hundreds of people day in and day out they are all treated as individuals who need compassionate care, not numbers and dollars. Everyone here from the front desk to the doctors are the best I have ever seen.

My appointment was with Dr. Sanders. He was very professional and addressed all of my concerns, in addition to the main reason for my visit which was that my left ear was completely blocked with wax. He removed the wax completely with very little discomfort. He also gave me suggestions of what to take for the constant congestion in my sinuses and runny nose.

Dr. Joshua Weissman is the BEST PHYSICIAN. He is so thorough and caring. He really cares. I have had migraines for years. Dr. Weissman performed a procedure on me and I haven't had a headache in months. I get vertigo from Vestibular migraines. I haven't had vertigo since the procedure. I am very happy I found him.

My Ent Dr. Joshua Weissman is the BEST!!! He is so caring and so knowledgeable. If you want a physician who will really listen to you and really help you then please go see him. I cannot say enough nice things about him. I suffer from migraines and from so many other sinus issues. Dr. Weissman had been able to help me in every area.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The appointment was provided within the week. Registration was done through an electronic handheld device. The waiting area was clean, had plenty of tissues, sanitizer and an air purifier. The staff was very pleasant and the doctor was welcoming and informative. Did not feel rushed out. I would definitely recommend.

I have been coming to this office since before they moved. The medical staff is amazing. I am not sure what happened to the staff but there was a full change to all the front desk staff. This new staff is not as customer friendly typically have their heads down. I am really sad about this change.

This place needs to train their front desk staff AND the Office Manager on customer service. They are ALL rude and unfriendly. If you are not a people person. The front desk is not for you....However The Doctor was friendly as well as the drs assistant. This place is huge, nice and clean.

Dr. Nowak is one of the most attentive and caring doctors I have ever had the privilege of seeing. I have seen great progress in my allergy and asthma conditions since I started seeing him. It was also Dr. Nowak who listened to me describe my issues and suggested I get a sleep study done. If not for him, I don't I ever would have thought I might have SEVERE Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Treating my sleep apnea has changed my life and it would never have happened if not for Dr Nowak.
