Hi. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the establishment was. Check-in was easy, there was room enough in the waiting area for the patients to sit at a distance from each other, and the entire staff was professional and pleasant. I didn’t have to wait very long to see the doctor and he was competent, cordial and very efficient. He put me at ease that my eye problem wasn’t serious (I had made an appointment with an ophthalmologist but would have to wait a month to see her) and called in a prescription for an antibiotic to my pharmacy. In my experience with other Urgent Care facilities, it’s often an all-day event. My entire visit at CityMD Yonkers? I was in, out, and back in my car in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this service. It’s good to know this kind of care exists in this neighborhood!

Excellent facility if you can't get to your primary doctor. Clean and social distance is still enforced. Self check in was simple, but have insurance card, i.d. and primary doctor (if you have one) handy. Makes check in smoother. Nurses and doctors are friendly and very professional. I left feeling comfortable with the diagnosis of an eye infection and received the proper medication.

We came to urgent care in Yonkers early on a Monday morning because my husband was experiencing back pain. We were greeted by professional and friendly staff waiting to eagerly help us . We were walked into the back room right away and was greeted by Jezmelly. She was very nice and professional . My husband was then taken to X-rays by Michelle. She was very friendly and efficient. She explained what she was going to do and in no time at all she was done . She walked him back to the room and told him to feel better. I have been to many urgent cares and not one of them showed the empathy or professionalism we had received at Yonkers . Great job guys!

I personally have not had a bad experience with this location. I feel like I am in good hands and can trust the staff and providers to care for me. Unfortunately, I need a punch card for how often I frequent- but that also goes to show their level of care! I would recommend to close family and friends in a heart beat.

Dr Manzoor is excellent and staff friendly 👏☺️at this City MD Urgent Care! My elderly Mom had COVID symptoms for 3 days and was weak. She was treated fast and prescribed meds. The only negative thing was the front desk staff wouldn't let the wheelchair out the door. My Mom had mobility issues and was sick. She had no other choice but to walk the long ramp or take the steps that are difficult for her. This wheelchair policy should be changed 😠 after all it's medical facility.

Overall good care, but they performed a pregnancy test without telling me and there were obvious reasons why this wasn't necessary. I was charged for this test too. Be careful about extra tests that they won't tell you about!

I've been here a few times in the past, and have always had a positive experience throughout. I wasn't quite as lucky during my most recent visit. The front desk is always helpful, the facilities are clean, the wait times are typically quite short, and the medical staff is courteous, efficient, and as competent as you would expect from an urgent care facility. I went in yesterday for a routine physical required by my out-of-state telehealth physician. Everything went extremely smoothly, as usual, until I was seen by Dr. Catalina Vazquez. During our 3-minute interaction, Dr. Vazquez was extremely standoffish and rude from the moment she walked through the door and literally yanked my uncompleted exam form out of my hands, letting me know in no uncertain terms that I wasn't welcome. She berated me repeatedly for coming in to CityMD for a physical instead of going to my regular PCP. She mentioned CityMD not being "set up" for physicals and not getting paid by the insurance (on top of my $75 copay, mind you), despite the fact that annual physicals are prominently advertised on the CityMD website, and I confirmed with this specific location in person a week prior. She took issue with the fact that what she was performing wasn't a thorough physical - I certainly couldn't agree more, but that seems to be something to take up with her employer, as I would have been all too happy to receive a more comprehensive exam. I also made it quite clear to Dr. Vazquez that I'm not using the visit in lieu of a proper annual physical with my PCP (who's booked up for the next 3 months). Dr. Vazquez was completely dismissive of my healthcare concerns and was wholly focused on riding her high horse for the duration of the visit. Perhaps she finds it demeaning to be performing 3-minute physicals at an urgent care facility, but that's hardly something the patients should be paying the price for. So, 5 star to this CityMD location as a whole, 1 star for Dr. Vazquez.

Every time I go to this urgent care I am seen in a very short period /acceptable time. The doctors are very nice as are the nurses or the physicians assistants in the back. I've always gotten good care. The girls at the counter... Meh. They charged me $50 copay when my copay is supposed to be $30. I said something, she didn't answer me at the time I was sick and late for work so I just went along with it. Mostly great experiences one time when I had strep throat no one contacted me but that was a few years ago, since then no other issues. I will continue to come here Smoove all other Urgent cares even the one at my doctors office, i prefer this Citymd.

It was a first time visit and I was extremely impressed. The place is immaculate and staff would periodically wipe down the public areas. Signing in was automated but the process was very straight forward. The nurse and doctor who saw us were really nice and our doctor was superb. We were even the last ones there that night and for them to still be so attentive really speaks volumes.

I really like the staff and processes at this location. I went with my mom and son and they were great. We all were seen together so I could help both of them and everything was smooth and easy as can be. Their computers were down and they were doing all their paperwork on paper and were still moving quickly without very long wait times. Results on the patient portal are easy to access as well.

I came to the clinic to get a rapid COVID 19 test as I was very anxious regarding my community of over 100 families sharing common areas. Even though I am double vaccinated with Pfizer and I continue to wear a mask whenever I leave my unit I am still concerned about others. We do not have a mandate at our building for masking up in common areas and a lot of our shareholders are under the impression that there is no need to mask up in our common areas which are shared by all. The staff that I encountered at CityMD were more than competent, they were efficient as well as considerate. I thank all of the staff for doing such a great job with a walk in clinic.

I didnt grow up going to urgent cares and i stumbled on this one by accident/out of an emergency but DAMN i wish i went to THIS urgent care sooner. i can’t compare my experience to other urgent cares only to my primary doctor and this is WAYYYY better than my doctor, respectfully. everyone is so nice here and even though the waiting area is filled, you still get seen WITHIN the hour (at least in my experience) my doctors office could never. everyone answers all the questions i have and it’s a good time. the women in the front, great. the doctors+nurses in the back, great. parking out front, GREAT. thanks for taking care of me guys <3

Dr Tina Doshi is AMAZING. she was attentive, respectful and made my 6 year old son feel comfortable, I seriously wanted to cry at how much care she was giving my son who was very anxious and congested and having difficulty breathing. I understand with COVID they stopped giving patient nebulizer treatments, but my son is 6 and NEEDED one. Dr Doshi made sure the MA was on point with that treatment. It helped my son tremendously. The front desk was polite , but I feel as if they should double check patients demos after they enter them at the tablet. On the tablet i updated my info for my son, and i confirmed with the front desk that received my updated info, she confirmed everything went through, but it didnt because there was NO EMAIL on file and our old mailing address was still on file. Email is the only way to get your PCR results so it should be the duty of the receptionist to confirm all patients have updated email info to obtain results. Overall the facility was clean, fast, and we felt like we were in good hands. Thank you City MD

Went in early morning on a Friday for help removing a very tiny splinter from my dominant hand. Super grateful they are there! Facilities are clean, covid 19 precautions are adhered to, had to get an xray and have anesthesia administered, with stitches. I left feeling confident i had been properly cared for. Going back today for follow up. Thank goodness they are around!

Went to City MD and was welcomed as soon as I walked in, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The exam room was not very clean, and I brought it to the doctors attention he was upset and on it immediately. The doctor was very helpful spent time with me and answered all my questions. Since when a medical receptionist can provide a presumptuous diagnosis? This was my experience yesterday. She ask ,What I was here for? My response, I think I broke my toe(anyone close could listen in). She state , my toe isn't broken if I can walk. This is a violation of the hepa law. At that point, she is operating above her training. She also stated ,my wait time would be long. I didn't ask about the wait time. However, I had a great experience with the real medical practitioners. I was only there for 45mins.

I love CItyMD. This is the only urgent care I go to. It’s clean and everyone there is kind, knowledgeable, and caring. They take time to listen to your concerns and give you top notch service/advice. My mother is 83 years old. She lives a 1/2 a mile away and visited here with her car very easily. She got a covid 19 test quickly and painlessly. They were kind enough to call with the results which made my mother very happy. She was negative. My mother is a pretty active women. She claims this place was very professional and very clean and she would return there in the future if needed. If you make an 83 women happy then the rest of the population is easy. He did not have to wait long and was handled with the strictest of care. As her child, I could not ask of anything more.

I can say the experience was pretty good! The line was very long as expected. The front desk had a young lady by the name of Marilyn (I asked her named) that was very sweet and helpful that helped me on the kiosk. The staff were kind and attentive everything was nice and clean!

This location is absolutely amazing! I had an extremely deep cut on my finger. I walked right into a spotless waiting room I was greeted by friendly front desk staff. I checked in on their ipad. Then I was told to wait. (I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT IN COVID TESTING LINE! Patients waiting for covid testing must arrive around 6am... they are added to an electronic system and may wait in their cars or nearby. They will receive a text when to come back) Other patients like myself are on a separate list and are attend to pretty promptly. I was call in to a private sparkling clean room, my vitals were taken and a doctor came within minutes. ALL FEMALE staff which was so refreshing to experience, were all so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was given an xray to rule out any glass or damage to my finger. The doctor than treated my wound, wrote me a prescription for ointment. And that was it, I was in and out. The discharge was easy, I was given a printout with detailed instructions. I AM SO THANKFUL TO THE CITYMD STAFF ESPECIALLY DURING THESE HECTIC TIMES!!! Thank you so much for being amazing front line workers and helping all of us in need with a smile on your face!!!

We were pleasantly surprised that after taking our name and phone number we were allowed to sit in the car until registration to see the doctor instead of waiting in line outside in the cold for hours ..Appointment time was texted to us , and after that we just walked in to register to be seen by a physician. This made our visit more time effective and less stressful .

I received excellent care and am very grateful that City MD in Yonkers had late hours (until 11:00 p.m.). Most Urgent Care facilities close much earlier. Went in for COVID rapid test. They start at 7 am promptly. But you have to get there super early to place decently on the line. But once you're in the staff is very friendly and while trying to work as quickly as possible they manage to still have great bedside manners. Highly recommend them.

When I come for a visit most of the time the staff is great like Matt and Diana. However if you call on a different day like today and ask a question you get I don’t know or put on permanent hold. I asked st both this office and at Yonkers if city md was going to get the flu shot without eggs for patients allergic to eggs. They did not think so not sure. I asked if I could take it anyway or if that flu vaccine could be ordered and was told they could not bother the doctors.

Location is easy to get to. The office is very new and clean although I think they've been there for about two years. I was seen as soon as I finished my paper work. The doctor had a great bedside manner as well as the nurse and technician who saw me for my sprained ankle. They all seemed genuinely concerned. They were very thorough and I walked out of there with an air cast, a cd with my X-rays in case I'd need to see a podiatrist or orthopedics, and a report of what was done and what they found. I was as happy as I could be with a sprained ankle. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

Went late last night for non covid issue. Very convenient location. The entire staff was knowledgeable and caring. Short line and was seen quickly. Kiosk set up for new patients was easy to use. I would like to say that we were told about CityMD, due to the fear of going to the E.R. and it was the best Registration with the Representative Exson Aponte who assisted me and my wife she was also a patient with great Quality Service. Went to this location twice in the same week; on a Sunday for pinkeye and then again on that Tuesday for the rapid Covid test. When I returned for the Covid test, they remembered me and asked me how my eye was doing and watnot. I’ve never had an issue with going to this location. The test was quick and pleasant. Received my results by email in no time.

I recently went to Citymd for a Covid test and was happy with the service/ care I received. Citymd has a kind and knowledgeable staff, which is why I recommend you stop by for any medical needs. If you plan on going for a covid test make sure you show up very early before they open their doors so that you can put your name on the daily list. They call you at the number you provide when they are ready to see you. Test results are provided within 15-30 minutes.

Truly disappointed they do not participate with CARE FIRST BCBS, this is a very good insurance plan, guess I will be going to an Urgent Care facility that does participate!!

In a state of disbelief.I'm so thoroughly disgusted by bummercare, Medicare, big med, med groups like Westmed and their high cost rev streams and upselling. So I was geared up for the worst. Got the opposite. Pretty short wait. Dr Bechan-Dugan and asst Charles efficient, asked questions, thorough. Unlike Westmed Dr looked me in eye, spoke to me directly and not from behind a computer screen. She diagnosed, prescribed - easy peasy. No referrals, only the test that was relevant, and they took a few min to find the cheapest place to get scrip filled. Total time - 1 hr. Wait time alone at westmed 3 hrs

Went in for chest tightness at 12pm ..was diagnosed, treated with a nebulizer treatment and told my prescriptions where sent to my pharmacy all done & out by 1:30pm..I couldn't believe how fast i was taken care of ..Thank goodness there's urgent care!!
