My husband and I have been in Dr. Kim's care for over 10 years and are pleased with him and his staff. My husband had many issues and Dr. Kim work with him to improve his health. However, my husband informed the doctor right from the beginning he did not want to be micro managed. Dr. Kim would give his advice to my husband as to what he should do to stay healthy. My husband found Dr. Kim professional, compassionate about his issues, and fully understood his wishes. When my husband passed Dr. Kim and his staff were there for me. Ive been Dr Kims pt since 2004. Dr Kim is very passionate with his patients... (Ive seen). I get my ear pulled here n there but im glad he does because it shows me he wants to help and really cares! His team of Doctors ROCKS!!! Love them to pieces. I’ve been switched jobs and medical insurances where I was previously forced to go elsewhere due to Dr Kims office not accepting the coverage and ITS NOT THE SAME! Thankfully, Ive got good insurance he takes for several years now and came right back home!! Love ❤️ Love his team! I have been with DR Kim for over 16 Years and have never had a bad experience. When I got injured and there was other complications he made sure to find out the complications and how to attack those to make sure I have the best Quality of life. Thanks Doc Now my hole family goes there to get treated. Best thing I like about him is he is not afraid to say I am not sure and send you off to a specialist to find out. I have full trust in him and his office.

I've been a patient since 2003, when I first moved Tampa. He's been the best. I have discovered him to be an extremely personable individual utilizes a holistic approach in providing medical care. He's a family man and he shares that kind of concern with his patients. He's not only thorough in his service delivery, but he's thoughtful and considerate. I really like this guy and relate very well to him. When I moved to Jackson in 2012, I looked for a doctor equally as personable. I found one - Dr. Mena. Upon my return to Tampa in 2017, I went right back to Dr. Kim. He provides a great customer experience and he knows what he's doing on top of that. Anyone looking for a thoughtful and thorough practitioner, I recommend Dr. Kim. He's one of the best.

Dr Kim and his staff are wonderful. He was my physician for numerous years until my health care changed and my new company was not one he accepted. I referred many friends to him over the years. He was thorough, taking time to talk with you and was concerned about physical and mental health issues. Wait times in his office were always minimal. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim.

I've been seeing Dr Kim for 2/3 yrs now. I find him to be very upfront and honest which I personally love. No sugarcoating topics, no rushing to the next patient even if he's behind. He's helped me though tough times (Nasty back injury, adhd issues, weight, and depression to name a few) Dr Kim is not the type of doc who just gives pills and sends you on your way. He helps plan a way for you to get better and get off meds if you needed them. I no longer take meds for anything and it's all thanks to Dr. Kim. His staff is awesome to not a bad one in the office.

Dr. Kim is nice, but the front desk staff is unfortunately never in a good mood when I call or very helpful. If you're nearby, okay, go here because it's close, but it's not a high end doctors office. I had one nurse practicioner (or whatever) that went on a long rant about how sleep deprived and stressed she was, and having a bad day on top of it, etc., and then she proceeded to go through my vein trying to draw blood for a physical. So, then I had like 7-10 days of soreness and bruising on the inside of my elbow, which wasn't cool. I don't know if the "having a bad day" was related to the vein thing, but it wasn't exactly confidence building. And watch out for the crazy $70 co-pay for "urgent care," which is any visit not scheduled at least a day in advance! As in, if you wake up one morning, and you're sick, and you go to this doctors office, that's considered "urgent care" and you get the big whammy $70 co pay.

They are on my insurance as an urgent care center and when my wife broke her leg everything was covered for only $50. They checked her out, did x-rays, did scans and got us a referral to the orthopedic surgeon we'd used before very quickly, very professionally and we were done and out of there in just a few hours. I will definitely use them in the future if we have any kind of an Urgent Care situation.

Dr. Kim has seen my spouse and I each for walk-in scenarios. In my case, a cold was not improving and had turned into bronchitis. They gave me breathing treatments and medications to help. My spouse was treated right in the office. Both times we waited, but we were walk-ins.

I had been having neck and sinus pain for a year and happened to come to this office when sick with sinus issues. This dr found a lump on my thyroid by a physical exam thank goodness I went to ents and my primary who never found this. He’s very sharp and intuitive.
