I've been going to Dr. Dinges for about six months now, after a friend highly recommended him and I'm beyond impressed! My first appointment I was provided plenty of time to go over my health history and address any concerns without feeling rushed. When I got COVID-19, they had me come in immediately to get the Plaxovid medication. I was able to get a Monkeypox vaccination very early when others were finding it difficult to obtain. I also got pink eye and they had me come in immediately for diagnosis and treatment. I feel as if the entire staff cares about my well-being and I'm so happy to have found this place.

This is a downtown healthcare jewel. After booking an appointment they keep you in the loop with texts in case you need to make changes. The office is the most efficient I've encountered in the healthcare realm.

Dr. Dinges and his staff are fantastic. Very polite, courteous, and professional. His office is quick to respond to any questions I have, refill requests, etc. I've never had a hard time getting an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Heck, after a recent biking accident, I was able to book a follow-up the same week. I started seeing Dr. Dinges due to his specialty, but I have since come to rely on his office for primary care and I couldn't be happier. If I could give more stars, I would.

What a great experience. I’ve delayed seeing a physician for a while because I couldn’t find one who spent time and thought with their patients. A friend recommended Dr Dinges and I couldn’t be happier. My first visit was extremely thorough and he spent “non-rushed” time with me, exploring my health and really stitching it all together. They even were able to see me early for my appointment. What a refreshing experience with his team in this day and age of oversubscribed and over-burdened providers. I didn’t feel that here. The entire team works as a professional unit and they are healthcare providers not just working in healthcare. There is a difference.

My husband and I went to SIDC for our 1st Covid vaccine. We have been trying to schedule them for a month. I have been in and out of many medical providers' scheduling apps etc. SIDC is the only app that was a breeze to schedule, immediately sent a confirmation email and once we arrived at the clinic, their staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, kind and professional. We mostly nteracted with Brandon at the front desk, he is amazing!

Dr. Dinges' office is a true doctor's office rather than an administrative building who tell the doctors how to practice. He is highly skilled and constantly stays in tune with current/up-coming medical advances. Dr. Dinges is a genuine person and he only fills his staff with people who are kind and who care as much as he does. I moved out of Seattle almost 2 years ago and still travel to this office (and I'm usually a man of convenience).

I have been seeing Dr. Dinges for over 5 years now, and both him and everyone else on the staff has been amazing. I can always count on being treated with courtesy, kindness and respect. The atmosphere is friendly, and I have never felt any judgement no matter the question or concern. The appointments are usually quite easy to schedule on the phone, although I do miss the days of online scheduling. The whole set-up contrasts sharply against larger establishment where I often felt rushed, unheard or judged. Glad to have found his clinic right after I moved to Seattle!

I have great respect for Dr. Dinges, he's an extremely capable and knowledgeable family doctor as well as a specialist in COVID. His office staff is friendly, he offers telemedicine, and online appointment scheduling. He also keeps a small stock of prescription and OTC meds, ones that insurance companies often don't cover and that pharmacies tend to gouge, and sells them at cost to his patients for whom they are prescribed. This alone has saved me thousands of dollars out of pocket over the last few years.

If you are looking for a brilliant doctor with a wonderful bedside manner, Dr Dinges is your man. I have had so many bad experiences with western medicine doctors that I avoid them like the plague and use ND's almost exclusively. When I meet Dr Dinges, he changed that. He and his staff always make me feel special and important. They treat me with dignity and respect and even though they don't share my love of natural medicine, they honor my needs and wishes. They have even battled insurance companies on my behalf and won. He and his staff (Brandon especially) deserve 10 stars not 5.

My primary care doctor retired several years back and he recommended Dr. Dinges to care for my HIV needs, soon into my care with Dr. Dinges I realized his incredible knowledge with HIV and his knowledge with general care.
