Adrian is an AMAZING coach and trainer. He essentially partnered with my physical therapist to really grow my strength and stability. He knows his stuff! I really appreciate how fine tuned my workouts are to my body. He finds ways to tweak and modify every program to maximize the benefit. He often notices how my body is trying to overcompensate and has me change technique to ensure I'm working the right muscles. I have never felt so sturdy, strong, and capable; and I've been an athlete all my life.
I would recommend Adrian to anyone and everyone.

Working with Adrian has been exceptional- he is extremely skilled at tuning the workout to my specific needs and addressing deficiencies in my training to help prevent injury and balance my body. He has a great understanding of the body.
I'm quite active and I've noticed the workouts have improved my climbing ability and gotten rid of an annoying hip issue I had while hiking. I've found my posture is improving, I have more energy, and improved body awareness.
Shea and Adrian are very welcoming and the gym is very clean and enjoyable to spend time in.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve their fitness, mobility and feel good!

Shea was recommended to me by my intuitive eating coach and I am SO happy that I started training with her. As someone who has struggled with body image issues, destructive exercise habits and disordered eating for my entire life, I was hesitant and nervous to step back into a gym. Shea’s positive attitude and welcoming demeanor put me at ease immediately. Developing a healthy movement routine was the last step in my intuitive eating journey and I really couldn’t have imagined a better person to work with than Shea. She is so conscious of my various injuries and is constantly adjusting my program to ensure that I am being safe while still working towards my goal of getting stronger. I always look forward to my training sessions not only because Shea is an amazing trainer, but because she is an amazing human as well!

I highly recommend Shea at O.W.N. Fitness! When I reached my 40s it felt like my body started falling apart. I became clumsy, unstable, and accident prone. I looked for a trainer that focused on overall strength training that would understand my ailments and not be focused on weight loss. I tore my ACL in High School and along with being afraid my other knee would give out I noticed that 1 side is stronger than the other. Shea was able to recognize the imbalance and cater my workouts accordingly. We never take measurements or get on a scale which I appreciate because I stay motivated to continue feeling better, getting stronger, and take control of my body knowing positive changes to my body will inherently follow. I started with private sessions and transitioned into group training which is really fun and motivating. We each have our own individual, customized programs but train at the same time for a positive, productive, inclusive session.

Shea Leonard at O.W.N Fitness is a huge wealth of knowledge. She works to tailor everything to fit her clients. When something didn't work for me ergonomically, she had an immediate new exercise to switch to. She is accommodating, fun to work out with, and a great resource. Can't recommend enough.
