My visit was Awesome! Of course my reason for going was the fact that I felt really awful. I was made to feel comfortable from the time I arrived. The pleasant attitudes were very appreciated. The facility is so clean, there was a technical problem with the X-ray machine that was solved before I left. The Service was superb. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Thanks

Absolutely phenomenal experience. I’m from MD and was traveling here for pleasure and came down with strep. Urgent care Eleven took me in same day, handled it quickly, and got me antibiotics! The entire staff that was working the morning of 10/29 deserves a shoutout. Everyone was very friendly, nice, informative, and I felt very cared for 👍 10/10. Great experience. I felt like my head was going to explode so I went into this urgent care . It was clean and big , staff was very friendly. Wait wasn’t long at all . Doctor came in and got ordered my shot and medicine asap , she could tell I was in pain . The nurse Destiny , who gave me the shot , promised to be gentle . I am deathly afraid of needles . She did it so fast I didn’t even have time to panic . So thankful for all of those women in that office , I felt like I was going to die and now I’m at home eating Indian food feeling a world better . Best urgent care I have ever ever ever been to .

Definitely a slow moving urgent care. I’ve been to other urgent cares that usually moves a lot faster than this. I waited almost 2 hours just to be seen. Other people who were being seen before me said they’ve been sitting longer before I arrived.

I always enjoy the staff, they are attentive and sweet. However August 5th 2022 Forgive the long response.... Usually the security isn't busy much so they always help open the entrance door when someone's hands are full or disabled. Well yesterday it was not the same welcome. The security was just sitting on a chair outside the door and looked at me without getting up for 5 seconds to help. Now i needed a lil help to get in the door since I had to take a lyft; so I had a bulky carseat on one arm, baby bag, purse, and my son in my other arm. You would think she would have helped open the door. No she just stayed seated. I had a lady signing in at the front desk stop what she was doing, turn around and help me with the door. I was just taken back by this. I know it's not their job; but it really looks bad on the urgent care facility. All past security have taken initiative, why not her? I always have had professional quality experiences here over the past 5 years, but this lady was just plain inconsiderate. UPDATE: I was contacted by management with a humble apology. I guess the usual security was on vacation and the security company was at fault ( real problem here). Thanks you guys are the best!

I made an appointment 30 minutes before the time I slot I chose. I came in because I had an ear blockage that started to cause a ringing. All staff members were kind. From the start, Destiny was a professional and eager to fix the issue. She knew exactly what needed to be done and assured me the whole time that I was going to be taken care of. I was in and out of there within an hour! Amazing work. Thank you!

I was feeling very sick, and when I came into Urgent Care 11 Kris Mccray- medical assistant greeted me. He gave me the best care. I usually am crying when COVID tests are performed, but he did a great job and was so gentle. He listened to me as well as told me a little about himself. At the end after I seen my amazing doctor, Kris came in to give me a shot. I don't like needles but it was painless with him. Also after that I asked him for some paperwork, and he got everything to me. Anyways HE is GREAT. If I ever feel sick again, I would definitely go see him again.

The staff saw my Mom struggling with her Walker. It’s a long way from handicapped parking to the front door. The security guard immediately brought Mom a wheelchair and whisked her in. The front desk staff was very professional. Mom saw the nurse practitioner in just a few minutes. She was very kind to Mom and made sure I knew how to take care of her when we got home

I had to find a urgent care available on a Saturday because I hurt my knee at work. As busy as they were with covid testing, the staff remained clam and took their time with each patient. I don’t remember the nurse’s name cause it was so painful for me to walk, she was amazing, treated me so kind. Nurse practitioner Tiffany was amazing she spoke to me at a level I could understand and found the perfect treatment for me. 8 hours I feel so better, Thanks to the awesome staff at Urgent Care 11

Went in because I wasn't responding to a course of treatment prescribed by another doctor and was in A LOT of pain. It was super easy to get an appointment and I was impressed with the short wait time once I checked in. All the staff were friendly and professional. The nurse practitioner I saw immediately figured out I'd been misdiagnosed, and prescribed the correct medication. I feel 💯 better. Would definitely go there again!

I chose this urgent care because they had nothing but good reviews, and I can see why. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very courteous and helpful. They were quick to help get me set up and ready for an appointment. When I went back to be seen, the nurse was very kind and thoroughly listened to my issues and did a good job at prepping the doctor ahead of her coming into the room. The doctor was also very kind and took all the necessary steps to do everything she could to help me feel better. After leaving the urgent care, the next morning they even followed up with me to see how I was doing! I've never had an urgent care do that! I highly, highly recommend them if you're in need of an urgent care. An added plus is the facility was extremely nice!!

Scheduled appt online through the company page, very fast and easy to complete. Once upon arrival everything was already in the system and maybe waited 15 mins to be called to the back. The whole staff was friendly and kind. Definitely will go back for any other complications I have.

You can register online which prevents lots of ppw, parking area available and very clean office. The staff was very friendly & professional. They went out of their way to make sure my son was taken care of and that I left happy. Very attentive and thorough. I'm a nurse myself and I was very impressed with how they raise the bar in care. All the staff members were amazing. I did not have to wait in the waiting area long to be seen. The doctor was able to not only identify the problems but also provided explanation of causes as well as provided an excellent treatment plan which I noticed a huge difference that same day. I also loved the fact that a live person calls the next day after your visit to check on you. Excellent customer care!

My daughter fell while skating and twisted her ankle. It was on a Saturday morning and her pediatrician is closed, so I found this urgent care office near me. The staff was nice and the office was clean and spaced properly by Covid standards. We saw the nurse practitioner and they were able to do the Xray on site as well. She was very professional and pleasant. The visit was fairly quick and was a positive experience.

I was very please in the way the staff handled me from the time I entered the clinic. The receptionist was very polite and informative. The nurse that triaged me was on a scale from 1-10, she was definitely a 10 and the NP who examined me was totally professional and showed much concern and was very patient with every question that I needed answered. I have been going to Urgent Care Eleven for a year now. It is the only urgent care I will go to unless I'm out of the area. Their care is exceptional, when you arrive to your appointment you are greeted in a timely fashion. They treat you for your symptoms now so you don't have to wait for test results. The staff is professional and polite, after each appointment they give you a follow up call to make sure you are doing better the next day. I highly recommend, best urgent I've ever been to.

I’m giving three stars not because the clinic staff or because of a truly bad experience. But $50 for the rapid test is absolutely insane. I did not appreciate being charged especially when I chose this place because when I looked up “free rapid test” it popped up. So just so everyone knows, it’s not free. In fact it’s the most expensive test I’ve paid for to date.

My kids and I came here twice and we always feel welcome.These doctors listen to you and offer the best solutions. They ordered prescriptions we needed while we were still present so by the time we made it to the pharmacists we had no issues.its Never a long wait. We were called within 10 min every time.receptionists and other staff were courteous as well. This place also does back to school giveaways and other community events. Just awesome that they care for us physically and give bAck to our community! definitely recommend to others.

This urgent care facility was by far the best I have ever been to. I went on a Saturday morning and I was done in less than 20 minutes. This facility really cares for the patient. The physician was very knowledgeable and explained things in detail. Very very pleased and satisfied. Also they even followed up the next day to inquire about my son. Let me first of all say that I was on vacation and unfortunately became sick. All I knew was that I needed to find an urgent care location close to where I was residing. I googled locations near me and quite a few popped up, but urgent care eleven was the ONLY one open on Sundays! The receptionist was amazing! She was a breath of fresh air. The nurse was amazing and very considerate and gentle. Perhaps the nurse practitioner Nadinna Joseph is one I will never forget. She was honest, caring, yet firm which is what I need from time to time regarding my health. She also answered my questions in a very helpful and professional way. To come to your location and receive the help I did on SUNDAY was the best. I also loved the atmosphere inside the location. Soft music, amazing decor, and very clean. Thank you all for nursing me back to health.

I’ve been to urgent care a million times because making a doctors appointment is pretty inconvenient for my work schedule. Usually by the time I seek care, I’m dying. I love this urgent care! I’m a retired nurse, and a tough critic. I didn’t have an appointment, and there were seven people ahead of me; but I only waited about half an hour to be seen. Everyone, from the front office staff to the nurse and nurse practitioner were all so kind and professional. The facilities are spotless and attractive. The splint the nurse put on my finger is so much better than the one I had before from the orthopedic surgeon. Thanks for everything!

Edit: The doctor personally called and sent a letter to apologize for the incident. I am truly appreciative for your care, concern, and response. Not many will take the time out to do such an act. Next time I get sick, I'll be back 😉. Edit, edit: I did return on 11/7/19 and I was treated with care and genuine concern. Definitely recommend this facility! I've never had any problems at this urgent care and all of my needs were met in the past. However, maybe you guys could work on information delivery. Yesterday, I went in literally with a 101.7 fever, barely could walk. After calling my new insurance agency, the gentleman at the desk informed me with a big grin, I could see all 32's, that my deductible was $130.00. The fact that I didn't have $130 to spend on being checked out by a doctor combined with the physical and mental trauma my body was already experiencing sent me out the door crying. BTW, LUCKILY I have connections and was able to get the prescription for Tamiflu. I'd much rather pay $100 for the medicine than $130 for you to tell me I need the medicine plus pay $100 for it. Work on information delivery.

I saw Dr. Jones for an infected spider bite and was expecting the typical urgent care experience. But he was a top notch professional and knowledgeable but didn't talk down or lecture me. The office was inviting, clean and warm. He was attentive to my case and I think his quick actions kept the bite from worsening. He was available by phone when needed and the office also checked back on me for a follow up. This is very nice because infections can be dangerous and it helps to have someone to ask about things live duration, side effects, complications. It's refreshing to get a family practitioner level of care at an Urgent Care. Many others in the area don't provide this. If you are growing tired of other Urgent Care clinics, give Dr. Stephen Jones a try. Worth the drive. My bite healed up just fine too.

Dr. Anise was amazing! She was very attentive to my needs and she also went into detail about why I was having sinus issues and suggested several ways to control my symptoms in the future. Kudos to you Dr. Anise you are definitely a great asset to the Urgent 11 Team! I went in there yesterday for the first time. My insurance covered the whole thing. The secretary greeted me when I came in and was extremely polite. But I must say, the doctor was an angel. She listened to my concerns and instead of talking at me, she talked to me. Typically when I see a doctor, they hear the word anxiety and dismiss me, attributing my issues to a panic attack. Thank God for this doctor, turns out I have pneumonia and because of the treatment she gave me, I can actually breathe today. My name is Jennifer and I went this past monday 9-16-19 I caught a cold and they were pretty quick easy for me to get to and did alot to help me. They accepted my insurance and copay. I got an antihistamine shot which helped tediously and since i was on vacation saved me. They called in my antibiotics to a pharmacy that was close to my hotel. I was able to get an early appt and enjoyed the rest of vacation. The rooms were clean and cute the office doesn't feel stufffy like a normal doctors office. These ladies are AMAZING!!! I came in with a cut that I thought needed stitches. The nurse saw me right away and told me it should have been stitched, but stitches have to happen within 12 hours, and it had already been 40. I was going to leave since I’d come just to see if I needed stitches and don’t have money for non-vital medical expenses. The nurse insisted on taking a look at it for me, cleaned it out and dressed it for me, gave me antibiotic ointment, answered all of my questions and didn’t charge me anything!!! What incredible and kind people! My hope in humanity is greater now then it was this morning.

"Rate from 1-10 as to recommendations " Here is my thoughts in brief: Very professional, well staffed, short wait time, excellent decor.The mobile devices and health care informatics used at this doctors office compare with the best. Normally, at other doctors offices I usually have to wait more than 15 +min once in room. I did a walk in and was on my way complete/ finished in less than 30 min. Furthermore, my PCP is at Oschner, In order to speak with him I have to leave message and wait in some cases days to hear from him. Also, appointment options are scheduled weeks away. My conclusion is it behooves me to make 11 my new PCP !!! I think anyone going for preventative or medical treatment should consider 11. When asked about recommending to friends, family, associates.... I say 11

Update: the business texted me a survey and when I rated my experience as a 1, they called me on the next business day to ask what happened. They seemed genuinely concerned and waived my copay for a future visit (my covid test had no copay or they would've just refunded that money), and said they would investigate how this happened. I'm still really sad about missing Mardi Gras events with family, but I'm raising my review from 1 star to 3 because I appreciate their concern and response and because accidents happen and maybe someone just overlooked my number when they were calling people with results. Hopefully this won't happen to anyone else since they are looking into the cause of the oversight and will hopefully remedy their business process to avoid this in the future. Original post: I went here for a rapid covid test. The staff were rude, which is no big deal, but then they told me they'd call me with my test results, which were supposed to take 15 minutes. They never called. When I went to call them at 1 today, I found out they closed early. So now I can't spend Mardi Gras with my family tomorrow because I don't have a definitely negative covid test. I had to travel for work last week, so I needed the test results to feel like I could spend Mardi Gras with my family. We were just going to do a tiny Mardi Gras hang out in the backyard with masks, which is already hard and sad enough, given this awful year and Mardi Gras being cancelled, but now I won't even get that. Thanks a ton urgent care eleven. Really appreciate you making this Mardi Gras even worse. Who knew it could get worse?

Great office hours for working folks! Got in and out in less than an hour (filling out paperwork, giving urine and blood, and talking with the dr). All without feeling rushed or pressured because it was so close to closing time. Update::::: I went back and saw a nurse practitioner, Teshawn Ash, and although her bedside manner wasn't as polished as Dr. Jones', I would return to the practice, but only when a doctor is avaliable.

Its good Friday so my PCP was not available. I knew that I couldn't get through the day without some kind of medicinal support. UPDATE: I did get called back by the doctor the Tuesday following my Thursday appointment. He explained that between Labor Day weekend and a glitchy new phone system, my messages had not been received. He then scheduled me to come in as soon as the clinic opened which I did. Long story short: I'm feeling better now with a new medicine, and I'm feeling cared for again as well. -- Everything about the facility seems professional. I went in with a cough that was getting worse. The doctor gave me a steroid shot to "dry me up" and prescribed a cough medicine w/ codeine along w/ a ten-day round of penicillin-based antibiotics. After getting my prescriptions filled, I realized I'd never received a diagnosis of my condition (was it a cold? was there a bacterial infection?)... and I wanted to know if the doctor had diagnosed a bacterial infection or was giving me antibiotics just in case of one. I called the office during business hours that same day and never heard back. I called again the next and never heard back. I went ahead and started on the antibiotics. Now I'm four days in, and my symptoms have only gotten worse. Perhaps I just have a cold. Perhaps things would have gotten worse w/o treatment. I don't know. I do know that I never got a call back, which would have made me feel cared for during my sickness. So... that's my take on Urgent Care Eleven on St. Claude.
