Chuck ShubertBeen fighting chest congestion for a couple of weeks, went to this urgi-care for the second time and it was one of the most pleasant visit to see a doc, it's usually a nightmare. I had to change insurance and update my info which took maybe 5 to 10 minutes, tops. Waited another couple of minutes and I was back getting my vitals checked and pharmacy changes. Saw the doc a few mi,utes after and was diagnosed, treated, and sent on my way. The easiest medical experience I've ever had, I'm 50. No copay with my insurance. I highly recommend this urgi-care if you're in the area. Top notch, 👍👍
Dr. DaveGreat urgent care - quick and friendly staff. I went right before lunch on a Thursday and there was no one else there. The nurse advised against going on sundays because it gets really busy. There is on-site security so you can feel safe. They read TB skin tests on saturdays!
Suzanne AgasiI was in New Orleans for a wedding and had a medical issue and fortunately this urgent care was open on a Saturday morning. Luckily the doctor on duty was amazing and Ingrid the PA physicians assistant was flawless also. I did not expect such a positive experience after smashing my toe and being in pain. Both the doctor and PA were very thorough and made sure they handled the situation with great care and expertise. I promised to write them a five star review because they deserve it!
Robert MillerCame in today with an issue and Dr. Emily Burke was amazing! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I went to Concentra Urgent Care first and the wait was 3-4hrs. No thank you. So glad I found Ochshner.
Tim EicherI visited this location several times for treatment while visiting from out of town. Each time, I was seen promptly, treated with respect and concern, and given clear instructions on how to care for my medical issue. The nurse practitioner even told me to call him if I had any follow-up questions. I came away very impressed with the level of service and dedication they showed.
Tammy BalonI am a Registered Nurse from NY State and was on vacation and got very sick with a sudden onset UTI. I almost was going to wait and see my primary care physician in 2 days when I arrived home because I figured I would be waiting for hours and I have never been to an urgent care out of my state. The wait was less than 10 minutes and the staff was very kind and professional. I was diagnosed and received treatment within 1/2 hour. We arrived home the next day and I received a follow up phone call. I feel almost 100 percent 2 days later! Thank you SO much for the excellent care that I received. Very much appreciated!
Janice JonesHighly recommend!! I was in town working a conference when I came down with what I thought was a really severe cold, turned out it was Strep AND the Flu. The staff was warm and caring, I experienced no long wait to see a doctor and was in and out in a short period of time with perscriptions in hand. This experience surpassed my own doctors office when addressing response time as well as bedside manner......5 star experience, even if I was miserably ill. Cannot say enough about the staff and my experience! 5 stars!!
Lauren NovotnyDr. Rathor stitched up my chin after I split it open in a bike accident. When the stitches were removed, my doctor said once to me (then twice more under her breath), something along the lines of, "wow, she did a really good job." Sincerely, thanks for helping me with the hole in my face!
Christopher LorenzenAll of the staff was very friendly and attentive. I was seen quickly. The doctor and nurses were friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable (I hate going to the dr). I was X-rayed, diagnosed, medicated, and out in about an hour. It’s the only urgent care I visit as a local resident.
Stephanie McCantsI was visiting from SC and had no idea where to go when I got sick. They took my insurance, saw me immediately and did every test warranted knowing I needed to fly the next day and then phoned in my prescriptions. I was alone and the entire staff was very compassionate. I would definitely recommend them.
