COVID restrictions have put medical offices personnel in new and every changing roles. However, I found the frontend staff friendly and helpful. The backend clinical staff were kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Royster was exactly the type of physician I like working with ~ fully engaged in a conversation, listens and responds. I would highly recommend Dr. Royster. Dr. Royster responded to my pain issues with positive outcomes ~ am I cured no ~ but I am not taking medication either. On going treatment for an on going pain is the plan until another plan requires development. Thank you IPN!!

I can't believe anyone would post a negative review about this office. Dr. Royster and all of his staff are excellent professionals that address your needs on an individual basis, and you are treated with the utmost respect, compassion and dignity. It is so refreshing to have not only Dr. Royster there to listen to my concerns and address my issues, but also each and everyone of his staff and nurses. They will all go out of there way and bend over backwards to help you with any of your concerns. They are extremely prompt, courteous and they really DO treat their patients as part of their extended family. I would always recommend these fine folks to anyone that I encounter. Keep up the great work you guys, it is DEEPLY appreciated and so are each and everyone of you. 🌼

Dr. Eric Royster is amazing! I've been with him for several years, and I'm so thankful to have him as my Pain Management SPECIALIST!! He respectfully treats me as an individual with my own special pain issues and does that with empathy and dignity!! I highly recommend Dr. Royster as a TRUE Pain Management SPECIALIST!!

I can't say enough about how great this place is. The doctors are very personable, actually listen, take their time with each patient, and have/use a wide variety of tools/techniques at their disposal to help their patients out. I really can't say enough about the wonderful job these doctors do. Wish there was a 6th star I could give them. Very highly recommended. Call and ask to see Dr Royster or Kim today. You'll be happy you did.

I first went to IPN as an adolescent for psychiatric treatment following my parents divorce. After a few sessions, I noticed a positive change in my mentality, and the advice and tools IPN equipped me with still benefits me today. Fastforward to the present, and I still go to IPN, for different services however. I recently tried medical acupuncture for the first time, and believe it or not it's actually amazing! I feel totally rejuvenated and alleviated by the experience. I'm now convincing all of my friends to try it out. IPN can turn skeptics into believers!
