Always appreciate the friendly staff and excellent care I receive from Dr. Regina Bowe and her nurses. The phlebotomists are incredible! Never had a bad or hurtful stick! They understand and take the time to listen to you about what makes you comfortable! Lab results are returned quickly! Love the patient portal. 100% recommend!

I have been treated at the clinic for many years and have always been very satisfied with the entire experience until this last visit. The check in, intake with the nurse, doctor's visit and lab experience went well as it always has. Then began the issue. I walked up to the checkout area and proceeded with the information to retrieve my account. I handed her my credit card and she advised she was unaware of the charges for today. I advised my account had a balance and I needed to pay this amount. An appointment needed to be scheduled for future visit which was later than the date that was required due to medication refill. I explained that it was necessary to have an appointment on or before the request. She was obviously annoyed with me advising the importance of having to stay in time frame of this appointment. She is short and curt in attempting to set my next appointment. She processed my payment and handed me the receipt. I requested the processed payment statement that was always give to me stapled to the recipient. She retrieved it with a annoyed look and placed it on the counter. I asked if she would mind stapling it to the credit card receipt she completed the request. I am aware it was the end of the day and I am sure you were ready to leave it was obvious. I have never felt so dismissed and treated like it was a burden to obtain a follow-up appointment. It maybe that you were new, as for all the years I have been there we have not crossed paths or you just having a bad day. I am in hopes that this was an isolated incident as you made me feel that I was imposing on your time.

I am always pleased with my visit. I may not be pleased with my test results, but that is my fault, and I must do better.

Good doc. Disorganized Admin. It took two attempts to get prescription refills to the pharmacy. For all the public worry about masking, they don't do an automatic screen for COVID or flu. It would seem a practice concerned about patients' (or staff's) well-being would be doing that.

The office is run so well- be it the front desk, MD office, check out, testing- I've never had an issue with wasting my time or slow service. I will never forget- my first visit they had a sign in the lobby-it said "If you wait more than 15 minutes for your appt- let us know". I'd never been to ANY Md office where they posted this! Dr. Johnson- my primary is efficient, takes his time with you and his nursing staff is always available. A+

When she is not present, I use nurse practitioners for immediate needs and they also have been fabulous in answering my requests. I first met with Dr. Robert Beck (Internal Medicine) a little over a year ago and have had about four face to face visits since. He listens and is thorough with his examination and feedback. As far as my husband and I are concerned, Dr Rigtrup can't be beat! He is a wonderful and caring doctor. I would give him 5 stars forever. The problem I had with my last visit was with the Lab. Of all days for us to be in hurry, we needed to be on time for our appointment to have our first Covid shot. We waited 45 minutes for me to get blood drawn! Normally 10 minutes is the amount of time we wait. I realize this was a fluke but it still was very frustrating. I saw one of the lab workers and approached him and told him how long I'd been waiting. He said he would check on it. People were not going in and out of the lab. There were less than a handful waiting to see the doctor. Another 15 minutes passed so I went up to the check-in counter (where they have ALWAYS been courteous and professional) and told a clerk how long I'd been waiting. She jumped up and went to the lab and then motioned for me to come! There were two workers, including the first one I'd spoken to and neither were busy. Very frustrating! We made it to our appointment to get our shots only by skipping things we needed to do, since we had to drive to our home county of Dickson to get our shots. I'm truly hoping this never happens again!

Dr. Bal and his nursing staff are always responsive, attentive, efficient and professional. My last visit was with Anna Laura, a Nurse Practitioner. She was thorough in the examination of symptoms and ordered the appropriate testing. The diagnosis was correct and confirmed by the tests. Teel, her nurse followed up on the tests and gave me specific instructions on the meds that she prescribed. Jennifer, another nurse, is always prompt in call backs, and follow up to my calls and concerns. This is a highly competent physician and staff!

Dr. Jarvis and his staff were all very pleasant and great professionals. Later I was introduced to Dr. Sterling Barrett and his staff by a friend of mine. Dr. Sterling Barrett and his staff are very pleasant to deal with , they are very professional and at the same time very friendly. Above all else they have your health needs first and foremost. If you want a doctor that is NOT a pill pusher, but a genuine caring doctor, this is the clinic for you. I have had the pleasure of seeing several doctors at Frist Clinic and have been very pleased with them all.

Although the reason for my visits were not pleasant, the visits (all) made me feel like the only patient the Clinic treated or saw. From the nice and polite manners of the intake persons, the professionalism and friendliness of the nurses to the real concerns of the Physician made the trip worthwhile, and in some cases enjoyable. You know they must be doing something right out there since I have been a patient since the 70's and would you believe still alive.

Although I had a little trouble finding the place, the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and if you park in their garage parking is free. I saw Dr. Stein and I was pleased with his attention to detail. He asked me what I thought about my symptoms and what I believed is happening with my Crohn’s. He listened and discussed treatment with me. I did have to wait quite a while to get my blood drawn at the lab down the hall but they were very busy so it was understandable. The next day Dr. Stein called with my lab results. I believe I’ll be happy with The Frist Clinic and this physician.

I was confused as I when I came across I was on the 3rd floor. So I just assumed that I would return the way I came. I was pleased with not only the the NP that I saw on the day that I was sick (my PCP was over booked already), but also my PCP's nurse and the appointment desk staff. I called the appointment line requesting an appointment due to respiratory illness. The appointment desk informed me that my PCP did not have any openings, but offered to put me through to his nurse. The nurse verified that he was not going to be able to see me that day, but based on my symptoms, she would schedule an appointment with a NP if I were willing. That answer was "yes". I was seen within 2 hours, X-rays completed and a diagnosis along with medication. As a team, they were awesome. They listened and responded. My hat is off to this great team..

NP Talley saved me from admission to the hospital. Danielle is extremely capable, thorough, and a caring individual. I had taken injections, anitbiotics and steroids to no avail. She prescribed Levoquin and I immediately started to feel better. I just went for my six weeks checkup and the pneumonia has cleared up. Once you check in at the front desk and go to your assigned color station, mine is red, for Dr. Rigtrup. You generally wait no longer than 5 - 10 minutes. Most effecient and well run office I've been into in years. Dr. R, comes in 5 minutes later. Literally on a regular office visit, from walking in the office door, to being seen, given blood, I usually spend about 30 minutes there. The great thing is I could spend 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Dr. R will spend as much time as the condition warrants. Thank you Frist clinic, and all that serve the patients for Dr. Rigtrup.

His knowledge and expertise are vast , and I can literally see him thinking of options which might work best for me. Because he somehow remembers everything I say-things not on the computer-he manages to personalize every treatment. Dr. Lizarraga looks me in the eye and listens. Perhaps the finest quality is that he is an extraordinarily kind and thoughtful man. When I came to Dr. Lizarraga (he was highly recommended) I had been quite ill for five years. Over the past year he has changed my life; I am healthy now and very active. Additionally, I don't think I have ever been around Dr. Lizarraga for five minutes without laughing.
