I had surgery done on my collarbone here just over a year ago. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for me! The Nurse (Jackie I believe) was SWEETEST woman I’ve ever met and I adored speaking to her. Even when I was grumpy and in pain, she never failed to make me feel better! I had so much anxiety regarding my surgery and healing process, and was a big baby with the pain. The staff was so kind and understanding. They made me feel so much better about everything. The doctor who did my surgery was SO careful with my shoulder tattoo and put it back together perfectly. Even the receptionist’s were very kind and welcoming. Building is VERY clean and well taken care of. The sling they provided was great quality. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU ALL!

My experiences have been good overall. I was disappointed that I was not seen by the provider I had seen before and with whom my appointment was scheduled. I was not informed in advance that this would be the case. To be clear, this post is not referencing Drew Cressman because I was seen by another PA. My experience with Drew on a previous visit was quite favorable and that is why I requested to see him.

The team Dr. Downs has put together is amazing! From the front desk, to the nurses and doctors, to the physical therapy staff, they treat you with kindness, respect, and professionalism. After my successful surgery by Dr. Downs (still strong 2 years later!); Emily took me into her care and she is above and beyond the best therapist I've ever had!!! The way she cares (along with the help of Randy who is awesome!), and does her research and follow-ups were thorough. She's an intelligent and special physical therapist, w/ perfect complement of skills!!! Highly Recommend OS!!!

Hi there, I have been a patient of Orthopedic specialist for a while now. They have helped me so much. I have had a couple of aches/pains that have been on going for a while now and orthopedic specialist has been nothing but amazing to me. The staff is so kind and polite. They care about you. I have also used their physical therapy side too. The physical therapy through them is the best. They care so much about you and how you are doing and if you’re progressing within your exercises. They also have you fill out a rating sheet about every 3 weeks into your physical therapy session(s) to see how well you are succeeding and how well you’re healing or how much pain you’re have. I don’t think I will go to any other physical therapy or orthopedic doctor for a while. I would like to say a big Thank you to orthopedic specialist for helping me with my aches/pains. I had knee injections done in their office but ultimately had to have both knees replaced. I opted to have them done on the same date and I’m thrilled that I did. I am 9 days post-op and thrilled with how I’m progressing. Have had my follow up visit and as usual, I’m thrilled with the office staff, X-ray tech and nursing staff. Drew, PA-C and Dr. Downs have been great every step of the way. I will refer both family and friends to him...matter of fact one of my friends had both of her knees done after I referred her to Dr. Downs.

Cherrie Rose, The staff was very pleasant. The PA that I seen was very patient and very knowledgeable. After I had my MRI done I went back to the office and the doctor explained everything in detail and also mapped out the choices I had for short term and long term procedures for pain relief of my knee and shoulder. I am very happy with the detailed insight and knowledge that he had for the many questions that I had. He even used the charts and tabletop models to explain in further details. I left the office very knowledgeable and satisfied with all that I learned about the reason for the pain that I have been experiencing. I look forward to my next visit to start some of the procedures that we spoke about doing.

I would highly recommend either one of these doctors - they are both excellent. They both have a great bedside manner and are insightful.

This PT office was such a great find. After 2 months of trying to recover from a concussion, I started working with Dr. Allison within a few weeks I was feeling so much better. He knew exactly what I needed to minimize headaches and I was able to meet all of the 'healing' goals we set in our first appointment. Very happy with my visit . Drew and Christy took me in and took their time to explain to me what would be done ,I got my x-rays , injection and knee brace on in less than an hour and was very pleased with their bedside manner. If I need anything else done I will surely go back to Dr Downs office.

My pain has been reduced tremendously which allows me to be a better K-9 handler. Office staf and doctors are very thorough, polite, and know what they are doing.
