Dr. Wall has been my doctor for over a decade. She actually listens to your concerns, asks probing questions, and then suggests a plan of action to address the issue. I have always found Dr. Wall, her staff, especially Veronica, to be promptly responsive with a caring attitude. As I head into my 70’s I am grateful to have them on my side.

I would recommend Dr. Wall to anyone. She is the ONLY physician I've ever known that has gone so far beyond just the call of duty and given me the amount of her time necessary to really learn as much as I feel any doctor can (and should) about me as her patient. Over the last 8-10 years, I have observed that she does this for other patients also and I'm certain that I'm not some special case by any means. Her professional standard is extremely high and that's very important to me. It may mean being in the waiting room a bit longer but, in my opinion, she so greatly exceeds the current healthcare norms that I will make available whatever time I can to be sure she has the time to do everything she feels is necessary in examination and discussion. With many doctors, it's easy to feel like I'm just another number. I KNOW that Dr. Wall truly cares about her patients and about me as her patient. She demonstrates it in everything she does. I would want no other physician as my PCP.

Medical questions and concerns as well as prescription refills are answered in a timely manner via the patient portal. Best comedian Doc I know!

I've been seeing Dr. Michelle Wall for several years now. She is a very good Doctor. She answers my questions. She not afraid to look up something in the computer if she is not sure about something. I ask a lot of questions & I know she has to get flustered with me, but she is still willing to help me with all my questions. She's also referred me to other Doctor's within the St. Thomas umbrella. I appreciate the service & help she's given to me over the past decade +.

Always pleasant visit even when you are sick. Love Dr. Wall and her nurse, Veronica. Dr. Wall actually cares about you as a patient and you feel that every visit. Prompt refills and answering questions on the portal and after hour responses. Just a good person period..

I'm 70 years old and she's the best internist / PCP I have EVER had. She's thorough, does not do unnecessary tests or office visits, responsive to messages on the patient portal, and she's very likable -- an added bonus! She has great staff, the organization has great scheduling and is very patient-oriented, and all the other administration-related functions are very well run and well-staffed. Not only do I love her as my PCP, the entire organization is a breath of fresh air, compared to those that are money-making machines (e.g., Summit, Heritage, etc.)

Dr. Michelle Wall is awesome she not one of those Drs. that gaves you 15 minutes one problem and your out the door! She takes her time with each and ever patient because she cares. Yes you may have to wait but Dr. Michelle Wall is worth it!

There is a reason I will wait a long time in the office see Dr. Wall, she listens to your family history and what you are concerned about. She was able to focus in on my main concerns with health and life in general and what might hold me back from taking care of myself. I feel so fortunate to have her as a doctor. The front desk staff are nice too and not rude and dismissive. Remarkable person and physician.

I was there 20 minutes early. They got me right in to begin the procedure. The tech made me feel comfortable right away and was very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was responsive to my comfort level at all times. My appointment was at 8:15. I was in and out by 8:13. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I have seen Dr Wall twice now; once for my annual physical and once for an acute issue. I am willing to wait knowing that I will get the same attention and care that she provides to all of her patients.
