I am no longer a patient of Dr. Issacs but I appreciate everything he did for me during my time seeing him. With his help I am walking much better than I would have been able to otherwise. He is a patient understanding Doctor who goes out of his way to help folks whom may not have another recourse. I believe candor goes along way with most Doctors and this is especially true with Mr. Issac. Thanks again Dr. Issac!

I've felt heard since my first visit with Dr. Isaac and PA Duffield. My Primary care doctor transferred me 5 months ago, after a very poor experience with another provider. This journey has not been easy, but Dr. Isaac's entire team of caring professionals has been so supportive. Visits can be less than an hour, but PA Duffield also allows me to complain, cry, and ask as many questions as I need. I never feel rushed. Jocelyn is vey responsive and very professional with all my administrative needs. This is by far the most compassionate care I've ever received and I trust them completely.

This office is amazing. Been coming for about two years. I mostly see Jaime and she listens and cares about me as a whole. The nurses are all super sweet. Dr Isaac does my pain shots for my back abs is always quick and thorough. The nurses even celebrate my weight loss victories with me and I honestly look forward to this visit each month because I feel like it’s visiting friends for 20 minutes.

I have seen Dr. Issac several times for different procedures. I have been to two of his three locations. I have never had to wait long at all to be seen. The staff is always friendly. Dr. Isaac and his assistant Julia are fantastic. They always ask me if I know about the procedure I’m receiving and give me a lot of good information. Dr. Isaac takes his time and listens to me and lets me ask questions. He and Julia talk to me during an epidural or ablation and keep my mind occupied which helps me a lot. I would recommend Dr. Issac to everyone. I feel very taken care of there.

I have been coming to this office for quite some time now!! All the staff has been awesome, kind and friendly!! Dr. Edward's has always listened to my issues and concerns, and has always explained procedures that can be done and how they will help find the solution to fixing my problem so that I can hopefully be pain free one day!! I have had injections by Dr. Isaac and they were very professional in taking care of my needs!! Monika is the nurse I see when coming In, and she is always the best!! Her kindness in listening to my concerns answering questions when she can, but in general her genuine kindness helps put my mind at ease when coming into the office!! I look forward to her kind spirit!! I recommend this office and their to want to help me find a solution to my problem!!

So i have been a patient at Isaac Spine & Pain Institute for over 10 years. I receive excellent care and bedside manners from Dr Isaacs and his amazing staff. All of the nurses are so very respectful and caring. If you are looking for people that truly care about your well being you should give these guys a call.

My experience with this office is indifferent. I really wished I could write two different reviews. One for Dr. Edwards and one for Monica...Edwards is fantastic! On the other hand unfortunately I only got to see him because Monica was on vacation so much. When she came back it was as if she was clueless that prescriptions are now electronic. This is my 4th time in the past 4 months that she didn’t send my meds over. And of course I go on Fridays, when the hours say they close at 12 but they really don’t answer the phone after 11...So there’s no way to get in touch with anyone. Being left without meds over the weekend is dangerous to a patients health. So now my only option is to go to the ER. That’s patient abandonment and goes against the creed...

I have been a patient of Dr. Isaac's for about 10 years. He is very knowledgeable about the various issues that I have. He and his head nurse Rhonda feel like family. I have done physical therapy, trigger point injections, Epidural injections, steroid injections, and Radio Frequency Ablations...all in addition to pain meds. I like that he uses several ways to treat the pain...not just throwing out prescriptions. The office staff is friendly. Linda in billing is amazing...and really does what she says she will do.

I have been going to pain clinics for roughly 10 years, and to Dr. Isaac for over a year. I was a patient at the Charlotte Ave. office when they moved to Hayes St. and I'm now going to his Antioch office which is so much more convenient as I live about 2 hrs. away. In all 3 offices, I have been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I rarely have to wait past my appointment time, and I'm usually seen within 10 min. after filling out my paperwork. This is the first pain clinic I have gone to where I did not have to jump through hoops (like physical therapy) before they would treat me, and then just throw pain meds at me. I get my pain meds, but they also offer alternative treatments like steroid shots and nerve blocks which can be handled right there in the office at the time of my appointment. I have recommended Dr. Isaac to family members and close friends who have had problems with finding a pain facility who pays attention to the patient's needs more than satisfying insurance companies.

Dr. Isaac is good. Most of the front desk people are rude with a few exceptions. Dr. Sain is ok once you get to know her (and she decides whether or not you're just an addict) Some of the nurses are really nice and helpful.

Give respect to get respect and I have never gotten anything other than respect from the front counter people,the nurses, and the doctors.Dr. Kristy Duffield is doing a great job for me. I have no complaints with this place they are wonderful. They go above and beyond to help their patients. I can't understand why anyone would have any complaints about this place or it's Doctor's. Especially about Dr. Duffield. They are also careful with the injection's and nerve blocks, making them almost pain free. I would recommend them to anyone. They treat me better than any where I have ever gone. I was hospitalized for a heart attack and when I returned to their office I felt like I was visiting a family member.
