It was extremely easy to make an appointment. Great Parking!! They were fast, no waiting (forever) Office and examining rooms are VERY clean!! Everyone was nice and kind and very thorough! Dr Sparks was very kind and caring! I highly recommend!! Will be going back if the need arises!

Awesome service from true health care professionals! They have, on several occasions, worked me in on the same day for emergency treatment and gotten me in and out and taken care of within just a few hours. So impressed with their service that I am scheduled with one of the primary care physicians for my initial physical next month! Keep up the excellent work. Doctors and true medical professionals such as these are few and far between these days unfortunately.

Great experience! Always recommend making an appointment beforehand, it’s easier for me AND receptionist. I still expected to wait because they are so busy right now, which I did! I was surprised when I first saw how many positive reviews an urgent care had, but I get it now. It was so easy to schedule a same-day urgent care appointment online. They were quick and efficient, the staff was friendly, and the office is very nice and comfortable. And bonus, it's easy to get to with easy parking, which is rare with doctor's offices.

This place is great. I’ve been to their urgent care multiple times now for a range of different issues, and each time their staff has been kind and helpful. I scheduled the appointment and checked in on line. It was very quick and easy. The lady at the counter was very professional and detailed. I got right in and the nurse that took my diagnostics was super friendly and thorough. The doctor came in very shortly after and looks at some things. He is very personable. If I ever have another problem this will definitely be where I go!

The wait wasn't nearly as long as I've experienced in the past. Preregistration on line helped. The doctors I saw were thorough and professional and I was able to get a test done very quickly. They have made a follow up exam with a cardiologist tomorrow, but I haven't received confirmation just yet on when and where. All in all it was a positive experience.

This place is amazing. I went here several times for various urgent care needs, and every doctor and nurse I interacted with was wonderful. After having a bad experience looking for a PCP in Nashville, I told my wife that I wished I could just use this place as my primary care, and discovered on the website that I can! They also offer primary care services here as well! Huge thank you to all the staff at this location.

Quick and professional service from all staff members! I received a mystery bump / blister from some type of bite of an unknown animal. My leg started swelling and I could barley walk. Came in got it looked at, never did find out exactly what it was but the nurses got me the right meds and now I’m fine again.

I don't remember the nurse that delivered the shot I needed ....but that young lady was EXCELLENT! I've had several of these injections along the road....all painful. I can honestly say I was NOT AWARE SHE HAD GIVEN IT! I literally asked her to just GO FOR IT.......and it WAS ALREADY DONE! Fast , caring and professional service!!!!

This was by far the most helpful care and experience I have ever received at an Urgent Care facility. I visited CHP for an infected spider bite (cellulitis) after a very disappointing visit at another popular urgent care facility. I feel so relieved and pleased with my treatment plan. Moreover, the prices are much lower for Self-pay patients with many more benefits and treatments.

I was so apprehensive about finding a new primary care provider but tried out CHP at another patient’s recommendation. Such a great experience! I work in healthcare too and I was so appreciative of the time spent with me by the provider, the balance of professionalism and relatability of the staff, the kindness of the nurse, and the promptness of the appt. I had a late afternoon appointment and I was seen right on time! I’ve never had that happen anywhere else. For any bloodwork, ask for Vicky. I typically faint when I get my bloodwork done but she was so gentle, I could barely feel anything and didn’t faint or even get lightheaded. She wasn’t super aggressive with the needle either like most usually are.

Not professional. Not a very long wait . Receptionist was coughing. And not extremely friendly. The employees were having conversations with each other while there was a line of us waiting to check in or out.....in my case I was just told that I had COVID and needed to get home to rest for ten days. No meds no follow up. Out the door $200 later. I felt like I had just left the slot machines at the casino... Hello there . I have nothing really left to say if these issues have been addressed. Unfortunately I had to be the bad guy and post this review. My suggestions and real life experience will better the next patient coming in to your place of business. The people that you hire represent your name and I'm sure anyone will understand how each one of us have things in our lives that will be drastically changed when COVID is so easily rolled off as the diagnosis for any 2 tests offered of a sheet of paper. I walked in with a cough and left afraid for my life!! You'll be glad to know I'm back to work my family is all ok and to me you cannot put a price on that!!!! Lesson learned!!!

I went in, no information done online. It took a few minutes to fill everything out, and then in about five-ten minutes I went into the room, they did the X-rays, and got me the brace, and I was out of there! It was great.

I have visited here several times and I must say, I have always been given the best of care. The staff are very thoughtful, thorough and you can tell, they all love what they do. The environment is very clean and sanitary. This health care group offers primary care services as well. During Covid, they kept the doors open and made sure patients were given great care and that, they had the meds they needed to get through it. Their team called and f/u with patients to see how they were doing and to see if they needed any other care. When I caught C, the docs made it a great experience and assured me, the txmt plan they had for me would help me make a full recovery. They eased my fears for sure and yes,,, my recovery from the nasty virus, was better than I had expected. The staff hear listens to the patients and to me, that's important. They have the best hours to meet your medical need rather it be before work, after work or possibly on your lunch break. Complete Health Partners is my go too!! Next time you have a medical need and can't get in to see your doc, go online and schedule you a walk-in with this group. You won't be disappointed!!!

I had a bad creck in my neck. We went to TOA on Charlotte Ave first. It was a Sunday. Online and on the door said they were open fro 12 to 5 pm. We got there and no one was there but the door was unlocked and peoples charts out on the desk and we went and open every door and called out Hello but no one was there. How weird!! And older couple came in too and he did the same thing too. But No be was there so they went to the ER. My husband looked up online the nearest place to go and he found Complete Health Partners. Right down the road at Nashville West Center. These ladies were awesome and knew what needed to be done. And was very fast. We were in and out in no time. Thank you ladies you all were Superb!! If you ever need a place to go on a Sunday, here’s the place to go. They are open until 7 pm. Excellent service. I will see my surgeon this week to follow up. I made my appointment online and received conformation that I could be seen in one hour. When I arrived, I was taken back to the exam room and received treatment. The medical team was professional and caring. I left to fill my prescription but the pharmacy I selected was closed. I called back to the facility and the found a Pharmacy that was open and transferred my prescription. I appreciate the level of care I received from beginning to end.

This place is the best. Went there 2 weeks ago feeling very poorly. They sent me right to the closest ER. I had an emergency appendectomy shortly after I got to the ER. 2 weeks later and I cannot find wound cleaning solution. I called or stopped by a dozen places. Called these folks and they came through again. I am very grateful for all their help.

My experience with Complete Urgent Care was one of the most positive experiences ever! Upon entry, I was promptly greeted by one of the most delightful, kindest, and all around wonderfully spirited providers name Cody. He was so professional along with all of the staff. Every person greeted me and made sure that I had been serviced. Although there was minor catastrophe with a truck hitting the power line, it did not delay my service experience. All team members remained calm and apologized, for this disruption. Again, this issue had no bearing on the quality of service I received on this particular day. Also, I would like to add how professional and neat all the team members were dressed! Please give acknowledgment to this hard working team that are assigned to the Covid testing center/tent! They all deserve it! Again shout out to Cody! He is a major rockstar! I would love to work in an environment like I experienced with such excellent customer service, kindness and patience! I first came to the clinic a few years back because of its close proximity to my workplace at the time. I was feeling bad at work and this location came up in my Google search and had great reviews. I’ve come back several more times, even bringing my sick husband with me when he couldn’t get an appointment with his overbooked provider. We’re always treated with kindness from the front desk to the practitioners in the back. The facility is modern, clean, and welcoming. They even have refreshments, snacks, and coffee in the waiting area which is great if you’re coming from work or needing to fast for tests. I like this place so much I’ve chosen them for my primary care. I’m currently sick and they had my husband and I come to the clinic and tested us both for Covid-19, plus influenza as well for me while we waited in our car. The technicians that came out to take swabs as well as the practitioner then came to spoke with us were friendly and reassuring. This place is the best!!

I normally come here for urgent care (which I 10/10 recommend) but I came here for primary care today and am blown away! Marisa Smith was amazing and really listened to me! She ran all the tests (blood work in office?!) and I even got a booster vaccine all in one stop. So happy I decided to come here for primary car now. My experience was probably one of the best experiences I have ever received at an urgent care facility. From the moment I walked in, I was met with the best caring, professional and thoughtful staff and clinicians who were smiling, friendly and professional. The front desk clerk was very professional, friendly, patient with everyone and extremely helpful. The technician who came to my car to swab me was also very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and listen to everything I said. Finally the PA was great as well. She explained my test results, asked questions, listened to me very patiently and thoroughly explained possible remedy’s. In a time where people are sick, rushed, overwhelmed, angry, frustrated and just mad, the staff here was friendly and professional and made a point to treat everyone with dignity and respect and took care of your issue. My appointment was 1245pm, I didn't get seen till after 2pm. Once in everyone was professional and courteous. However the person whe drew my blood completely missed in my right arm and was wiggling the needle. On the left she connected without any problems. I wasn't a walked in. It seem like a great place to get vaccinated or tested for covid. Those appointments went really fast from what I had observed. They did make up for my time with a coffee gift card.

I was just there for a COVID-19 test that was conducted across the street under a tent down from there main building so I could return to work. The nurse came out to me and performed the nasal test. Then I was ask some questions from a Tele Doc. Told her how I felt when I try to go back to work yesterday cause my job ask us to come back after 5 days of quarantine protocol. I let her know that I couldn't stand for a long period of time and started having chest pain and shortness of breathe. So I was ask to go over to the main building were I was greeted by a very pleasant and professional staff that took time to reassure me that I will be ok. I'm not use to being sick but this really here took a toll on me all at once. I just want to Thank you all for taking the time to care for me. Sorry if I was a little bit dramatic about how I felt or if I act like a baby without her mother. I'm here in Nashville with No Blood related family and this was my first time being sick. This is, by far, the best patient experience I’ve ever had. The front desk, nurses, and Dr. Parks were incredibly nice and very thorough. It feels like a concierge medicine experience. I went in for some post-covid issues, and they evaluated me and gave me a chest X-ray in record time while being caring and compassionate—that’s a difficult balance! I used the online appointment feature and completed the pre-reg paperwork from the email, so I didn’t have to do any paperwork in person (hallelujah!). I’m so impressed with this place, it’s definitely my new go-to. The phone never stopped ringing while I was there, but that didn’t even seem to impact their clear desire to help their patients, both over the phone and in person. My RN was amazing. She listened to me and provided empathetic and helpful suggestions for the future. I would say that the secretary was somewhat rude both over the phone and in person (i received a snippy “why don’t you look into it yourself” response when asking a question about my health insurance coverage in relation to this visit), but it also seemed like their front desk might be a bit overloaded with work. Overall, I’ll come back and just hope they hire more front desk staff so that they can have the time to be a bit more kind to patients.

Went for COVID drive thru testing and staff was great with me and my 10 yo grandchild. They checked our vital signs to be sure we were OK for their care. Very kind and explained test to my grandchild who was fearful also explained how to seek higher level of care if we needed. Everyone was working in 97 degree heat with mask and gowns. I’ve always had good experiences with Complete Health Partners.. the drive-thru is super convenient, and everyone who works there is nice and friendly. The PCR test will probably take longer than they say. The first time I got a Covid test with them, I waited four days, and it took me almost an hour over the phone to have someone tell me my results. Great place to go if you’re not exactly in any rush to get results back from your test/visit. Im not sure if that’s something they can even really control though, so I’d still highly recommend this place!

This place is top notch. The time, care and professionalism was outstanding. The office itself was beautiful, clean and complimentary snacks and drinks were available for patients and guests. The receptionist was an angel, We were an hour an and half away from home and my car wouldn’t start when we went to leave and not only did the receptionist have jumper cables but she drove her car around so we could use her car to jump mine off. Unfortunately It was a another problem and she offered us to sit inside while we waited for help and drinks and snacks. She checked on us and was so kind and caring. Great experience! I was miserable with what felt like a sinus infection coming on and didn't have time to make an appointment with my usual doctor. I would give my experience today 10 stars if I could. I was in extreme pain physical pain today (injury) but also emotional pain from a recent trauma. Due to my pain on top of my frustrations, I lost my composure and could not stop crying in the office. The receptionist (I can’t remember her name, for which I feel terrible but I know it started with a T) acted swiftly to provide me with kindness and privacy. The doctor I saw today, Dr Rachel Davis, treated me with care and gave me her patience and attention to soothe and truly listen, and provided thoughtfulness in the best treatment approach. I had to get a rapid Covid test last minute on a Sunday to go to a show and this this was the only place with availability. The test rapid is $250 but I had an employee text me and say that I could get the antigen test instead free of charge with insurance. She was so sweet to let me know this because it turns out that Bridgestone didn’t even check for Covid tests. I would have paid $250 for nothing. I’ll definitely be choosing Complete Health over incompetent health organizations like Vanderbilt. Definitely give this place a try!

Traveling back to Home from Arizona with our Airstream camper I developed what I thought was a urinary tract infection. Chose Complete Urgent Care due to its location just off I40. What a great professional organization. Check in is automated and they hand you an iPad with an app to collect all patient information. Of course it was on a weekend so I wasn't able to see my primary care physician, so I went online and made an appointment, filled out my paperwork online and when I arrived everything else was a breeze! LOL she is awesome!), went right back to see the doc aka PAC, thankfully tested negative for the flu but currently being treated for bronchitis! Dr. Mishra is the best of the best. She is so genuine and cares deeply for me and my care. I’m giving this four stars because I got my blood drawn and the woman doing it couldn’t have cared less. She ended up using a vein further down my arm and when she stuck the needle in, she hit a nerve and it really hurt. I alerted her to this and she brushed me off, then it started to burn and she again brushed me off. I’ve gotten blood drawn and have given blood many times so this practice doesn’t bother me but this was the one time i was truly in pain both during and after. It is now 3 days post, and the spot where she drew the blood from is raised up and still swollen and I have a big black/blue/purple bruise around it. I don’t usually complain, but this was upsetting because I do love this practice and Dr. Mishra so much!

Really great experience! My daughter had a bicycle accident on the weekend and we were worried she could have a foot fracture. Instead of waiting for hours in the ER to get an X-ray, we were in and out in under an hour. Dr. Babcock read the x-rays and saw no fractures. He said they will forward the images to a radiologist for a second confirmatory reading. We will follow-up next week with a Complete Urgent Care Physician who is board certified in sports medicine. Couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent care here and the convenience can’t be beat.

Urgent Care 7 days a week, CUC also provides primary care. As my PC couldn't see me for 3 weeks when I was very sick, I quickly switched.
