I continue to be pleased with choosing St. Thomas Bellevue and Dr. Ashley Terry as my Primary Care Provider. I feel confident I am receiving the best of competent and caring service. At every office contact, I have felt my issues are important and I’ve received the same service when referrals needed to be made by Dr. Terry. In my opinion, she is the “Best of the Best”.

Wonderful place. Staff is wonderful Very polite. The Dr's are amazing. Couldn't for any better. I have a long drive to get there. But it's well worth the drive. They're a blessing.

It took 2 cancelled appts by the clinic to finally be seen for my Medicare annual physical. The appt went fine for half of the visit, but no one is available at this clinic to draw the blood testing portion which was very important to me. My question is why can't physicals be scheduled on days that a phlebotomist can be on site? It is not easy for seniors to drive (get driven) across town for this part of the visit. Hopefully this can change soon. Bellevue needs to be a full service clinic.

This is a wonderful facility with an easy access location. The building is new and has adequate quiet seating areas for the patients. Check-in is quick, waiting time is short, staff and Doctors are courteous and the overall environment is good.

The only thing I hate is the requirement of masks again. It’s a fact these cloth masks are useless and every professional knows it. Look at China. They all wear masks and they’re epedemic is roaring because they have no immune system.

Had a great first visit here with Dr Terry. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, easy to talk to. All the the staff I dealt with were also very friendly and helpful. I could tell they went out of their way to make sure I was being helped or know where I was going. Everything was very fast and simple, from the time I checked in for my appointment, to being seen by the doctor was probably under 10 minutes. The building is also very new and clean as well.

I love the walk-in clinic here! I go back and forth between them and the Little Clinic, but Ascension is always nicer and more efficient. I've been having some stuff going on lately that's necessitated me to go there maybe two times in the past few weeks, and they've been so helpful and sweet, and the nurses/physicians have great senses of humor! Usually you wouldn't do follow-ups with a clinic, but I've seen Dr. Donohue twice for different but related issues this month and she was so nice and sympathetic and super helpful. I was super impressed by how quickly they were able to determine that I had a UTI (went to do the urine test, got back to the room, changed, and they were back with results!) I'm really looking forward to getting a PCP here. I'd definitely recommend Ascension to anyone who needs to pop into a clinic for a quick visit, including for shots for school!

Cannot say enough nice things about my visit to the walk-in clinic. Check in was friendly and efficient, the instant I was done signing in they called me back and I wasn’t in the room one minute before the Nurse Practitioner Julie Donahue came in. She was very friendly, interested, asked a lot of questions as she examined my knee. She then sent me to X-ray (also very fast and efficient) and called me with the results a couple of hours later. She then referred me to TOA. I was hoping they did aspirations and cortisone injections at this office, but they do not. I wholeheartedly recommend the lovely ladies of this St. Thomas based location right here in Bellevue. Beth Weedman

My family and I have been going to Dr Robertson since 2018 and honestly she’s an amazing doctor! She treated me and my family all these years and I cannot be enough thankful for her! My mom had an appt there to see Dr. Robertson. She and all the staff were very friendly and helpful!!! My mom will continue her care here. Thanks to the front desk, nurses, Dr., and premier radiology for the help today!
