First off I must say I expect perfection from anyone I hire, I am an extremely picky person and have extremely high standards before I am ever satisfied. I must say that Visiting Angels has surpassed any expectation I have had. The helpers they have sent to my parents house have been wonderful, caring, patient and very capable in taking care of my mom. Hope , the coordinator has been a life saver! I called her frantic as I live in Los Angeles and my parents are in Las Vegas and my dad, who is the sole care giver for my immobile mom, had to be taken to the hospital I needed someone to care for my mom 24/7. She set everything up and had helpers coming in around the clock to care for my mom! I give Hope and Visiting Angels a 10 out of 5 stars they are that great! You have to go with the best when dealing with caring for a loved one. Trust me this is the best company!!
