escalea winburnMy husband had an appointment for the first time today. We were there for two hours with him as he explained everything. My husband and I were super happy when he left. Also he has a book out that is called Pearls for Primary Care. You can order it on Amazon! Also the office staff was great.
Ryan AlexanderDr. Jacobs has been my GP for six years. The care is one-to-one. He talks you through things and he really explains conditions, treatments and his thought process. His office is pleasant, quiet and reminiscent of a professor's office - not a cold lab or a high volume clinic. This is a type of personalized, 'concierge' medicine that is so difficult to find.
Leigha MIve been going to see Dr. Jacobs since 2017. He has always taken care of me and made sure I was taken care of. He is such a sweet Dr. with a sense of humor and he cares about his patients. He never feeds you bs!
Everyone that works with him is also so amazing! Always friendly and super helpful. It almost feels as if your walking into a friends home and that everyone there is like family.
Even when they are super busy I always seem to get a call back from them. They always answer the questions I have without hesitation.
The office is nice and clean, it has a tv and places to sit. Its very comfortable while you wait, which is never for very long.
Z ZWOW!!!! What a great doctor!! Definitely a no nonsense doctor who actually takes the time to listen. He may be stern at first but that's because he cares. I can reach him at anytime of the day including weekends and his one and only nurse is absolutely wonderful, she runs the entire office all by herself with a smile on her face. This is how an office should be ran. Best Doctor in Las Vegas!
