Does anyone know why their office has been closed since Monday? I was just seen as a new patient on Friday and loved it there. The receptionist Roxanne made me feel welcomed. My wait time wasn’t long before being seen by nurse practitioner Milda. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. I went back to their office because I forgot my doctors note and had to update my information but the office has been closed Since Monday. There isn’t a note on the door stating why they’re closed. While waiting for the doors to open at 9am on Monday, other people started showing up asking if I knew why they’re closed and started venting to me about their scheduled appointments lol so If anyone can give us any information as to why they are closed, I would truly appreciate it.

If your looking for a doctor who really cares, Then you need to go see Dr. Victoria. When I met Dr. Victoria, he took a great deal of time to talk to me about my concerns, my health, and my medications! I've been back to see him multiple times and the service is same great service that I have gotten right from the start! He has great Nurse Practitioners working there as well in case you need to see someone but can't see him! The medical assistants are friendly and personable! The girls in the office are incredible and easy to talk to and don't make you feel like they're doing you a favor!

Dr Victorias office staff are very professional and helpful. Roxanne, Michelle and Romel were great and reassured me about my concerns about my diagnosis. They also are so good about calling in prescriptions. I am in the medical field myself and I know not all offices are this efficient.

I have had numerous experiences with a variety of practitioners some good and others terrible. With Edward Victoria I have found the last primary care doctor I will ever need again. He is attentive, compassionate, and always makes himself or his team available with my urgent issues. I found his office staff to be very friendly and spent extra time enjoying chatting with them.

Office is compassionate, friendly and professional. Dr. Victoria and his colleagues care to drill down and assess needs within each case. Dr. Victoria also will follow his orients at the hospitals if ever admitted. The continuity of care is exceptional. He is my entire families primary care and I refer all friends, additional family and work people to his practice. Stephanie and Roxie are amazing who help run the office and practice. They deserve 6 stars!

I have updated my review from a 1 to a 4. I have recently interacted with the staff on several occasions and can see a dramatic improvement in engagement. I appreciate the hard work everyone makes and commend improvements because it shows that people do care about what they do. I hope the quality of service continues to improve as I would like to stay with this provider. Thank you to that team of workers.

I have been a patient of Dr. Victoria-Soluna Family Medicine since he first opened his practice. The Staff are very personable and quick to respond to my every need. They are always prompt and polite. What I like is barely any wait time, unlike other appointments I made with other practices and they answer their phones which is almost unheard of these days. I also like the Nurse Practitioner’s that see me as well very knowledgeable and listen’s to my concerns. My entire family goes to Soluna Family Medicine now and Soluna Family medicine is like Family to Me !

We are very pleased to have Dr Victoria as our new family doctor, after our family doctor retired we were lost , We remembered the care Dr Victoria gave my mom at the hospital and looked him up. .. Roxy and Stephanie at front desk was so helpful ,warm and friendly, the P.A s are soo attentive ,the nurse was excellent, they all made us feel very comfortable and we are so pleased ..Dr Victoria is very thorough, he listens to you and is very smart ,professional and compassionate... 5 Stars Plus !!

My experience with this Dr's office was phenomenal! I brought my son who has special needs here for his first visit as an adult and they were so nice and focused on him. The front staff is so nice and caring. I had an issue with my son's feeding orders and they promptly handled the situation. Dr. Edward will be our family's pcd...thank you all for your great customer service!

I’ve spent the entire morning looking for a dr office that not only took my medical but had availability. First call and the receptionist Roxanne was more than pleasant to the point where I stopped to just thank her for her kindness. I met with her upon getting my same day appointment and thanked her again for the help. There’s so many people in the industry that hate their job or don’t understand how making and finding a dr can be stressful. Here I feel welcome and already treated like family. Dr Victoria , and his wonderful, caring staff have threated myself, and family with respect, and understanding. Dr Victoria never rushed, any of us even when he was very busy. He always cared about how we were feeling, and solved our medical issues, that our previous Doctors couldn't find. Well I came from Illinois and have a problem trusting anyone new especially doctors, so after being here 2 years without medical treatment I decided to give this Doctors Office a try. Enough Said, Call Ed! I love this doctor's office. Just don't make an appointment with the Asian lady doctor. But if you do, at the time of your appointment, first go run errands, get some food, go to the gym, and get a full car wash and detail. By the time you're done, drive back here and you'll be called in and weighed. Then leave again to go paint your house, take a cruise to Japan, and hike to the top of Mount Everest. Then go back to the waiting room. You'll be called in within 45 minutes.

Dr. Victoria is a GREAT doctor and truly provides great care for his patients. He makes himself available to his patients even if he has to squeeze you in to be seen, he always makes an effort to lookout for his patients. I highly recommend this office! Dr. Achin is also a great doctor, love the atmosphere and "family" like environment. 5 stars!!!

Hi everyone as you may already know we are closed the week of Christmas every year faithfully. We will return the 27th . During this time please leave a voicemail with specific medications you need refill . Please note no controlled substance will be filled during this time. We advised and put signs up 2 months in advanced for all to plan accordingly. Hope all you enjoy your holidays. Take care ❤️

This place is AMAZING. And coming from someone who hates doctor's visits. I went in just for a check up and I must say this is the BEST office I have been to caring attentive and knowledgeable doctors and very helpful staff i cannot say enough about this place. The tall black women was very helpful and professional helping me get my medications and the front desk women was very helpful in answering all my questions and they made me feel very welcomed and Dr. Victoria and his staff are the best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Also, on a side note the front desk lady is verry beautiful with a gorgeous smile and if she ever sees this then you should let me take you out. Lol Really though, amazing place if you need a doctor look no more.

Dr. Victoria has been my family doctor since we moved to Las Vegas almost 2 years ago. He definitely is a doctor that listens to his patients and their needs. This is not a typical doctor's office. I only go see him if there is an issue healthwise, but every single time he sees me, or one of my family members, he actually remembers us. If you a patient of Dr. Victoria, you are not just another patient for him, he truly does care and does listen about what you tell him. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Victoria is the down-to-earth, trustworthy, primary care practitioner I've been looking for in Las Vegas. He's very friendly, extremely competent and knowledgeable and not at all adverse to having you try simple, home grown treatments at home. I've had lactose intolerance all my life and IBS for the past year or more. He recommended I go gluten free (which is not easy, believe me, but it worked) and to get off dairy and substitute Almond Milk and fortified orange juice for the calcium. That cleared up all the problems I've had in recent years. All other doctors did was throw drugs at me.

One of the best Doctors in Las Vegas, the clinic is very clean and in a good location, the staff is very professional, friendly and always go over and beyond to help you, they make you actually feel good to be there, very respectful. What I like about this office is that they don't keep you waiting so long like other places do and this is a huge fact to me but unfortunately the downsized part is that most of the time they never answer their phone after several attempts and at the front desk sometimes they don't make you feel welcomed. Something that is uncomfortable to me is that I really don't like it when Dr. Edward constantly makes comments regarding my age practically mentioning the age difference between my wife and I. Not acceptable and I'm not sure if I will be going back.

I went to see doctor 7/5 the office was to call in my prescription to my pharmacy. I have called the office twice and to date 7/19 my prescription has not been called in....very sad because I like the doctor but the office is unprofessional.
