I was seen by a Doctors group here in Vegas for the last 16 years and I hated it. A friend referred to Dr. C and I gotta tell you, just the first 15 minutes was day and night, I’ll never go back to my old doctors! Everyone on staff was highly educated and they patiently answered all my questions. And attended to my needs without hesitation. I literally enjoy going there and always look forward to my next visit. Even the classic rock playing throughout the office was just added pleasure. So don’t wait 16 years like I did. Call them today for an appointment and start looking forward to your doctors visit like I do.

Donielle is absolutely amazing. I love doctor C, but it’s amazing knowing he has great mid level providers that are so understanding of my needs! Would love to see her at the Henderson office more often. It’s hard to drive all the way up to the Tenaya office when I live in Henderson. But I would drive anywhere if possible to be seen by any of these amazing providers. Being that I work in the medical field, I have trust issues with providers; but not with Dr C or Donielle. So grateful.

For the holiday season, I expected a longer wait time. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving to Dr Center. Dr accessed my injuries, X-rays ordered. X-Ray technician was fantastic, took care with positioning my hand and ankle to get best pictures. Once X-rays were completed, dr explained my care and I was on my way. Dr, entire staff professional, courtesy and friendly. Highly recommend this office.

The front desk very organized, great customer service skills. Even though they were very busy and short staff that day they never missed a beat. I did not sit in the examine room for hours neither and I was a new patient. Great place. I never have to wait long to see a doctor and the staff is super friendly. They also do blood work and CT scans on site along with a few other tests so you never have to wait long to get results or have to make multiple appointments. They also offer telehealth visits and their doctors are wonderful. I have recommended this place to multiple friends and family members.

My personal doctor is Natalie Wynn,and I absolutely love her. I know that she is not gonna medically gaslight me. I am not a sheet of yes or no questions to be answered to determine my well being. She hears me. Which makes me feel supported, which makes me take accountability, because she will help me. She's more than a doctor... She is your coach to your health. And that's a game changer.

Everything was excellent overall. The service of taking blood etc... on site is huge. Web meetings for follow up, for example discussing test results is huge. I noticed that they even take walk ins so if I am sick, they will actually see me same day! The one thing I'd have preferred is a more transparent ability to enter all data online rather than downloading the PDF form, completing it, saving the new edited PDF form, then emailing it. There may be some legal stuff I didn't think of regarding setting up that portal, but that is all I can think of so far.

Aun in the blood draw lab is fabulous. I’ve had bad experiences with giving blood, painful and left with bruises. I am new to Las Vegas and was referred to Dr. Capobianco by the person that I’m living with. This is lab work for my 3 month check up. My first labs 3 months ago were pain free and not a single bruise. I really wanted the same person to do my lab work. Luckily, it was Aun. This time I got her name, I’m glad because I can give her high praises in this survey. By the way, I’m 95 years old, so my veins are hard to find, but not for Aun.

January 8, 2023 Today I had a well check. The appointment time was honored. The P.A. was efficient and listened to my concerns. There was time to clean my ears which was done professionally by another assistant and checked by a P.A. I was also able to have my blood drawn flawlessly and quickly by their in house phlebotomist. I scheduled a tele conference for my blood results. Paperwork had been sent previously so it was updated for the new year. Maintenance medications are provided in a timely manner. This facility is efficiently managed and the health care workers help with any concerns. I also requested a document with all my vaccinations and had it within minutes. Thank you for your attentive care.

This is the only doctor in Las Vegas that actually listens and helps solve medical issues. Most doctors just shove me out the door to go to some specialist… which takes months. Dr. Reilly does NOT do that to me ever… she solves problems on the spit and when I leave her I feel like a problem was resolved. Also… she is just a great person-I love just chatting with her at my visits. I almost do t want to post this because I don’t want everyone going to her…. She is a special gem and a rare find I almost don’t want to share!

Doctor C is so, so kind and is an amazing doctor and this is coming from someone that usually is very intimidated by doctors! He listens to what is wrong and orders what is needed right then. My husband and I both saw him and both of us felt so comfortable and well taken care of. The staff is exceptional as well. This is a VERY busy practice which shows how wonderful they are as well. This is my first time doing a review for anything. Today, I went in as a walk in for an allergic skin reaction. The receptionist in the front are friendly and checked me in quickly. Waited in the waiting room for about 10 minutes to be called in. Once, I was called in Becca, the nurse practitioner, was very attentive and addressed/tackled my health needs. There was a little bit of a mixup with setting my appointment, but once that was all taken care of, it was really nice. Lots of paperwork due to being a new patient, but that needs to happen anywhere you go. Nurses and front desk were very nice and the NP I saw, Dani, was extremely awesome. Her and the nurse made me feel super comfortable. Everyone was very personable and friendly. Edited to add that they keep track of themselves and how long it's been since you've been seen. Always something cool to see with a doctors office.

From the front desk all the way through examination, it was a professional, courteous and helpful atmosphere. These people are so incredibly busy yet they still have the time to personalize the service. When your not feeling well it is hard to be nice or understanding but it is important to understand that these people are working hard to get to everyone and try to figure out what the best course of action might be. I want to say thank you to all the personnel that I had contact with and specifically the Nurse Practitioner that handled the decision making process for putting her knowledge to work and getting me back on the road pronto. 🤗

Very easy to get an appointment anytime you need one Monday-Friday. I recommend this facility to many people. Everyone their is always caring and sympathetic. All the people in the office are pleasant to talk to and you get seen in less than 5 minutes. Nurse Garcia did an amazing job curing the pain in my shoulder. I was very nervous to have the procedure done, but she always makes me feel comfortable. It was completely painless to my surprise! Once it was over the pain was instantly gone. I made sure to thank her in person during my next visit but honestly I couldn’t thank her enough. I could barely move my arm for over a year. It’s nearly 100% better.

Started filling out paperwork as a new patient, paid the copay and was taken back before I could even finish the paperwork! When they brought me back, they really cared about what was going on. They asked me a series of questions to rule out other conditions, prescribed me medicine and I was on my way. All in the matter of 30 minutes, will definitely be coming back.

This office is fantastic. I came in needing a EKG on very short notice without an appointment, and I was seen in less 20 minutes. Very well organized. I also really like that they have a Quest lab in house. Normally, that is perhaps a 15 minute wait, at the most. I did have to wait 90 minutes for a <5 minute blood draw the other draw, which was quite annoying as I was fasting. That said, they were very apologetic, offered water and gave regular updates. Wasn't fun, but appreciate the positive atmosphere.

I was greeted by Tanya who had an attitude and treated me differently compared to another couple. As I waited in the waiting room, I noticed the difference in the way I was treated. Yesterday was just an initial consultation-type of visit to meet the doctor to see if I like him. I'm looking for a new Primary Care physician since my insurance has changed. I've had really amazing doctors in the past but the last one doesn't take my ins and the others have retired. It was incredibly easy to get an appointment which can be done online or on the phone. I didn't have to wait the usual month or two to get an appointment: I was scheduled the same week I called. My first impression of the facility is it's spacious, clean, has comfortable furniture and a relaxing atmosphere with great music playing in the background. The two receptionists were very welcoming and polite. Everyone had masks on but I'm guessing they were smiling. I arrived early to fill out all the paperwork (which I could've done at home but my printer's down). Within a couple minutes of my appointment time I was taken to an exam room by a nurse who started on getting my vitals. She was very professional and friendly. An NP came in and took over, taking down all my information and answering my questions. She made an appointment for me with a specialist, ordered lab tests and I found her to be very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. So far I'm impressed with their efficiency, professionalism and their welcoming, upbeat attitudes. Everyone seems to enjoy working there, and from what I can tell they work together as a team (which is great). My only "complaint" (if I can even call it that) is when I made the appointment and again upon checking in, I'd asked to have the initial appointment with the Dr. but for some reason despite confirmation that changed. It would've been better if I'd known that my appointment was not with the Dr. since I'd believed that's who I'd be seeing.... Hopefully my next appointment will be with him after my lab results are in. Everyone I've met so far has been great and I'm happy with all of them so far. The location is easy to find and there's plenty of parking.

They always go above and beyond for their patients even in these difficult times. For a same day sick visit I was there for a little over an hour and 15 minutes. 30 minutes was waiting for a rapid COVID test to come back (required which is appreciated as to not put other patients or the office staff in harms way). The rest of the time was being seen and treated running a strep and flu test. I had medicine waiting at the pharmacy by 5 pm. Love Doctors Center!

I have usually had a good experience here. My biggest complaint is that I have never seen the same person twice! So I have to explain everything over and over. I originally saw a woman doctor but I guess she doesn’t work there anymore. I have had an overall great experience over the years with the Doctors Center. I've been with Dr. Capobianco for around 7 years. It's so easy to get an appointment anytime or just a walk-in, they do phone appointments, and I almost never have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. Dr. Capobianco is caring, he listens, and tries his best to deal with my complex health issues. Also, they have been amazing when it comes to writing doctors notes for work, filling out FMLA papers when I needed it (that cost $60, not bad), and giving me my handicapped sticker papers. And you can get lab work and others done right there in the office. The reason I have 4 stars and not 5....I don't always have a good experience with some of the Nurse Practitioners.... particularly nurse Wynn. I often feel like she patronizes me a bit, doesn't answer all of my questions, and last time she left the appointment abruptly and rudely while I was still asking a question. -And a couple more suggestions for improvement is they don't take very detailed notes in your records. So you have to re-explain at every appointment, especially because you don't always see the same person. Additionally, I specifically requested Dr. C for one of my appointments, and had to tell them again when I checked in because it wasn't in the notes for the appointment I scheduled. I was able to see him but it was annoying I had to tell them again.

Last year I was lucky enough to find Dr C and his office, I needed a pre op physical and my currant primary care Dr. could not get it done before my surgery in 3 months:( :(: .Fortunately the surgery center recommended Dr C's office if you are truly in need of help try to get in here for any appt you can, you will experience an office visit that few will ever, this is one hell of an organized well trained office staff. Don't think you will be left in a room and 30 min later maybe someone shows up and then leaves you for another 20 min, you will most likely be completely done and on your way in 30, depending on your issue, but know one thing no matter how long you are there it's always forward motion in this office.

I am always satisfied with my visit with Dr. Capo, what I am not always happy with is the interaction with the staff. When things change the patients shoudl be notified of the change, as a for instance, when a Telemed is scheduled and the email notification from the Doctors Center says I will be contacted shortly I assume I will be contacted shortly or at the very least recieve the email with the link as I have many times before. Apparenlty this changed recently? So as a suggestion the office may want to change the email that is sent out when a Telemed is scheduled stating what they want the patient to do not that they will be contacted shortly....

The Dr’s and nurses are amazing! Front office staff is horrible. We sometimes sit in the lobby for quite a while. I actually had one counter person in the middle of signing me in take a personal cell phone call as she told me to hold. She then came back fifteen minutes later and started over. After seeing several people that came after me I approached the counter where she said yeah I will get to you… last visit a dr came out saw me sitting and said have you been checked in yet? I said no and she went to the counter and told them to check me in!

They are always pretty fast to get me in but it’s understandable sometimes they are quite busy - it’s not as bad as other doctor’s offices that are always late… the staff are very friendly. They also do walk-ins so it’s easy to have someone examine you and get you the help you need when you need it! Dr C is very knowledgeable and understanding. He gives a lot of thought and consideration and sees the big picture when giving diagnosis. He is compassionate and talk about service with a smile (although with the mask mandate you can’t see that smile) but you know he is smiling! Very busy and quite chaotic, this practice provides basic, informed first aid. Patients usually only get to see a nurse, not a doctor. I had fallen and badly injured my knee, which had swollen to cantaloupe size. I wasted 5 minutes being interrogated at the front desk, then 30 minutes being ”screened” by a student nurse, who comprehended about 10% of her questions (and none of my answers), then a nurse reviewed my chart, inspected my knee, and gave me treatment advice.

Really disappointed in the public spaces and exterior. Thought for sure I was in the wrong place when I arrived and was embarrassed to walk in. Once inside I felt like I was in the cosmetic waiting room at a department store. However from the moment the nurse took me back to when I met the Dr the experience was one of the coolest I’ve ever had at a Dr’s office. Still, don’t think its enough to commit to making them my general practitioner.

Well, I am not sure where to begin. My primary doctor of 25 years decided that he no longer would take certain insurance, so I was out. I have to say, this was so upsetting that it took me MONTHS to look for a new doctor. I was referred to Dr. Capobianco, so I decided to give it a shot. I have to admit, I was so so so nervous, changing doctors after 25 years was NOT easy. However, this was the best decision I made. Yeah, it is KINDA run like a clinic, but an UPSCALE one, if that makes sense. I have gone there 5 times in the past 9 months or so (mainly follow up stuff) and I have been nothing but impressed. I would recommend them to ANYONE looking for a new primary care doctor. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Very, very impressed. I have seen and been treated by many doctors in my life from osteopaths, primary care, neurosurgeons, you name it. The precision of Dr Leo Capobianco and his professional and friendly staff as they handled dozens of patients today was the best I have ever witnessed Exceptional!. Everyone was thorough and knowledgeable and most of all I felt listened to. As a first time patient and new resident of Las Vegas from NY I Iunderstand that more time was allotted to getting all the information needed, but I have never witnessed an office so efficiently well run like this one and with such warmth. From the comfortable waiting room, albeit too small for his numerous patients, to the final time spent with Dr Capobianco, I have only high praise. As a new patient, first time going to this medical facility, I was very pleased with the service I received. I was taken in quickly to my examination room, and the nurse practitioner fully went over my history with me and any issues I wanted to discuss. She gave me plenty of time to discuss anything I wanted to. I requested to have a full blood panel drawn as part of a new patient profile and wanted to make sure that everything was in good shape. And they were more than happy to make that happen. In fact, they have blood drawing facilities right there at this property. Makes it very convenient! Although I did not meet Dr Capobianco in person, I felt very confident with the staff that assisted me that day. I even got a flu shot! So all in all, so far, I feel like this is a good place to go for care.
