It was so nice not having to wait in an Urgent Care lobby with my 2yr old. They come to you, in the comfort of your home. It was amazing and the doctor and his assistant were very sweet. Took their time talking to me and explaining. Will definitely use them again.

Absolutely the best way to use urgent care. We have used it twice now and will continue to call them for our urgent care needs. It is the same co pay as going to urgent care for our insurance and you avoid the waiting room and the long wait.

What a wonderful service! They saved me from having to sit in urgent care for 3 hours. I called and waited comfortably in my own home and they were here in about 2 hours. Very nice nurse practitioner and his assistant. Sorry I didn't get his name. He diagnosed what was wrong and called in an antibiotic to my drugstore. I am very impressed and I'm sure I'll use the service again when needed.

Their service is the best. So much better then going to an urgent care or emergency room full of illness and waiting hours to be seen in a cold bright room when you already don’t feel good. I love that they can do everything right on my couch including an iv if necessary. Literally the best!

I appreciate Doctoroo and the medical practitioners that came to my home. It is a great support for people that work and can’t take time off to sit in the ER for hours and or don’t want to contaminate others. The MD and assistant made me feel very comfortable, they were both knowledgeable, and I felt safe throughout the visit. They were able to do tests right in my home that were back immediately and provided thorough guidance on holistic measures as well as pharmaceutical measures that would be effective in treatment. Highly recommend! Setting up a visit with Doctoroo was simple and quick, & best of all I was able to get a same-day appointment. I was made aware that they were on the way to my house by a simple text message, which was nice, it gave me time to put my dogs away. During my visit, I feel I was asked appropriate questions and a thorough assessment was done, and all my concerns were addressed. Everyone I had spoken to from this company was EXTREMELY kind and polite. This service is great, sure the heck is better than going to urgent care. The BEST decision I ever made…. I have never used this service before so I was alittle skeptic 🤨 nevertheless I went on made the call and within three hours I had two nice nurse 👩‍⚕️ 👨‍⚕️ In my apartment access my little boy how was running a high fever. They were extremely professional and patient they did everything from checking height, weight and even ran a covid test right in my living room. Have used them quite a few times at different addresses with little to no problem of them finding my location. They all sorts of different ways to contact them. Hands down the greatest way to get urgent care! We have had doctoroo over 3 times now and every experience has been wonderful. The providers are very professional and helpful. They did great with my 2 year old. I called in the evening all three times-twice they came over first thing in the morning and once they even squeezed us in their schedule late that night! I will never go to a regular urgent care again. I have recommended doctoroo to everyone since the first visit! You won’t regret it if you book with doctoroo! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!! Better than advertised! ENTIRE staff from call-center receptionist and scheduler, to provider(s), were polite, courteous & responsive to my requests and needs. They were polished professionals who were complete & thorough in their assessments and follow-thru. The in-home visit also helped me avoid Jamned, out-patient, in-person URGENT Care facilities, where the risk of contracting the seasonal flu, or Covid-19 during these extraordinary "Tripledemic" times helped immeasurably . 5 Stars well earned 👍

I am totally awed by the service I received! A doctor and assistant arrived at my home in less than an hour I had called to make an appointment. The medical personnel were friendly and empathetic. They faxed over a script to my Pharmacy. This service took the anxiety away from having to schedule an appointment at an urgent care. My praise for them is worth 100 stars! What a great idea. Scheduled a sick visit for same day appointment for my 4yr old between 3-5pm today. Received a call around 4-430pm stating the provider was running behind schedule, which was no worry. They communicated well. They arrived at 530pm. The clinician and the assistants were nice. Scheduling on the app was easy. Overall, good experience. * I think they should wear their badges up higher where I can read them because I cant remember their names and would like to leave a good review specifically where their names attached. ( they did introduce themselves, I just can’t remember).

Really awesome to have doctors that come right to your door, especially when sick and not feeling well. I didn't even know a mobile Dr. was a possibility. The called me quickly, they were out within in hour. Both of the people that came were so patient and kind. This was the most positive Healthcare experience I've had in years! Rather than spending hours at an urgent care and getting treated with indifference I was assessed promptly and efficiently and was listened to when discussing my history and current issue. Rich and Savanna were excellent and thorough and ultimately provided instructions and prescriptions to alleviate my upper respiratory issue. Although this was my first time using in home Doctor care it won't be my last should the need arise. I would give them more stars if I could!

I was amazed that I could find a Dr who makes calls to my hotel! I twisted my knee at the races today. They came and bandaged my knee. Took my blood pressure and pulse. He listened to me and was patient with all my questions! I highly recommend DoctorRoo. They take most insurance and Medicare.

This is a great service that our insurance company provides senior citizens. I called the Nurse hot line and told them I needed assistance that the cold I had for five days now had gone into bronchitis. With in one hour they were at my home giving me a breathing treatment and medication to stop my constant coughing. I could breath and was able to sleep much better. I am now on the road to recovery and won’t have to worry about getting pneumonia. The Nurses they sent out were fantastic. I was thinking about changing my Medicare plan but not now. Thank you so much for this very special service provided by Dr. Roo. and staff.

We’ve had to have Dr. Roo come to our home for the last 3 Saturdays….twice for our 3 yr old and 1 time for me. They are reliable and kind…and have been able to prescribe us medicine needed to get us all feeling better quickly. They provide school and work notes as needed too. I will never go to an Urgent Care again because it doesn’t make sense to leave our home when we’re not all well. Thank you fir this AMAZING service!!!

I am not from las vegas I am from NC and I had a family doctor in NC for 10 years that I wish I could of stuck in my pocket and brought with me here. I do not trust any doctors with my kids or myself other then the doctors from doctoroo. They are an amazing bunch of doctors and are so very thorough. I call them for everything and they always arrive in a timely manner and make sure you get what you need to feel better not to mention they come straight to your door so when you feel terrible you don't have to go anywhere. I highly highly recommend them !!

IMPRESSIVE! Called a known Mobil company and they were booked and couldn’t see my father for another couple days. The doctor and nurse were very patient, compassionate and thorough! My father is older and talked with him, made jokes and let him know what was going on every step of the way! I will use them again. The best part was how easy it was to set up and also the communication. A telemedicine I hired called after waiting all day and said they couldn’t see us, another well know Mobil place told me yesterday to call back today then today couldn’t get me in u til tomorrow. Doctor roo was here in three hours, and he personally called less than a hour after I made the visit to check on my dad and update us on time frame. Will call back and use for the family! To start, I called and spoke with Shelby. She was so kind & patient. Answered all my questions & was fast with verifying insurances. I was told I’d have someone come out later in the day but they came sooner which was perfect for me. The provider and clinical assistant (I wish I would’ve written their names down, I forgot to ask) were awesome! Super fast & made sure to double check my sons vitals for full-accuracy. I am so THANKFUL for this service!! I have not felt well for 2 days and was scheduled for an epidural of steroids at the Pain Management Clinic tomorrow and had concerns about keeping it. My PCP could not get me in for what I was sure was an UTI and I did not feel well so Dr. Fraga’s office contacted this mobile unit and both the nurse and assistant were very professional and so nice. I am so thankful for this service!🙌🏾 I’ve used it a few times already and every time was a blessing! First they came out because I threw my knee out. They sent out for X-rays, dealt with my pain with a prescription and a steroid shot. Next one of the children were not feeling well and Doctoroo came out to see her, they tested her for COVID-19 and within 10 minutes we had results with her paperwork to clear her for school. Then I had to have another baby who is my grafted in baby and they came to see her too! They take most insurance as well as Nevada Medicaid. You can set your appointment, input insurance information and see the doctor same day usually. House calls are between 8am an 10 pm. They have arrived early or at the set time and will call to let you know that they are on the way! Anything you would visit Urgent Care for can also be handled by Doctoroo. It is an actual Urgent Care that responds in a timely fashion and in the convenience of your own home. They can treat for Allergic reactions Asthma Burns Breaks Bites Sprains Infections Seasonal colds flu Cuts Eye and Ear infection Sinus issues and as I said anything you would usually go to Urgent Care for. Today’s visit was with Jose and Deanna who are both great and kind! They are absolutely about their business! One of the other doctors, who came out previously, likes to be called Manny. They are all a total asset to our community. These doctors are caring and compassionate. My visit reminds me of when I was small and the doctor would come to the house. There’s easy access to your records and these people actually answer your questions. Thank you Doctoroo! You are giving me and those I love, much needed care and support in these trying times and I am grateful. Blessings 🙏🏾

I called at 6:15pm and was given a 7p-9p time slot the same day! They called 10 min before arriving and came right at 7p. My boyfriend and I were getting seen for complete opposite reasons, mine was suture/stitches removal and his a swollen cheek due to a tooth. They were pretty well prepared, had to improvise a bit for my stitches removal but it worked out and Tracy even noticed I had been sniffing and checked me out, discovering an upper respiratory infection! Amazing work by these two, she even refilled a prescription I needed and sent it to my pharmacy. Overall, it was so convenient and thorough. Yhey can handle anything from wound care to covid testing. They were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I can't see ever going to a quick care or urgent care again! Why go risk getting sick, waiting in waiting rooms, dealing with traffic, etc. Just have Doctoroo come to you!

Today is the 5th or 6th time using them but first for myself. Their service is amazing from the people who answer to everyone who shows up. This appointment was for my 73 yr old mother. She doesn’t speak much English and did not want to go to the ER. When her health plan made arrangements to have the Mobil ER come to her she was relieved. They provided Exceptional customer service and patient care. It was a through visit . The process is simple and within 2hrs of scheduling , two providers were at our door. The accompanying medical assistant spoke Spanish and this also helped put my mom at ease. We truly appreciated the genuine compassion from the providers.

We got an appointment easily, and Denise and Joel arrived on time and ready to help. Wife, ill, in bed 3 days, needed help. They tested for covid, negative, since we'd had a booster shot on Friday. Dr Richard & Dr Greg came to see my daughter and I this evening, I love how they give a courtesy call before they arrive, upon arrival they were so pleasant and friendly, they both worked well together to assist my daughter and I & explained everything they were doing every step of the way, I love how patient they were with my daughter. I was referred to Doctoroo by a friend in the are who has used them a few times. I decided to pay what would be considered their office fee because they don't accept my health insurance, Aetna (I was a bit surprised by this to be honest), however I feel it was well worth it. You receive a phone call after online booking (or you can call directly to book) where they request all necessary information and give you an estimated time. They can also take your payment during this call. The EMT/doctor team then calls to get more details about your symptoms and give you an ETA of their arrival. Once they were close I received a text with tracking - much like rideshare apps - so I could prepare (put dog away, etc.). They were kind, listened to my symptoms (almost better than my own PCP), sent my prescriptions into my pharmacy and even gave my son stickers. I would highly recommend using their services. Doctoroo's staff from customer service to medical staff was kind, helpful, and efficient. Thank you for being so trustworthy!

Called and setup up my appointment for the afternoon. Prior to the doctor and medical assistant arriving I call the office to add my wife to the appointment as well. When they arrived they were very professional and answered our questions. They also dismissed us and sent our prescriptions to our pharmacy. If you don't want to wait in a waiting room with other sick people. Call Doctoroo for a modern version of a house call.

Absolutely amazing company to use! I haven't been feeling well for over a week. Made a doctor's appointment to see my PCP but the availability was 3 weeks out. I read great reviews about Doctoroo and decided to set an appointment. Everything about the process was nothing short of perfect. Using the app I created my account, added my insurance info and booked an appointment. Less than 30 mins later someone called me to confirm my information, find out the reason for my appointment and let me know that someone could be there within an hour if I was available. The staff is extremely friendly and caring! Dr. Richard and EMT Savanah were great, professional and caring. They did a thorough exam, gave me a diagnosis and sent in for my prescription at my nearest pharmacy. Best part is, I didn't have to leave my home, drive to the urgent care and wait amongst other ill people. I highly recommend Doctoroo!!

I will never take my children to another quick/urgent care ever again. Doctoroo made the entire process so easy. I booked an appointment on the app, got a call within minutes to verify information and set a more specific arrival time. They arrived on time and even payed attention to a sign by my door not to knock and called when they were here. My daughter was completely comfortable with them and everything just felt so easy, especially in comparison to having to bring her somewhere. This whole concept is awesome! I hate going to clinics! They accept medicaid blue shield which is what I currently have! That's great! The doctor and the EMT were both amazing! Very thorough and caring. Not rushed . The only complaint I have is the timing.(that's not the doctors fault/ is the dispatch center ) For example while booking appointment they' said 11-1pm they'll be there I said That's fine ..they showed up two hours early. Not a bad thing since I was home.. but I could see how it could be an issue if you're not home etc. Other than. That.. the service is outstanding they even did the tests right in front of me and were able to prescribe medication. Great job thankful for this company. Definitely worth trying . No more doctor office visits where theres sick people etc. We all wore masks which made me feel safe.

I couldn’t believe there was such a thing… He called them… They told me how many people were ahead of me which was only one and they kept me informed on the time they would be here. They were totally professional… They did all kinds of tests… We finally narrowed it down and they figured out what the issue was. They called in a prescription for me and are going to analyze tests more thoroughly and do a follow up on the results. The peace of mind knowing what the issue is is so reassuring. There is not enough I could say about this service that would do them justice! It is truly wonderful. Christian L in Las Vegas area is truly amazing! I have only used them one time but can tell you I was blown away. Truly, give them a shot if you have a chance. My Copay was $20 due to insurance, but I would have paid $100 out of pocket after the service they provided. -Not waiting at an office for hours. Check. -Not being treated like a number/burden by your doctor after waiting hours only to be hurried along and them doing the minimum to review your health. Check. -Not driving, dealing with other people in the wait room, rearranging schedules to accommodate your Dr's "open office hours". Check. Check. Check. Details: I called them for a covid test to be done onsite and they came through. Not only were they able to accommodate me that same day a few hours later, but they went well and above "just" a covid test. I have had a general practitioner who is a true nightmare of a man. Due to covid and other GP's not taking on new patients, I have been forced to go this man through a few things. The main one being an excessive earache that has lasted since February 1 of last year. Christian and another nurse (Michael) came to me and not only performed the covid test, but also a thorough general exam. Beyond my temp and oxygen checks, he asked me why I felt I may have covid and performed a few additional tests to include nasal checks and throat and ear checks. I never mentioned anything about my earache because it's ongoing and I get different responses from doctor's or specialists about what causes it (stress, TMJ, sinus problems...). When Christian prescribed some things for allergies he asked me if I had any ear pain and my face must have looked like I had seen Jesus after the 3rd day.... I could not really fully comprehend that after all this time, a "simple" a thing as allergies could be the culprit after over a year of pain. I have spent so much time, energy, and money, going to different specialists with no real resolution over this ear pain. I am giving the allergy meds a shot and hoping he is right, but I am inclined to believe that this man cares about what he does and is in tune with what he hears from his patients. Thank you so much. I could have cried right there.

I called Dr Roo as recommended by my friend. It was super easy. I called this afternoon and a few hours later they were at my door. My eye had been hurting for 24 hours and super red so they gave me some drops to numb the pain, did a test and checked for a corneal abrasion which is most likely what I have. They sent in a prescription for some drops until I can see my optometrist. They were so awesome with my energetic toddlers as well! Prepared with Mickey Mouse stickers and dance moves. Love this service I definitely will tell all my friends and family.

The only complaint is I was given a prescription for an inhaler my pet got ahold of it the next day and punctured a hole in it . When I called the office they said they couldn’t call in another prescription unless I paid for another visit $265 Most drs would have been able to do this without another visit .

My family and I went to to Las Vegas for a little vacation last week and unfortunately our 4 year old Daughters ear started hurting tremendously and caused vomiting it was so bad. I called some walk in clinics and it seemed overwhelming the wait could be hours and it could cost up to $400....And the thought of bringing her to a packed sick clinic made me cringe. Any how I came across Doctoroo I saw that they come to you!! I thought for sure they wouldn't have time the same day and they would cost an arm and a leg well I was completely wrong they came within a few hours and were half the cost of the Walk in places instead of called!! Highly recommend! Called at 845 am and they were to my house by 10am. My special needs son and I were the only ones in the family still symptomatic, so just Covid tested us. Used Doctoroo for the first time today, and very glad I did. We presented with flu symptoms and fever and with all that’s going on was nervous about using urgent care. My daughter was sick for three days over a holiday weekend we were sure it was strep but because our doctor was closed we didn’t want to take her into an ER or an urgent care. We contacted Doctoroo and within a couple hours had a couple members of their team at our house performing a strep test as well as a Covid test with results coming back in 24 hours. I had some terrible pains in my abdomen throughout the night and my son was also sick from a virus. I had just found a flyer on my door the night before from Doctoroo. I called first thing in the morning and spoke to a person right away. The lady on the phone was very informative, quick and courteous. I had two healthcare professionals show up within just a few hours within the block of time that was promised with phone calls of updates on time of arrival. The ladies that serviced us were Aurora but I forget the other ones name, it might have been Britney, im not sure. They covered everything an Urgent Care would have covered for our issues right then and there. I even got my first dose of medicine so i wouldn't have to wait on the pharmacy. They sent my prescription over to the pharmacy and gave me results of a UTI within minutes and confirmed the symptoms of my son's virus. The entire appointment only took 30-45 minutes. The girls were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend their service! You can skip the wait and the hassle of going to an urgent care.

I called Friday and was told they would call me to confirm an appointment for Saturday since they had no one in my area on Friday, and I’m North Las Vegas. They text me they were showing up at my house in 10 minutes. That barely gave me time to get dressed properly. That timing was not good. I’m a female, I prefer a female and or male but not two male doctors or nurses practitioners. Overall, I like the service, it reminds me of way back when I was a kid, and doctors did house calls. Spectacular service! Psiatic nerve pain hurts like hell! Being able to have the doc come to us, instead of having to get in and out of the car in major pain, was wonderful. Doctoroo was an answer to the COVID19 dilemma. Do I go to the ER for an X-ray for something unrelated to the virus and run the risk of possibly taking a place of someone who is in need of a room, or do I get an opinion and simple treatment on a Sunday without going to the hospital? I placed a request to be seen, online at doctoroo.com. Within 1-2 minutes their office called, took our information, went thru COVID screening and we were scheduled to be seen between 1-3pm. The office was very pleasant to deal with. It was for 3 people in my household. I received a call from Brian that they could be here sooner, he went over our symptoms on the phone. Ash and Brian arrived, they examined all 3 of us, full exams/vitals, took past medical history and determined our diagnosis. Brian sent RXs to the pharmacy. Education was given on our diagnosis (sinus infections). They were pleasant and efficient. Did I mention this was all on Thanksgiving? I am a nurse, I will refer doctoroo to family, friends and patients.Ash and Brian are a great team/clinicians. This company is lucky to have them part of their team.
