I was SO pleasantly surprised at how polite, professional and quick the Health Providers are at Clear Choice MD Urgent Care. I easily set my schedule online with my cellphone. I was immediately greeted with a smile. Less than 2 minutes went by after acknowledging my appointment. The young man who performed the tests required was easy to talk with, quite professional and made me laugh quite a bit. The doctor who gave me the test results was very upbeat, easy to understand and she also had me laughing. Undoubtedly, I will highly recommend this office to all.

I went to ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care as I had a serious sore throat. I initially checked in on line ahead of time, provided the necessary information from home and was given an appointment time. After arriving at the appointment time, I was greeted at the front desk and did not have to provide any further information. My wait time to go back to see the PA was about 15 minutes, which I believe to be very reasonable. After seeing a nurse who took my vitals, the PA came in about 5 mins later. We discussed and agreed on treatment options. Each staff member I came in contact with was friendly and professional. All in all, I had an outstanding experience it.

Great staff, nurses and doctors. Or rather doctor, as they were doing their best being down a provider the day I was in. It was a bit of a wait due to that (totally understandable) but I was impressed to be quoted an hour and a half when I walked in and it was almost exact (maybe a little faster) and I appreciate the accuracy of the estimation. The waiting room was comfortable, bathroom clean and private, and a delightful assortment of videos were being played on the tv (oddly satisfying, cute/funny animals, people doing interesting things in interesting places) first time I've seen that, I know we all have phones but it was pretty cool regardless. Once I was in to the exam room I didn't have to wait any additional time to see Doctor Kevin. Everyone was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable but also listened. I left with the referral I needed, directions for self care in the mean time and the reassurance that I was most likely NOT dying. Not immediately.😅

Amazing staff!! We had to visit while on vacation from out of state unfortunately when our 11 month old daughter got sick. The team was kind and understanding and thorough. They diagnosed her and helped to make her feel better. Highly recommend this facility.

I made an appointment in advance and was seen almost immediately. The intake and physical exam were thorough and proficient. Even though they were busy, with a somewhat limited staff, it never felt rushed or uncaring. I had x-rays taken, so it took a little longer, but I was in and out in less than 90 minutes…about 3 hours less than it would’ve been in the ED.

I was sick on a Sat. Looked on-line found only 2 places open i remember my daughter n grandson came here n liked Clear Choice , I called got appointment got in the next 2hrs. N got there & waited 2 hrs. I Got to relax. Lady at Counter check in very nice , we chopped it up, laughing.Drs. N staff all very nice friendly we all had humor they working very hard to serve us please be nice. I like the accuracy of my diagnosed & how quickly they send prescription got to pharmacy. Please MOVE the chairs out from under the tv! Please try put some seats facing outside / got beautiful bay window.

My sons primary Dr dismissed his 101 temp ( for 3 days) saying “ its prob the flu and he just needs to ride it out”. Turns out he had Covid and the flu with an elevated heart rate. I got right into Urgent Care and he was seen within 10min of arriving. This is always my first choice in an emergency. Excellent patient care.

Overall a really great experience! Waited about 45 minutes on a Saturday morning during a holiday weekend which I thought was very reasonable. I appreciated the easy online check in. Team member that in-processed me was great, and the doc that did my stitches was super experienced which inspires confidence. Extremely reasonable fee as well! Highly recommend and will bring my family back of necessary.

I highly recommend this clinic for anyone without a primary physician or is in need of a same-day appointment. Very clean, well maintained facility. Friendly and professional staff. I recommend utilizing the "Skip The Line" option available on their website. This is very simple, user friendly and saves time. The nurse and physician I saw were quick and thorough without making me feel rushed. I received high quality care and my entire visit was less than 30 minutes. I will visit this clinic again in the future.

This urgent care was amazing. I hate going to urgent care facilities because you usually wait forever to be seen and it can be such a hassle. Clear Choice wasn't. I was there on a Sunday morning and it took maybe 10 minutes to be seen. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I even had to call back with some questions afterwards and they answered promptly. I will always choose Clear Choice for my urgent care needs!

Melissa took the time to explain the Covid and strep tests to my anxious daughter before performing them. Gary has a great bedside manner and was very kind and reassuring. I was able to wait for me appointment in my car, instead of in the waiting room with two other patients who were there for Covid testing. I was very appreciative of that. I was also appreciative of the mask requirements. The staff was as helpful as they could be. In the future, I would go there again for treatment.

Chose Clearchoice for urgent care after a friend recently waited 3+ hrs at Fanny Allen Urgent Care. Overall, a good experience. Wait estimation needs work as they said 1.25-1.5 hrs and it took 2.5 hrs. However, they said I could leave the building for the first hour and keep my phone available for return. Pretty sure Fanny Allen doesn’t want/encourage that, so that was a big plus here. Medical care was crisp and effective. They assigned a PA with specialized experience in my condition which made me confident in the diagnosis. Would go here again👍

Went there today for a Covid19 test and to get my lungs checked (illnesses turn to pneumonia easily for me). Showed up at 7:45am and got in line, registered at 8:15am, seen around 9am. By the time I went back they were quoting folks about a 4 hour wait so it definitely helps to get there first thing and bring a book/snacks/water! Staff is efficient and polite. Definitely helps if you have a game plan when going in as they're understandably trying to get you the help you need while minding the line of folks forming behind you. Got rapid,PCR and flu testing, both the nurse and physician checked my vitals, and a follow-up plan was created. I'm very satisfied with the level of care I received there!

Best urgent care center in the area. I come here for injuries and illnesses when my primary can't see me same day, for work related injuries, and for covid testing and they have been great every time. Minimal wait times, excellent providers, friendly staff. I recommend ClearChoice to all my family and friends.

When I arrived at Clear ChoiceMD I was suffering from a very serious infection. My BP was 187 / 84 and I could suffer a stroke at any moment. The Clear Choice MD listened attentively to what was my very serious illness symptoms. She and Blue Cross Blue Shield quickly agreed to place me on Augmentin 875/125 for 10 days (a broad spectrum antibiotic). Their prompt decision likely saved my life. In only a few hours, the correct dosage had brought my BP down to a reasonable level and in 24 hours my symptoms were greatly reduced. My BP is now 134 / 75 and Clear Choice MD has now become my Primary Care Physician - providing me with excellent health care! Thank you, Clear Choice MD!

A friendly, warm, professional team which saved me an emergency room visit. A cyclist--with a bicycle as my only transportation--I carried a heavy burden as I tried to find a professional to rule out a potentially life-threatening condition as a result of a cycling-related njury. After having approached specialists, primary care and others in the health field concerning my condition, I was referred to the ER. That was not an attractive choice. So, I chose to cycle on over to this wonderful place. After being respectfully screened outside the building before entering by Anna, an amazing nurse with obvious compassion for all, I was seen in a short period of time in a clean, COVID-safe environment. During that time, my blood pressure and vitals were checked by another outstanding nurse professional, BettyJo. My wait in my private room was considerable because there were others before me. But this was tolerable considering the alternatives. Once seen by their amazing provider, Sarah Dudley, FNP, I was actively heard, respected, and, then comforted to hear that this professional ruled out my worst fears. She carefully documented our visit and I was back on my bike smiling from ear to ear. Grateful for these fine human beings who chose to study and master a field of medicine which is so sorely needed. My four year old had a pretty deep cut above her eye. After we checked in one of the nurses came out to the waiting room to look at it and make sure it was something they could treat there. They were able to glue it, and we were able to wait in an exam room while others were being treated. The nurses and doctor were so warm and kind with my daughter, accommodating to her wiggles and fears, but also very direct with what needed to happen. I felt we were very well taken care of, the wait was not too long, and her cut is healing well. Would absolutely recommend and go again if (when) needed.

Not only did they respond to my review kindly and warmly (my review was emotional, accusatory, and combative) BUT, then they contacted me first thing the next morning and with all the compassion and warmth assured me it was a mistake, they would fix it immediately and sent me verification. I can't thank the team enough for their immediate and gentle care. It's only fair to lift up the great when I was willing to call out the "bad'. This was a really beautiful expereince.

My daughter went here last weekend due to suspected strep throat. She is a local college student and I knew she needed quick service and minimal exposure. She was given the rapid test which was positive and a prescription called in to Kinney Drugs just down the road. Super thankful for friendly professional service to help on her way to recovery.

They are so kind here and offer great service! It’s an unexpectedly long wait time for covid testing, even though they say “no appointment needed” on their website - fair warning. I showed up at 7:30am (half an hour before they open), and I didn’t get out until about 9:15am even though I was one of the first ones in line. For perspective, I showed up at 8:30am one day and the lot was full, and they told me it’d be a 3 hour wait. Someone said they came at 1:30pm recently and they were told it’d be a 6 hour wait. So depending on when you arrive, be prepared for it to take a chunk out of your day! But it’s understandable since they are so busy, and they’re doing great work!!

Great staff! The service reps, nurses, and physicians are really nice and go out of their way to be helpful. I was in for an appointment to see a physician, diagnosed, and received treatment right on the spot. The Doctor and Nurse both went over all the info I needed in detail and they were even were able to recomend a pharmacy that was right on my drive home. Great experience!

I have had excellent experiences at ClearChoice in Burlington. The staff are always helpful, and the wait is not usually long. My most recent visit was longer because of all the folks wanting COVID tests, but the staff was working hard to manage the overflow and still able to see me in a timely manner. My only reason for giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they only treated my recurring UTIs with antibiotics. I have since learned that what I have is probably an rUTI that requires more than just antibiotics, and I wish they could have provided me with more information/advice on how to deal with them instead of me having to keep coming back every-time the rUTI came back.

As I did have to wait for 2 hours in the car before I got tested, once my turn for a Covid test the staff was quick and efficient with getting me on my way. I arrived at 930, and was given an appointment for 12:10...but they got me through faster by 11. Definitely a busy place for sure. But staff was friendly, I give them alot of credit for all they are put through. Due wish I wasn't waiting so long for Covid results though.

I went .To clear Choice MD with a bad cough, runny nose and trouble catching my breath.. I had been quite a few days with these symptoms. When my husband and I arrived, the staff worked efficiently and calmly to obtain necessary information while getting me see as soon as possible so so could be made more comfortable.. The Dr was very nice, and informative, diagnosed sinus infection wrote me a couple prescriptions and sent me on my way. A couple staff members told me to feel better as we were leaving. I would recommend this urgent care..

Good experience. I would definitely go back. They treated me quickly and thoroughly for a sprained and broken ankle, and got me referred to an orthopaedic doctor in short order. Sent me off with all the necessary gear (crutches, ace bandages, etc.). They could have been a little better about getting me in to see an orthopaedist in a more reasonable time frame, but I could have done that myself, too. Good folks.

They are great. The nurses and techs were very nice and quick. The practitioner (doc? PA? Not sure....I mean they do the same damn job) was the best. She diagnosed me after a few mins examining. Ran a test to confirm (x-ray). Got a shot as the treatment. All took 25mins after I waited about only 7. She was smart and had a good sense of humor. She spent time with me to explain the diagnosis and procedure. I think I'm going to switch my PCP over that way.

I was very impressed how easy the tele health visit was. Dr. Greenberg was great super down to earth he diognosed me and got my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy right away. I've been in twice. Both time the wait was short, the questions and exams were targeted to what I came in for, and it was quicker and less expensive that visiting the ER. Also, it was much easier than waiting through the weekend to try and get an appointment with my primary care. I would go back here for things like vaccinations, booster shots, and things that aren't quite for the ER.

We had a wonderful experience. Took my 22 month old this morning and Liz (dr don't know last name, sorry!) was amazing w my little guy. Very understanding and very very professional. The staff was super nice as well. If you have a primary doctor you go to and need someone for emergencies I would definitely recommend this place (and especially this doctor!)

I don't have insurance so I called ahead to the Urgent Care facility closest to me to ask for an estimate of costs. They refused to give me anything not even a range or a starting off point. "It all depended on the way the doctor coded it". I guess I was just supposed to write them a blank check? That the state of our healthcare system in this country requires us to do things like this and consider foregoing medical care is disgraceful but ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care is definitely the best option. I called first and right away they explained the cost $100 to see the physician and then some individual items cost more (like removal of a ingrown hair or tests etc.) Even, then it is capped at $250 except in the case of speciality bloodwork. So much better and accessible! They were all very nice as well.

I have been to this location 3 times, and each time has been a very pleasant experience. The doctors, nurse and front desk staff are all so nice and comforting. I strongly suggest going here, it's the only place I will go anymore (outside of my PCP). They even call to follow up on how I'm doing and see if I have any questions. Update for COVID: these health care workers are dodging in and out of the building in the middle of the snow to deliver COVID tests; standing out in the cold to check people in, and doing it all with an OK attitude. It’s not easy putting in the work that they are doing, but I have the upmost respect for them.

Enter, Our story's hero's at Clear Choice MD 1200 Williston Road South Burlington, VT 05403. We checked their website, Covid-19 Testing walk in's welcome. 30 min later, the family is checked in. 20 min after that, all the family were being screened by doctors and nurses. COVID-19 test are done and the whole family is now protected from the flu due to receiving this year's flu vaccine. Now, Dad & Mom & Son are ready to be productive people in our wonderful state of Vermont. And that even helped grandmother feel better. Thank you for the covid test but this place is so disorganized. I’m ok with waiting, but it’s frustrating to be told to just wait in your car for hours with no updates. I understand that the pandemic makes things difficult but I would like to suggest that you provide clear timelines for your customers
