I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, but still wanted about 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen - I'm not sure if they were running late or if that is usual since it was my first visit. As soon as I was seen my experience was amazing, from Dr. Margaret Rinker and all her staff! They were all very kind, knowledgeable and thorough while addressing all of my concerns and questions. I look forward to returning for routine skin checks and would feel confident with them being able to help if I had any issues.

My family and I have seen Dr Rinker for the last 8 years. We drive about 45 min to her office because we feel comfortable with her. She provides excellent care is very professional. I saw Dr Glinos for a bump under my skin. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, kind and reassuring. this was the best doctor's office I have ever experienced. I know that most people will only give a review if they've had a bad experience, even though my appointment was later in the day which could lead to longer wait times they saw me right at my appointment time. every one of the staff was happy ,polite and a smile on their face.

I have been going to SOHO Dermatology for a few years now. I’m very pleased with all aspects of the practice, beginning with the reception staff that is always friendly and helpful with the paperwork. Dr. Rinker is my dermatologist, and she too is friendly and personable. She’s the epitome of professional and is very thorough and answers all my questions precisely and in a manner that never makes me feel foolish for asking it. She has removed a couple of moles, and, again, explained what they were and why they needed to be removed. I will sorely miss her when she assumes her supervisory role.

Dr Reinker smiles when she opens the door to see me. I never take her kindness and politeness for granted. She is detailed and all knowing. She found an issue I was unaware of on my foot and immediately asked if she could ‘scrape’ the surface and test it. She caught it in time and has me treating it now. I haven't had much luck in a primary care doc, but I have definitely found my new dermatologist. Went to them for a skin evaluation for potential skin cancer worries, Julie Bucciarelli with the help of Connie quickly gave me a full exam, removed two potential spots and I didn’t feel a thing. I have always heard this is a painful process and healing is horrible so I was nervous but I’m on day 3 post and still no discomfort with either removal spot.

Dr Renker and her assistant Ariel were fantastic with my 90 year old mother-in-law, who suffers from memory loss. The doctor removed a melanoma from my mother-in-law's left arm, and patiently explained what she was doing her throughout the procedure. She simultaneously answered my mother-in-law's questions, which were mostly repetitive. Dr Renker and Ariel were so kind and understanding - something which we often do not experience with other doctors. We tend to find little tolerance for memory loss in the health care system, but not so at SoHo Dermatology. I highly recommend them, especially for patients who need a little "extra care".

Rinker is/was my doctor and I have nothing but the highest respect for her. In some ways, you can say she saved my life by finding a rogue skin cancer that had taken off through my head, face and neck that required extensive surgery and a 9 day stay in the hospital. Since her involvement with patients has been cut back, I saw Julie for the first time yesterday. I was pleased with her attention to detail and the exam she conducted.

My visit with Dr. Julie went smoothly. She checked on the procedures done in my previous visit and then took care of two more small issues. All my questions were answered.
