This dermatology clinic was recommended by a friend and I love it. Dr. Zook and Annie are absolutely wonderful. They spend lots of time explaining the plan of care and I never feel rushed. Their skin care recommendations are spot on and my skin looks better now than when I was in my twenties. Best of all, they are always willing to help customize my treatment plan to suit my specific needs.

Arrived on time for my appt and waited all of two minutes for the medical tech to collect me. Medical Tech was polite and kind and listened to my concerns as well as confirmed my details. I like the check-in desk, waiting room, and treatment room decors. It made you feel like things were fresh, sterile, and sanitized. Dr Zook did a great job of making me feel comfortable during my skin cancer screening. She addressed all the concerns and follow ups. I’ve been with her practice for many years and highly recommend this clinic.

I travel to Seattle to see Dr Zook for some complex dermatology issues. I totally recommend her office in all respects. Scheduling and front office staff are professional, and responsive. Dr Zook is great. She always checks in with me about how life is going, but then she addresses my immediate concerns. She is efficient but always attentive and listens to my issues and concerns. Every treatment plan she has ordered has been spot on and addressed my problem. I recommend her and would not want to go to any other dermatologist.

Even though I know I'll probably get injections or small .things frozen off my body, I actually look forward to the long drive to visit her. The doctors at Spectrum are so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. The dermatologist approved skin product store that they have on site is also so helpful. I was able to purchase all of the over the counter products prescribed to be immediately after my appointment concluded. My Dr. also educated me about how to combat the skin issues I was having, and how to prevent them in the future by helping me build a solid skincare routine.

Dr. Zook is an amazing surgeon! It was a virtually pain-free experience to have some things removed from my skin. I expected to be post-surgery miserable and I am post surgery very comfortable and grateful. (And a different dermatologist had in the past tried and failed to remove these same skin things and had also caused me memorable pain). Thanks Dr. Zook!

I first visited Spectrum when I was having an unknown contact allergy that was resulting in larger issues. I chose here at a whim as they were able to see me right away and ever since my first appointment, I won't go anywhere else! Dr. Zook was patient and empathetic as I was struggling with an unknown allergy, and after multiple appointments, we finally found the best treatment for me. Since then, I have gone back for Botox injections and PRP treatment with Dr. Annie. Not only am I so happy with my treatments, I love working with Dr. Annie. She is kind, amazing at answering my questions and concerns. After a bad fall that left a large (3 inch)scar on my forehead, I couldn't move half of my forehead, leaving me looking a little lopsided. Dr. Annie was able to skillfully inject botox to help me look evened out. I thought there wasn't any treatment for the new large scar on my face (without going under a knife!) But Dr. Annie was able to educate me on Platelet Rich Plasma treatment that is an innovative way to reduce scarring. The office staff here are incredible. I am always greeted with a smile, and they make scheduling appointments a breeze. The waiting room is calming and comfortable, but I am never in there long as I am seen promptly. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Spectrum to anyone in search of a dermatologist.

Amy Sarkie has attended to my dermatology needs for almost ten years and I could not ask for a more attentive, caring, and professional caregiver. I grew up in Southern California in the 50’s when getting a suntan meant, for me, ongoing episodes of burning and peeling and more burning and peeling. The result, in middle age, was and still is a need for regular skin cancer checkups and serious, prompt action to address the many problems I’ve had over the years. Luckily, Amy has always been there for me. She is a credit to herself, to Spectrom Dermatology, and to her profession.

During my visit with Amy, she referred me to Annie Osnis to review their aesthetics and regenerative services. Wow Annie is very knowable and easy to work with. No push and spends time with you to understand which steps may be best for you. After our meeting we worked out a schedule and incorporated KenLynn DeCamp their Master Esthetician into my schedule. I always have a great experience when visiting Dr. Zook. She listens very attentively to any issues or needs I have. She does a very careful exam when I have a check up and takes care of any small issues during my visit such as freezing skin tags. I have had a couple cosmetic issues that have really bothered me, and she is very skillful at removing moles and other problem areas with no pain and leaving No scar!! I couldn't recommend Dr. Zook and her office enough. The actual office is also very elegant, so I feel like a celebrity when I go there! :)

I called Spectrum Dermatology at the encouragement of a friend when I developed an excruciating rash all over my body. The staff was great and was able to squeeze me in last minute to see Dr. Paula Zook. Dr. Zook could not have been more attentive or empathic. She spent a significant amount of time asking questions and helping me think through the possible sources of the rash. She then prescribed a plan that took into account not only my clinical situation but also my comfort. I had not slept in 4 days and was a bit of a wreck! Dr. Zook has a wonderful bedside manner - she is calm and clear and was incredibly thorough in her explanations. I left her office feeling more optimistic and even better I experienced significant relief within 12 hours. You can tell a lot about a place by the feel of the office and the staff - Spectrum Dermatology has a great vibe and every person I interacted with was attentive - A+ for patient experience! I recently had an urgent issue come up and the office staff was super helpful in getting me in last-minute; it was my first time seeing Tim and he's just as great as Dr. Zook, he answered all my questions thoughtfully and helped me come up with a clear treatment plan. I've been going here since I moved to Seattle and I love this place! I see Dr. Zook for dermatology and Annie for botox. I actually followed Annie from her previous job because of how great she is. I saw Annie for my very first time getting Botox; I was scheduled with her by chance. She talked with me for 45 minutes explaining exactly what it was, how it worked, and answered the millions of questions I had. When I returned home after my appointment, I told my boyfriend Annie was the best part. Every time I see her, it's like I'm visiting with a friend. She remembers my birthday, how my job is going, what breeds my dogs are and even their names. It's so obvious how much care she puts into what she does and how invested she is in her patients. Besides her unmatched bedside manner, I LOVED the results. My face was smooth but not frozen. I fully trust her expertise, her suggestions on what does and doesn't work for my face, and I enjoy her company!! :)

I first saw her for a skin issue that developed after giving birth; she was expert, recognized the condition immediately, and treated it promptly. I have seen her since for a variety of skin issues, and I’ve found her expertise to be top-notch; she seems to have vast knowledge of both clinical and cosmetic dermatology. Most recently, I decided to see her for a cosmetic consultation, and I was very impressed with the skin care treatment plan that she developed with me. She suggested a reasonable plan right away. Was able to promptly schedule my appointments, and after seeing Kenlynn for a couple of laser treatments for severe sun damage, I’m thrilled with the results. Diane is the only one I trust when it comes to my skin and now that I am on my laser hair removal journey, I am happy to know she is here. Some lasers have made my skin break out after treatments and that was annoying. The laser used on my face at Spectrum had no side effects and is super effective on my hair. I'm excited to continue to use the laser they offer and see even more amazing results!

I’ve been a happy patient of Dr. Zook’s for several years but went for a first consult with Kenlin, the practice’s aesthetician, in March to get some input about stubborn acne scarring from my teen years. Kenlin was so kind and quickly pulled in Annie Osnis, the ARNP who does subcisions and platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections. I ended up having Annie do a series of 3 of these procedures and am very happy with the results already—and the benefit is still likely to build over the next month or two. Annie has been so skilled, attentive, and friendly. She takes time to explain what she’s doing and why, and has let me set priorities for treatment. Would highly recommend a consult with this team if you are interested in learning more about options for scar treatment, anti-aging, etc.

Parking as usual is a disaster. The spots in the parking garage that were "open" we're unusable due to other cars parking across the line or they were in corners that I wouldn't have been able to get in or out of. I ended up having to pay to park down the street at the polyclinic parking lot. The.constuction around was a mess too. My appointment was fine. Everyone at the office was helpful and friendly.

Hands down Dr young is amazing! I’ve had bad dermatitis on my lower lip for years and no one has been able to figure out the cause. She did. She gave great advice on healthy life choices and how to avoid triggers for my skin. I now have a full understanding of what I am allergic too and how I can live itch free. The office is clean and well kept, located conveniently right downtown Seattle. All the staff were very sweet and one team member even met me downstairs to let me in since I requested a super early appointment, thanks Adam! Thanks Dr Young! 5/5 stars. Edit: it’s been a while since I’ve seen them and had this issue so I changed it from 1 star to 3 star because I want to give them the benefit of the doubt that things have improved. Original: Tim is a great provider and their staff is generally friendly. It pains me to write this review because in spite of their great medical team they have such poorly managed admin issues. I don’t know if it’s their staff or some company they contract out to, but I’ve had several issues: 1.) Called them in the morning once to ask them to refill a prescription that I needed urgently and despite promising me they were going to send it in, every time I called they still did nothing and I had to go to another provider to get it faster. Their providers didn’t even know that the prescription request was sent already. 2.) Despite promising me that my bill is paid already, and me having copies of receipts and confirmation over the phone, I received several bills and the latest one with a threat of this being sent to collections.

This is an office where you can trust your health with. Dr. Young is well knowledged, careful and compassionate. She takes the time to diagnose and explains in details. I was desperate to find an office that I could trust after a bad experience in a nearby dermatology clinic. At Spectrum you are evaluated and treated by the dermatologists and not physician assistants like in some other offices (PAs have less training and education). The front desk is polite and professional. The medical assistants are friendly and caring. Kudos to both doctors and the team for creating such a great office with high standard patient care.
