I do not leave reviews often, but I feel compelled to share what an amazing experience I had at Arboretum Dermatology. Their amazing administrative team was able to get me an appointment on short notice given the severity of my issue. Their office is modern and clean, and all of their staff are very kind and welcoming. I saw Rebecca Patton who was excellent. She listened to my experience and asked questions. She created a care plan for me and I felt so much better following the appointment based on that interaction alone. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The space is brand new, and very clean. The staff were efficient and the PA (Rebecca) was great. I was in and out quickly and had all my needs addressed. Would highly recommend.

It’s a good clinic in general but would recommend checking other options first. I had a few visits at this clinic to see doctor Berger. Every time I was there I felt rushed during the appointment. I had skin related issues. A couple of those issues we were able to resolve with a cream or treatment. The other issues I had, the doctor didn’t have an idea and just asked me to give them some time to heal. They got worse and I went to another doctor that diagnosed me right away and gave me a solution that healed my skin in a few days. The office is all white and nice. The staff is welcoming but I wouldn’t recommend them as the best expertise in the area. They also scheduled me for an appointment I don’t remember then ended up charging me a no-show fee. I called and asked to waive that but they found an excuse to not to. You can easily tell when a clinic is willing to keep their customers happy or not.

I've had a skin issue that has confounded multiple doctors - Dr. Berger for to the bottom of it, and found small cancerous mole, to boot. I've been coming here for 2+ years and have always found the the entire staff friendly, courteous, compassionate and, above all, knowledgeable. I appreciate the whole clinic.

I have had an awful skin problem for a few months and the waits at other dermatologists were months. I only had to wait about 10 days. Its a Really beautiful office and completely professional with a zero wait. Dr Patton is extremely caring and thorough. Her staff is the same. This is really the best choice in Seattle for a dermatologist. I would rate them 10 stars if i could

Beautiful office, friendly and welcoming staff, and almost zero wait time. I felt comfortable and cared for the whole process. Use of ipads instead of paper or computers was really nice since I'm so tired of filling out forms on forms every time I visit a new doctor! Would highly recommend Rebecca and Arboretum Dermatology!

Dr. Berger was very nice and attentive, and the juvederm Rebecca Patton, her PA injected was by far the most natural placement I’ve had. Only a day out and I’m barely swollen at all, amazing! Not to mention, her new office is just gorgeous. Would highly recommend!!

Ive been going to this office for a handful of years and overall their providers are great. However, one of my largest complaints is their schedule and lack of avalibility. I understand that they are a busy place and they have their set hours. I myself work in a medical office and completely understand a doctor schedule. But when a patient has active issues (infection or reaction) I feel like their should be some kind of accomodation to get them seen in a timely manner not in 4-6 weeks or be told to go to urgent care (who will just refer out to derm anyways--its a waste of time when someone needs help). Overall, great practice. But if you need to be seen for an urgent issue you will be waiting for a month for an appointment-- even as an existing patient.
