I discovered telehealth with Dr. Kristen from my husband, who also saw her for a telehealth appointment. She was very knowledgeable and easy going. I felt very comfortable discussing my issue with her. After our visit and a couple of follow up visits we were able to clear up my flare up. I am excited to know she is now offering in-person visits and highly recommend her!

She is equally responsive and sensitive to her patient's needs and does a great job explaining her diagnosis as well as treatment options. I just had my first online appointment with Kristen to take a look at my Vitiligo skin condition. The appointment was easy, you just pop open a browser window and you are "at" the doctor. I love not having to drive and schedule child care! Kristen is extremely knowledgeable. I've been to multiple doctors and have been Googling things about vitiligo since I got it (about 10 years ago). I learned many new facts from her I've never come across before or heard from other dermatologists I have seen in the past. That was pleasantly surprising; I thought I knew it all! She let me know about the best options available right now for vitiligo and about new medicine in dermatology coming out that I will be able to try soon. Can't wait for that! She also filled my prescription and sent it to my pharmacy. Very easy all around, and I will be seeing Kristen again for any other dermatology issue that comes up!
