I saw Dr. Tidwelll and was very pleased with the whole visit. He and his staff were friendly and professional. I was made to feel welcome immediately by the receptionist and by each person afterward. The office was super neat and tidy as well as brightly lit. There were great products offered for sale and the use of these was clearly explained by Dr. Tidwell. I would recommend this place highly.

Great place! They know what they're doing. I came in with a painful face rash I couldn't get rid of for a year or two and I was being referred from doctor to doctor as each one couldn't help me. I love my Dr. She is knowledgeable of treatments and is eager to listen to me and find out what is working to effect positive changes in my skin and skin care regime. My wait time is minimal and it's easy to call and speak to staff members. I use the portal to communicate with the nursing and medical team. The portal is a great tool because they do stay busy. Original Review: I visited Skin Solution Dermatology - Nashville for the first time last week, and I was incredibly impressed! The staff was friendly and attentive. I arrived early to my appointment and was brought back promptly. My experience with Dr. Beliaidi was one of the best ones that I have had with physicians. When she entered the room, she immediately sat down and started asking questions about me. She was attentive and engaging (not rushing through an appointment like doctors seem to often do). She seemed genuinely interested in me as a person, not just a patient! Although she had already reviewed my file, she still thoroughly asked questions to understand my medical history. She presented several opportunities for me to ask questions, which was very reassuring to me after having recently undergone a very stressful procedure. I am excited to return and am glad that I found Skin Solutions! Updated 6/1/22: I recently visited Skin Solutions on April 29th. When I arrived to the appointment, I was asked if I had rescheduled my appointment, which I had not. I was informed that I would be seeing another provider, a physician's assistant. I had intentionally selected Skin Solutions as my clinic for Dr. Belaidi's services. I asked where she was, and they told me she was gone. At this point, I had already paid my co-pay for the appointment. I asked when Dr. Belaidi would return, and I was then informed that Dr. Belaidi moved states and was no longer with the practice at all. I was incredibly frustrated with not being informed but had already paid for my appointment so I moved forward with it. The physician's assistant that I visited was wonderful and I had a great, thorough appointment with her. My frustration stems from Skin Solutions's lack of communication regarding a change in provider. I have been waiting to be formally notified that my provider -- the one that I selected this practice for -- has moved, but I have yet to receive any formal communication. This is incredibly unprofessional and frustrating as a patient.

This was far and away the best dermatology appointment I have ever had. The facility is incredible, very clean and modern. I was called in within ten minutes of being there, and then the PA and Nurse Practitioner Ashley treated me with the most wonderful care. They were attentive and thorough, removed some worrisome spots right then and there to be biopsied, and remained completely engaged and warm throughout the entire time together. I can't recommend this office more!

Great experience from fast and competent check-in to excellent care provided by exceedingly friendly care givers. Dr. Tidwell quickly developed great patient rapport with his jovial remarks and responses to music playing in background, and with his obvious good interactions with staff. Finally, he made sure that he answered all questions and that I was clear on post-op instructions. I feel very confident that his thorough surgical care was of the highest standard. I will gladly refer him to others!

I can’t remember my doctor’s full name (Dr. B) but she and the nurse really took care of me and really made me feel comfortable! I went in for hair loss. Dr. B was so sweet and truly educated me on everything I wanted to know/the process. I really appreciate how patient and caring they were b/c I was kinda scared! I’m tearing up b/c experiencing hair loss at a young age is very overwhelming and by the end of my visit I was at ease. Thank you Dr. B and Skin Solutions!!!

Today is the first of 2 Mohs surgeries that Dr. Tidwell is doing on my daughter Michelle. She has an aggressive form of Basil Cell Carcinoma. She was totally freaked out when we got here as she had a terrible experience with an initial surgery at a different clinic. But By the time Dr Tidwell had made his first incision she was laughing and joking. He is so professional but yet so lite and fun. He makes you forget about the fact that you have something serious like skin cancer going on. And Ashley his assistant is Amazing as well. Super kind and sweet. I am so happy we found this place. Even the front desk staff from the first time I called were so helpful and caring. I read all of his reviews and credentials and am very impressed! Thank you Dr Tidwell for taking such great care of my baby girl. Even though she's 44 she's still my baby. Hee Hee I'm so Thankful to know she's in Good Hands!

Recently, in the midst of the COVID-19 mess, I discovered a couple of lesions that concerned me. They gave me an appointment right away. Wow, incredibly staff at the Charlotte Pike location. I did not go in with super high hopes after reading some reviews of Skin Solutions but I had a very pleasant experience with every person I encountered here. Dr. Belaidi is really great too. Very knowledgeable, professional, made me feel comfortable, and put together an affordable and effective plan for me. No one tried to sale me store products either (which I had read about in previous reviews). 10/10 would recommend this place!

Had my first visit today and saw Kelly, the nurse practitioner, for a full body skin cancer evaluation. Everyone was so professional, but very approachable and friendly, and the office was easily located and very clean. Kelly did a very thorough evaluation and explained everything well. Thankfully I only had one small suspicious spot and she excised it and it sending off for evaluation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE

I've been Kelly Caudle's patient for years. I just told her today when I was in that I keep coming back because she is so professional. But I left out the part (as conversations sometimes get away from ya) where I wanted to tell her how safe I feel when I'm in her office. I feel taken care of. The appointments I go to have ranged from hairline, skin cancer scare, skin allergies and cosmetic things. The pace is efficient but I don't feel like I'm in a revolving door. I've always felt Kelly is a genuine person and she's always been kind to me, and relatable. It's been nice to come in and say hey to each other and smile big and talk about her growing family or what's new in my life. Kindness goes a long, long way. I've recommended Kelly to several people over the years and will continue to do so.

Having seen many dermatologists over the past 10 years, I can say with certainty Dr. Pena is the best dermatologist I have been to. She actually looked at and felt my skin, and recorded both qualitative and quantitative evidence about it. She listened to what I was saying, and took the information I had given her into genuine consideration with her consult. Many times in other dermatologist's offices, I did not feel the doctor truly saw or heard me--not so with Dr. Pena. I left feeling confident that she was committed to helping me achieve the goal I came in with, and that all my needs and concerns were both heard and addressed. I felt she did a thorough and expert job in her consultation. The facility itself is beautiful, and the staff are highly professional and courteous. The other great thing about Skin Solutions is that they have aestheticians on-site, so if your provider recommends a certain treatment, you can schedule it in-office. Total package care. Wait time was minimal and everything was handled in timely fashion.

I’m so happy to have found Skin Solutions Dermatology! I have always had issues accompanying sensitive skin, and only 1 in 5 dermatologists I’d seen before has taken the time to really look at my skin for more than a glance before prescribing the latest steroid cream. So I was sad to say goodbye to her when I moved to Nashville. Skin Solutions was in every way an excellent Dermatology practice. I checked in as a first-time patient quickly and efficiently. My wait was short to be seen. The dermatologist did a thorough whole-body exam, discovering a number of pre-cancerous spots and one requiring a biopsy. When I called for an appointment, I was able to make the appointment the next week. That is not true for all practices.
