Wonderful experience. Apparently I got my appointment time wrong but the young woman at the front was able to move me. I didn’t wait longer than 3 minutes. The nurse was kind and friendly and we had a nice conversation. Dr Loven was friendly and efficient. Took care of 3 areas of concern, shaving one mole with no pain whatsoever. Thank you for a 5 star experience. :)

My daughter has been a patient of Dr Loven's for about 2 years. He is great. We've been fighting acne and have decided to go on accutane. Because of the side effects there are some hoops to jump through. Peggy in the Rivergate office has been extremely helpful in working with the insurance and other hoops required. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is occasionally we've had to wait for up to an hour after our appointment.

Check in involves them giving you a filled out form and all you have to do is fix incorrect items. I wish other doctors offices would learn from these guys instead of having you fill out a brand-new blank form every single time you show up. I enjoy my visits because I'm here to see the doctor, not play medical insurance games. Additionally the staff is super friendly. I can enter and leave with a smile! Great job guys/gals!

Now Loven Dermatology. Really great experience. To start with, the website is great. I was able to find and fill out my new patient forms ahead of time. The website was very clear with what to bring and what to expect. The staff was professional. I interacted with 2 nurses/aides as well as an independent phlebotomist representing LabCorp. Dr. Loven was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and eased my fears. His instructions to his nurse/aide were clear. I had blood work that Dr. Loven himself called to follow up about. My blood work results showed that I was diabetic. Dr. Loven reached out to a professional acquaintance for information and to make arrangements for me to be seen. His connection allowed me to become a new patient with a doctor not taking new patients. This sort of caring is head and tails above the sort of care that we seem to get from doctors nowadays. I HIGHLY recommend Loven Dermatology and, specifically, Dr. Loven.

Receptionists were helpful and accommodating to my schedule, the required paperwork was straight forward and minimal, I was seen on time, the nurse was friendly and competent as well as Dr Claude. It was a great experience overall.

These guys work FAST! They have a lot of patients but were able to work me in immediately when I was in pain. They don't dilly dally and get you straight in for treatment. I don't usually post reviews but I'm so relieved after being here I just had to!

I had squamous cell cancer on my lip. The doctor used MOHS surgery. He saved me from disfiguration and the cancer has NOT returned. I can't give this office and their staff a high enough rating to describe the care and results I received. I would send my family or best friend to them.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful...they make you feel very comfortable and make you feel like you are the only patient of the day...They very focused on your case, they give you peace. Once again Mr. Claud was EXCEPTIONAL! He exemplifies professionalism, precision and authenticity. He always makes me feel comfortable and resolves any concerns/questions. Definitely worth the wait and drive--simply the best.

Once I was called into examinung room, had to wait over 20 minutes in an unheated room with just a paper cover over me. Nearly froze. When I complained, nothing was done about it! It’s winter here right now!
