I have been a patient of Dr. Evers for several years, and she went above and beyond for me when my insurance company wrongly said my condition was preexisting. She personally wrote a letter to them stating the facts. After a year of trying to get the insurance company to reimburse us, we received a check for the full amount owed within days of her letter. She is friendly and smart, and she maintains a consistency in her practice that is enviable. I have recommended many patients to her.

I've been seeing Dr Evers for a few years now & she's one of the best doctors I've ever met. She & her nurse, Lisa, have been nothing but kind & understanding. Dr Evers is patient when I get nervous about a treatment & answers all of my questions. My skin has improved dramatically since I started seeing her. I know there's a few negative reviews about scheduling & not being able to get a new patient appointment as quickly as people would have liked.. I went through that as a new patient, too. But if you're looking for a great dermatologist, then it's worth the wait.

Drs Smith and Evers are kind, empathetic, patient-friendly and technology savvy. I like the fact that I can run in to see the NP, or I can make an appointment with either of the MDs. Dr Evers stays booked but is well worth the wait. They are a caring, considerate and compassionate couple. I feel fortunate to know them.

I only saw Dr. Smith once before moving out of state but I have to say, it was the most pleasant experience with a Physician I have ever had. He was very personable and caring. He didn't make me feel like he was rushing to get on to other patients. He carefully listened to me describe several issues and came up with a treatment plan for each. He doesn't want to mask pain, he wants to actually fix the source of the pain. I would highly recommend him!
