Carrie NgGreat facility with amazing staff. Dr. Pierre-Louis is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell she keeps up to date with the field. She is very pragmatic, dedicated, and has a great bedside manner. Currently undergoing treatment with her for hair loss, it’s too soon to see results but regardless her approach is top notch. I would recommend anyone with hair issues to be seen by her.
Liz PinkBest doctor experience ever!!!! Today I saw Dr. Pierre-Louis. There isn’t enough time in the world to describe how overjoyed I am with my visit. She treated me with the utmost respect and compassion. She even apologized for running behind (it wasn’t even that much!) but I have never had a doctor apologize to me for that. Additionally she spent so much time with me!!!! Clearly I am not just a number to this practice. Dr. Louis-Pierre is incredibly intelligent AND kind. It’s obvious that she is truly passionate about healing her patients. Hard to come across these days. Wonderful staff as well. I will be a patient here for life. Can’t recommend enough.

Most importantly, they listen to my preferences and include me in my care decisions, which you'd think is the norm but unfortunately not elsewhere! They are a busier office but the wait is worth it in my opinion, I feel like I am in good hands with this team.

They're queer-friendly and welcoming to your body as-it-is. You tell them your goals, and they have the knowledge and skills to help you achieve them. So impressed!

Samantha WestrumDr. Pierre-Louis is compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. She made me feel really included in my treatment, asking how I felt about the plan she outlined. When I brought up research I had done on my own, she didn't dismiss it. She affirmed some of the information I found and educated me on the things I missed. I feel very safe and welcomed in her office and each appointment is quick, but thorough.
