What can I say? I was so pleased with my visit. Dr. Groth is very tuned in, is a good listener, and gives his professional diagnoses in a clear, and matter of fact way. The whole office seems “on the same page” in their communication. A very relaxing office atmosphere also.

Had an appointment today and the process was very smooth and easy. Staff was professional and listened to my concerns. It was a quick appointment for me bc I went for acne, but Elliot listened to my concerns and was very understanding. Just a couple things if you're driving to this location for the first time: 1. It is right before the restaurant. It will look like an apartment building, but it is an office building. 2. The first drive in section (directly in front of the bullding) is for handicap. The second drive in section is for non handicap use.

Five Stars for the doctor and staffbur seriously , you need to clean your building's ventilation system. There were dust bunnies hanging out of the louvers in the doctors room, and dust on foot pedals, etc. A job for janitorial staff, not doctor.

i had appointment at 2:15p, but due to one of patients ahead had something come up, so my was delayed over 20 minutes, but eceptionist was really good n told me that my was going to delay, anyway dr. groth was really good too, he answered most of questions, but i still had few questions for him, it seemed like he had to another patient, so i wish dr. groth is not rush to leave me n have more time with me, cuz i was kind really need to see dermatologist right away when i had lump node in between lower lip n chin n the size from penny size grew to bigger than quarter size, i couldn't get in next day n my schedule was almost 1 week later, by the time i saw dr. groth n my node was shrinked to pea size, i hope dermatology can save spot for ER patient in the future, luckily i could e visit with regular clinics but i didn't know who that doctor was. anyway this location doctor n eceptionist are all really nice to talk made my day better, thx n keep up the good work. i wish i can upload pictures here too. but i dont see anywhere i can upload the link they provide for me for this feedback.

Continue to have a great experience with Southwest dermatologists and Zel skin care. Southwest in richfield is a really better suited for me as a working class guy. David Groth will tell it to you straight. If you need fancier stuff you get sent to Zel in Plymouth, where you're pricepoint will go up... what I appreciate about both places is the service, they can give you ballparks of procedure cost beforehand so you can plan ahead. So far I've had 3 moths procedures and no problems. Thanks for keeping me around!
