I am always treated with the utmost respect every time I come in. The receptionists are exceptional. The nurses are very well informed and Dr. Susan Michaels is fantastic and I trust everyone there. I have had to have a multiple amount of things done and when I am nervous, they calm me and make my stay as painless and less stressful as possible. Love them all.

Dr. Susan Michaels and her staff are so welcoming! I feel very comfortable around them. I really like the receptionist working that day but I don't remember her name. I also like the nurse that helped me too, I believe her name was Jennifer.

I was late to my appointment, which is unusual for me. They staff was very accommodating and was still able to get me in to see Dr. Michaels. I have been seeing Dr. Michaels for years now and I have not had a single bad experience! Doctor keeps to her schedule also and has never run behind. I am usually in and out in approximately 30 minutes, which is unheard of in the medical industry.

I had a very positive experience at my recent visit. DR. MICHAELS was very attentive and solicitous my condition. Some doctors stand by the door with cradling a clip-board, so they can quickly leave the room to the next patient. She sat with me and answered every single question I had. Tried to get appointment at 7 hills, but it would not be to September 16. I have an infection on my leg and I am a Diabetic. I was able to get in yesterday with Dr. Michaels and very happy I did so. She was attentive and showed compassion and kindness for my problem. Her assistant dressed the wound and was also gentle and friendly. I left with antibiotics and salve and dressings for the wound. It was worth the 36 mile round trip to this office. I will follow up in a month, and not mind the trip here.

I have been very pleased with Dr Susan Michael’s care for my acne problems ( even though I’m a senior citizen now)- with her treatment it is completely under control and unknown to others that I have this condition. She is knowledgeable and provides free topical medication samples where possible. Highly recommend her!

First time visiting this facility, and it was a good experience. Fast and easy check in. The doctor was attentive and addressed all of my concerns. The best part was that they accepted my insurance, which is Medicaid. I didn't even pay a co-pay. Pleasant overall.

Dr. Michaels is a very good physician. If I had to improve on anything I think she should stop seeing new patients as it took a month to see her after making an appointment. Next, the wait time is longer than it should be, but it's not the worst. It's a VERY busy office.

This was my first visit to Dr. Susun Michaels and I was so pleased! She was incredibly professional, nice, helpful, and respectful! She really took the time to explain herself and the different treatment options I had. She listened to all of my questions and validated my concerns. I never felt rushed while with her which was really refreshing. I felt liked she actually cared about me and wanted to help. I left the appointment with a great treatment plan for my stubborn acne and felt hopeful! She even gave me samples to get started on my prescriptions before I get them filled. I highly recommend Dr. Susun Michaels (and her office) to anyone! Thank you!

Made an appointment with Dr. Michaels due to current office and Dr. Blanchard at the Tenaya office being so disfunctional and terribly operated. Glad I made the change, so relieved. Also wanted to add her assistant Cara was so driven and professional at helping me obtain patient assistance support. Without her work, I would not have the opportunity to try the medication.

First time to this provider and it was a great experience. Front staff was excellent, nurse was knowledgeable and funny, and Dr. Michaels really took the time to go through everything with me. I came ready with a book, but they were on time and there was so little wait in between the nurse and doctor coming in that I didn't get a chance to read any of it. Very impressed!

I was surprised by the number of talented and friendly staff. My problem was relatively minor, but was dealt with professionally. I was asked if I would accept a steroid injection, which was a bit off-putting, but I suppose that was because the doctor was busy. After seeing the doctor, a competent Nurse Practitioner was asked to complete my procedure, as a matter of fact, so I have no complaints.

Follow up was horrible. Ten days after seeing dr Susun my prescription wasn’t even filled yet. My pharmacist told me they contacted them several times and the dr never contacted them back even once. I tried calling 5 times today to alert them about what they should have taken care of days ago. I called 5 times. Their automated phone system put me on hold for 25 minutes, 15 minutes and 3 other times for 10 minutes. She was very polite when I saw her but apparently their follow trough is laughable at best. I am currently finding another dermatologist office to go to They made up for their error and took care of it quickly. They contacted me to apologize and I do respect them for doing that

This is the second time I have been to this office. Last time was November but my eczema flared up and my doctor told me I should see my dermatologist as soon as possible due to my condition getting worse. I wasn’t too pleased with the previous doctor I saw in November because I felt rushed & that he just wanted to give me an rx & he told me info I already knew. so I wanted to try a new doctor. Dr Michaels was amazing! She really seem to care & try to help me. I learned so much from her and can’t wait to return for my follow up with better result with my skin. Thank you so much!!
