They are so professional. Made me feel that I was in good hands. My doctor explained everything to me and the procedure was done with minimal discomfort. The after card was explained by both the doctor and his nurse so there was no confusion. The care they give is excellent.

The doctors and staff are great , very friendly and professional. Clean office. And they do a good job of keeping you informed about your lab results and findings. I would recommend there office to everyone. The only negative thing I have to say is that I'm bummed they don't have samples. I used to go to the office right next to centennial hospital and they always had samples of lotions, skin creams, and cleansers and sunblock. And the office I go to now is the one on Buffalo right next to the social security office and they don't have any samples 😒 but other then that they are fantastic !

Very modern office, with a tablet on which to fill out paperwork and pay instead of doing things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper. Everyone was nice. Place is dingy and I went for a skin check. They only removed what I pointed out. My previous dr examined every inch since I'm prone to skin issues. My insurance pays here, but I'm going to go back and pay cash for a more thorough checkup

My Apointment was seamless. Being able to fill out paperwork and pay in advance of my appointment is well worth it. After checking in for my appointment, it was on time and when done I was able to leave. No lines or waiting.

On site care was great, however, after care is shakey. Call the post surgical number, use the provided extension number; still get put in a never ending loop of press 1 for x, 2 for y, ... when the extension you need is busy. Took over 20 minutes to get to a person, who then took a message for the medical support team. Team member called, I missed the call; back into the 20 minutes to get to a person again. Arrrgh

He did his job and got to the point of helping me which is great! 5 stars for the doctor alone. The office staff however gets 2 stars. Took FOREVER! I was there for over an hour. That was check in and wait time AND they were gonna make me sit and wait even longer after my visit just to schedule my follow up. Dude, I gotta go to work, that’s the whole point of an early appointment. And besides the sit, one particular lady I dealt with was so rude. She had shortish black hair. Almost like a bob cut? But she had a bad attitude

Las Vegas Skin and Cancer was one of the easiest and fastest doctor appointments I’ve ever been too, especially since it is a specialist, from booking to checking in to the appointment itself. They offer booking on their online website and have several locations all over Vegas and one in Henderson I believe. Even though I went in to get a peculiar mole checked out Dr. Eberhnard (sorry if I misspelled his name) walked me through the whole process and reassured me through it all. His nurses were all very kind, answered all my questions as did he and provided a paper with post op care instructions and ointment for my wound. Even though waiting for test results can be nerve racking I have full confidence that they will contact me as soon as they receive them. If my results aren’t good I’m glad I will be able to get the best doctors, nurses, and staff to give me the best care for my condition, whatever that may be. Highly recommend this office (Buffalo Location) and Dr for all your dermatology needs.

I usually go to the Seven Hills location but my doctor had to cover at the Buffalo location so I ended up going there. This one is a lot less hectic, so it was a much faster appointment since I hardly had to wait. The front desk staff and nurse were all very kind and helpful. Maybe since it’s not as busy, they have more time to chat and not rush you. The doctor is always very kind and takes his time, but you could find him at either location. Overall, considering it was a doctors appointment, it was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Brittany did a skin cancer operation on my husband Jason on his forehead a year ago & removed skin almost the size of a quarter & right down to the skull bone. The way she stitched him back up without it leaving a dent a the scar is almost invisible.....amazing work. This year he had a check up & had a few areas layered, but no surgeries needed.

Brittny was the Physician Assistant that I met with. She is very knowledgeable and kind and patient with the clients she sees! I have since returned to have skin tags and growths on my body & face looked at. She always makes me feel secure in the information she shares with me. I wish more was covered on my insurance… It’s important to have this kind of check up if not every 6 months, than at least once a year♥️

I have to remind him of what’s been discussed and where I am in my treatment every month. First off, let’s be candid, as a patient you are usually nervous going to a specialist, as more likely than not it’s due to something suspicious or out of the ordinary, but the staff here makes you feel comfortable . The medical assistant was was attentive . Dr Christopher Berg saw treated me. He examined me, treated me, and made a plan with me for future review. He explained everything completely . I may have been referred there by my primary physician to begin with but chose to go again because of this office. I told my physician how well I was treated . I would recommend them to everyone. In the future I my check into some optional services. The first time they had some good product samples which I really missed this time.

I think Brittany Call Ahrendes is one of the most conscientious & caring PA-C. She checks your whole body including the head. She did a biopsy on a mole I had & was very concerned when it came back malignant melanoma. She sent my primary what she felt I needed for care & continued treatment since surgery was needed to remove the growth. Unfortunately my insurance didn’t cover doctors recommended, but I did get an oncologist who then found the surgeon my insurance covered. If she wasn’t as caring, making sure a biopsy was done ASAP there was a possibility it would have gotten bigger & deeper & my chances for recovery would have been not great. Thank you Brittany. See you in 3 months👍🏻

I was seen by PA Chris Berg a few weeks ago for a couple of "mosquito bites" that weren't healing. He used the freeze gun on them which is standard procedure. Had an open wound like a big deep pimple that would not pop. Made an appointment ASAP for next day. Got looked at. Scheduled biopsy for next week. Got it. Was told everything was removed and no surgery needed. Waiting for the biopsy results on the ugly growth that was removed.
