I went to see Justin Cottrell , PA-C because I had what I thought was acne at 40 yrs old, but what it was, was rosacea not acne and no other Dr or Dermatologist ever told me what was going on with my face, but right away when I walked in to see Dr. Justin Cottrell he knew right away what was wrong with me and knew how to treat/cure me. He gave me a script for a rosacea and with-in a week the rosacea was gone ! I thank him so much for knowing how to treat my face and always being very professional. I strongly recommend teenagers, and everyone to see him for their skin or acne issues, he may just be the answer.

It was wonderful.....the girls that checked me in were very friendly and thorough. The waiting room was very pleasant. The assistant that came to get me was very nice (she apologized for my wait though it wasn't as long as many other doctor offices). And Justin was also very thorough, explained what I should look for, explained the various 'things' were, and answered all of my questions.

Overall great experience. Justin Cottrell was exceptional. He took time with me, answered questions. Did not rush me or make me feel unimportant. I rarely have a good experience at a doctors office, like I did here. Staff was also friendly and good, I didn’t wait long. I left satisfied with my medical care and my experience. Highly recommend.

Dr. Cottrell saved my skin! He was so patient with me while I rattled off a million questions and concerns, and answered each one thoroughly. I saw him just about a month ago, but my breakouts are completely gone and my skin is healing beautifully with the regime he prescribed. I cannot recommend him enough!

I was a bit nervous about the outcome. It took awhile to schedule the appointment. From the minute I walked into the office, everything was fine: the check-in, filling out forms, the short wait, and the examination and results. I was very pleased and look forward to being a continuing patient with scheduled check-ups

Although the office was very busy, I was checked in quickly and seen on time. Everyone was very knowledgeable and considerate. Lab results came back the next day, with surgery scheduled the following morning. I felt very confident with the care I received. I would highly recommend this provider.

I really liked my PA-C, Justin Cottrell. He answered all of my questions. He told me what I was doing inproperly to cleanse my face. He gave me alternate methods to take care of myself. It was an excellent visit. I wouldn't hesitate referring him to any of my family or friends.

Appreciated the early check in available online. The doctor was direct and explained treatment and answered my questions thoroughly. The procedure was quick and very little pain was felt. Very positive experience. Would definitely recommend this place. The staff was also friendly.

All the Medical Staff was so friendly, courteous, professional & prompt. After seeing Dr Cottrell I felt so relieved that he knew exactly how to treat my issue & I left knowing that if I had any questions I could call.
